"I can't believe this, another killing game!" Lavender said in anger and disbelief. "This is horrible, what are we going to do?"

"Well, all we can do now is survive." Douxie said seriously. "Then we'll be off this island and back home."

"And how exactly do you plan on doing that?" Krel asked. "We'll have to go through the trials eventually."

"I. . .I don't know." Douxie said rubbing the back of his neck.

"It's easy, we just have to kill Doleful and Junko." Percy said seriously as he pulled out his gun. "They said we couldn't use magic against them. But there wasn't anything about a pepper box."

"Did you not read the rules?" Cassandra asked , rolling her eyes. "Literally the first rule states, no harm must come to the game masters under any circumstances."

"Well sorry, but we don't really have a choice now do we?" Percy said as a matter of factly. "We have to kill those bastards sooner or later. And I say the sooner the better."

"If you do that, we'll all be killed." Krel said seriously. "There are rules for a reason you know."

"Exactly, if we want to make it out of here alive, we have to follow those rules." Aja added, agreeing with her brother. "I mean, some of the rules seem reasonable enough."

"Sure, but just think about it." Percy said. "If we were able to kill them then it'd be easy."

"I think that's the point of having that rule." Lavender said as a matter of factly. "If we were able to kill them, then it wouldn't be a challenge for us."

"And if it wasn't a challenge for us, it wouldn't be fun for them to watch." Nora said as she rolled her eyes in disgust.

"But it's best not to think about it too much." Douxie said seriously. "We just need to think of a plan to get us all out of here alive. All of us."

"Douxie's right." Cassandra said, hesitantly. "I'm sorry, brother, but there isn't much we can do other than play into the sick game."

"Are you suggesting what I think you're suggesting?" Percy asked in shock.

"Oh, gods, no." Cassandra said honestly. "I mean, we just follow the rules and we'll get them when the time is right."

"As much as I hate to say it, Cass is right. We have to obey the rules and go through with this twisted game." Douxie sighed. "Sure, my whole kingdom is in danger and Hopelily might be too. But in order to keep them safer, we need to go through with it."

"Seriously? You're willing to risk your family and kingdom?" Percy asked in shock and disbelief.

"Well, yeah. I know we'll all make it out of here." Douxie explained. "You just have to trust me."

At that cue music started to play and Percy began to sing.

Percy: "How naïve to still believe

Douxie: "Spoken like a slacker,

Both: "You need help"

When they finished singing, Douxie and Percy shook hands and nodded as they finally agreed on what they had to do.

"So, what's next your highness?" Percy asked.

"We wait. Tomorrow morning, we'll meet up here, at the restaurant and come up with a game plan." Douxie explained. "I'm sure there's a loop hole in the rules somewhere, but for now we all should get some sleep."

Everyone nodded as they walked off to find their dorms. However, Douxie stayed behind for a little while trying to think of what to do. 'I'll get us out of here alive, all of us.' he thought to himself. 'Even if it costs me my life. . .again.'
