Katsu was training with Hinata, both wish to spar a bit before the boys returned from school. It was a hot bloodied brawl against a barbarian and ninja, Katsu would often let her win. He couldn't harm her even if it was just training, how could he ever dare to lay a claw at her. The thought of her hurt took him back to that day when they first met. Six years ago they met by a creek near a forest that was well known for the monsters that lived there.

Katsu was hunting for his fellow barbarians since they were in need of meat for their annual feast. The feast was a ceremony which symbolize the children taking their mantle as barbarians themselves. So this would tradition required a lot of meat to fill all the warrior's appetite. He went outside to a well known hunting spot, he would hunt monsters who care challenge him. He would only need six monsters to obtain the meat needed, he was just about to hunt down his last prey when his blue eyes caught the sight of something.

There laying in the creek, her body half in the water passed out was a car in yellow clothing. Her golden scarf glisten in the sunlight, that was what grab his attention. Her body was bruised, a few scratch marks on her cheeks, she was obviously ambushed. How dare any warrior who held any honor attack a lady in such a cowardly way? Katsu carefully pulled the fuel out the water,scooping her up in his arms. She was breathing though she needed a healer. Katsu decided he would rather get his tail torn off than to allow a injured lady to die from her wounds. He made his way back to his village with Hinata in his arms, holding her close to keep her safe from dangers.

Hinata woke up in a strange room, she jumped up believing her enemy took her to their base to torture her more. She looked around to examine the location, she saw their were other injured lizards with nurses caring for them. It was clear that she was in some kind of infirmary, though who had brought her here.

"Oh you're awake. I am glad" Hinata turned to see a purple lizard walking up to her, his tail was bandaged and there was blood seething through. The injury was recent.

Hinata look at him and ease up, she could tell that he was the one who saved her. Hinata was grateful that he saved her, though her mind was still haunted by how Rufus had betrayed her to one of her enemies and just left her for dead. She had trusted him, she had a children with that fox ,and he relays her with betrayal for a few pieces of gold. How would she explain this to her son's back home who were being looked after by her sister Brunhilde? How could she raise the one to come without their father? She tested up at this thoughts.

"Oh young miss, I didn't mean to make you weep. Please forgive me. Are you in pain? Shall I call the healer again?" Katsu asked genuinely, he grew concern for the lady. He even ignored the agonizing pain that his tail gave off since the chief torn some of it.

Hinata told him everything, she at least owe him that much for saving her and the baby. She was relieve to know that baby wasn't harm at all, she had managed to keep it safe from the assault.

"Hinata, you are a true warrior, not only did you face a cowardly for who dares attack when his opponent back is turn,but you protected your child even if you who get hurt in the process. That Rufus should be punished greatly for betraying a heavenly lady such as yourself for a mere piece of gold" Katsu face turned red as realized that he just called Hinata "Heavenly".

Hinata blushed softly from his words. She was already a stranger to him and yet. He had helped her, Katsu took her to get medical treatment. She was never cared for this much by anyone other than her family, he was a barbarian yet he had a kind heart to someone like her. It made her heart beat faster, her fur getting redder the more she thought about it. Her tail forming a heart.

Katsu could read that expression that Hinata was showing, he knew she was developing feelings for him. Though he felt the same, he wanted her to recover first. Then he could blinded by the fog of love that Hinata casted over his heart. His violet scales had a light pink hue blush as he thought of how amazing Hinata was.

This is how Katsu and Hinata love story began.
