Filming: "Diner 2.0"

Nine years apart, one person less, and the same camera. It all started with two kids falling to the ground, laughing themselves silly, and one suggesting they walk down memory lane. Andrew looked a little shocked at the suggestion of the diner, one of the last truly happy moments that had ever been caught on his famed second camera. The camera that recorded flying, lighting strikes, people slamming into the pavement, money being flown out of a cash register. Nevertheless, he knew going back would be good. Take out the old, replace it with new. But not all of the old was going to die. Two men, one famed, one destroyed, walked into a simple diner, taking the booth by the wall of mirrors. They only ordered two chocolate milkshakes and a stack of pancakes covered in syrup, even though it was six in the evening. People stared, but soon they realized the two terrifying people were only here for a drink and some old tricks. The lady from before had been fired, so Andrew claimed, but that didn't mean they couldn't re-do one of their least known but most hilarious trick. The camera zoomed in towards Andrew, a voice saying,

"What do we have here, Andrew?" Andrew smiled into the camera, saying his line just like he had nine years ago,

"It seems like a Virgin Mary has appeared in the syrup of a local man's pancake." The syrup had no Virgin Mary, and the man behind the camera pointed it out, just like before. Andrew smirked again,

"Not yet", and got to work on creating the image in the syrup with ease. Once it was complete, he called over the waiter, a middle aged guy who didn't look to be too scared of the duo. Andrew pointed to the Virgin Mary, and the guy's face changed almost instantly to fear, but switched to anger, knowing the great telekinetic had created the image. He walked away shaking his head while the two boys laughed quietly.

"That was SO much different then last time!"

"You weren't a 'city-wide terrorist' last time, Drew." the other figure told him. Andrew sunk a little lower into the seats, remembering the last year. He really had changed, hadn't he? Three boys turned to two, to one, to three, then even to four. But when the dust cleared, when the fighting was over, when all returned to a sense of normal, there were three, and they were together. They stood tall, they knew the past, but they chose to use it to see the future better. The duo left the diner in stitches, still enjoying the night's events. They flew into the sky, hand in hand,  flying towards the home they had created. They passed the toy store, and the parking lot,  and the construction site in the boonies, and the open field, and the graveyard, and the hospital. They passed the school, they passed the houses, the torn down gas station, the caution-taped park, and they flew up, high in the sky towards the tower. They laughed and frowned, every place a new emotion, until they stopped looking down and started looking up.

"Maybe we should get some new tricks?" Andrew smiled, looking through his camera. The other figure laughed,

"Yeah, and maybe some more frightened people too! Ooh, and disguises!" The two spent the night coming up with ideas, the decaying, broken old suddenly turned into a bright, beautiful new start to a dying story.
