Filming: "A Golden Opportunity"

The week in front of Andrew was nothing short of a challenge. A fun challenge, he considered, so many things he could help with or do, so much fun to dive himself into, so many things he could do to pass the time. He liked his days, mostly spent alone or with his family, getting the freedom he'd always wanted while doing a set number of things every day. Waking up to check on Seattle, watching shows and doing art with the Man, eating dinner and talking about stupid things that came into their minds. Today's tasks were the start of a scratch-art goldfish and costume shopping to create a Golden man. So much gold was in his life, not just in the literal sense. This month, he'd felt better than he ever had about himself and his abilities, hell, he even made a friend.

The shopping trip was unsuccessful, but instead he got hooked on a cartoon show called She-Ra and wouldn't stop talking about it all night. Due to the failure, the two men tried again, this time going into the city and taking a night to have fun and get the costume. In Andrew's mind, it killed two birds with one telekinetic blast, and he was looking forward to go back into the city, since October was prime magic time and Mexican food sounded appetizing. They ate at a Mexican restaurant with Steve and Harry, The Man being the only one who could be physically seen. Andrew was over the moon when the Man spoke perfect Spanish when ordering and somehow got candy. It just so happened that candy was Red Vines, Andrew's favorite, and he made a copy and dug in before dinner even came.

After dinner, the Man found himself walking the halls of the restaurant and came upon a window that gave a fantastic view of the city, and one of his favorite places on earth. He remembered the times he had been down in the city in October, two years ago for a job, and one year ago to visit a hospital. This October, it was for fun, and to reconnect with his home. He smiled, a single tear rolling down his face underneath the mask, and walked out happily.

The power tower had been lit up red, white, and blue. It was the Man's goal to get as much energy from it as possible, and Andrew's to get as much of it as he could on his camera. The castle-like building was extraordinary, once the tallest building in the city. The Man had bonded with it young, using it as a source of power when he visited his home. A recharge, one could say. Andrew respected the bond deeply, for his Needle was just the same as this Tower. It was a home, and a time to remember the good in the world, the memories that could never be replaced.

Getting to see so many wonderful sights on camera made Andrew happier, hell it made everyone happier. They drove around the city, seeing sights, listening to songs, and picking up the costume.

Somehow, without knowing it, more gold had come into Andrew's life, and he wasn't about to let it fade away.
