Standing in front of Manik Cabin and went inside and sees him busy typing something with stern face

Writer inner voice: kitna handsome lag raha hai.

Manik: hi!! Any work

Manik: be quick I have lots of work

Writer: workaholic, u need to take over from here and introduce yourself to our readers

Manik: ok u can leave.

Hi guys myself Manik Malhotra son of Anil and Sunita Malhotra. I like to work and keep myself occupied in it. I also help my dad in his work as I don't want him to take any kind of stress. I know over working is stressful and causes health problems but the problem is I can't sit alone and my mom always complains about my over working and there is one thing I love is Music it gives me peace. I have two annoying best friends. That's it about me. For now bye I have work to do.

Manik calls his PA Anuj to come to his cabin

Anuj: yes sir

Manik: where is Mr. Patel file haven't I told u by the time I come I want it on my desk

Anuj: Sir, actually it's still with the designing team.

Manik: I want all of them to assemble in meeting room in 2mins

Anuj: yes sir

Anuj goes to the cubicle where all of them working

Anuj: all of u assembles in meeting room in 2 mins with your work. Sir is angry

All of them become panic and takes their work and goes to meeting room.

Meeting Room:

In exact 2min Manik enters the meeting room, everyone stands and he signals them to sit

Manik: where is Mr. Patel designs?

All the designers' signals to speak but none open their mouth

Manik: I asked something

Designer 1: sir it's not ready yet.

Manik: today is last day of submission and a team of 7 members aren't able to complete the work in 2 weeks. What the hell are u doing whole day during office hours?

Designer2: we could complete only 60% of work

Manik: what about remaining am I paying you all to chit chat in the office or to work?

They gave manik the unfinished work

Manik checks the designs and his anger reached to peak and throws the file on table

Manik: this u call works ha not one design are correct the figures and measures are wrong. Did u all study interior designing or not.

Designers: sorry sir

Manik: do hell with your sorry. Anuj suspend all of them for a month

Designers: sir

Manik: what? You need to be thankful that I haven't thrown u all out and I hate laziness and people who don't complete their work on time. So now each of u pack your things and get out.

They all leave the office.

Manik Cabin:

Manik arranges another team and gave them half work and asked them to finish in 2 days and remaining he is doing.

Manik is doing 3D presentation of the Mr. Patel project along with having is coffee.

Around 4:00pm Cabir comes to his office to meet him and see everyone working with fear and full concentration.

Cabir: Anuj kuch hua

Anuj: Manik sir suspended whole team for a month for not completing work on time and the half work is also not up to mark

Cabir nods his head in disbelief

Manik Cabin:

Cabir comes inside and sees manik typing something and drinking his black coffee

Cabir: you are unbelievable. Yesterday till late night you were working and I heard from aunty u went to office early and you're still working nonstop and I heard u have suspended whole team.

Manik looks up and see cabir standing

Manik: don't disturb me cabir I have imp meeting tomorrow and yes I have suspended them, they couldn't do work on time and all they do is talk and escape work and I hate lazy people in my office

Cabir: u need rest manik

Manik: I know I will leave by 10

Cabir: surely

Manik: yes

Cabir: see u tomorrow them

Manik: bye

It was 8:00pm and manik is still working in his cabin and almost everyone

Manik: Anuj u can leave. It will take time for me to complete and also check if everyone left or not and if by chance any girl got late book a cab for her and make sure she reach safely.

Anuj: Yes sir. Good Night sir

Manik: Good Night.

At 10:00pm manik wraps his work he keeps head on the chair and rubs his forehead he closes his eyes for few min. He gets up and packs his bag and leaves the room after switching off the lights and locks the door and leaves the office.

Malhotra Mansion:

It was 11:00pm Manik came home all tired, his tie was hanging lose on his neck, his sleeves are folded till his elbow and his coat was hanging on his hand. He sees his mom waiting for him like always he nods his head in disbelief.

Manik: mom I told u so many times not wait for me

Sunita: and I have told u many times i will be waiting for u. I can't see my son sleeping empty stomach and I definitely don't want my son to be on hospital bed. So shut up got to your room get freshen up I will get your dinner

Manik: fine

Manik goes to his room and have a warm shower to relax his muscles. He comes out rubbing his hair and goes to his walk in closet and changes to night wear and combs his hair.

Manik sees his mom sitting on sofa with food waiting for him

Manik sits and have his dinner.

Sunita: why do u strain and give yourself so much stress

Manik: I like working and I can't see my dad taking lot of stress

Just then they heard a voice speaking: so u think I can see my son working so hard and taking lot of stress

Manik: dad

Anil: ha mein

Manik: I though u slept

Anil: how can I sleep when my son doesn't take care of himself properly

Manik: dad not u at least

Anil: manik u need to understand it's good working hard and fulfilling your dreams but not at cost of your health me and Sunita can't see our son in stress

Manik: I can't stop myself to work. I just can't sit idle

Sunita: make a schedule for yourself and remaining time  u can spend time your friends go on a tour

Manik: I will try

Sunita: good boy. So

Manik; so

Sunita: do u have a girlfriend or a crush

Manik: what? No I don't have any crush or girlfriend

Sunita: don't u think its high time u get married

Manik: I don't think so it's right time for it

Sunita: I'm not joking manik

Manik: neither me mom and I don't want to get married yet. I'm not ready for it mom frankly saying and marriage is a beautiful bond and I don't want to take a haste decision and get married. Like u said I want to spend equal time with family and friends and I need proper time schedule. If suppose I get married and come home in odd times do u think it's fair for the girl who comes in life waiting for me all night and not giving her proper time. It's not fair mom, first I want to work on myself as a better person

Sunita: your best person manik

Manik: for u all I'm but the girl who will come in future will ready to accept me the way I'm now I don't come home on fix time mom and on work purpose I keep going. So let me be  a better person and well settled so that neither you nor she won't have to face any problem.

Anil and Sunita: we are proud of u

Manik: I love u both

Anil and Sunita: and we love u so much

Sunita: take rest

Manik: I will mom.

Sunita: good night

Manik: good night mom

Manik lies on the bed and thinks about his  future and slowly drifts to sleep.
