Nandini reached early today as she has to check Mrs. D'Souza and if she is ok, she has to discharge her. She logged in and kept her things and immediately went to her room.

Nandini: hi Mrs. D'Souza

Mrs. D'Souza: Hi child

Nandini: how are u feeling?

Mrs. D'Souza: I'm feeling great and energetic 

Nandini: that's good to hear. I will check your vitals and progress if everything is ok you are good to go 

Mrs. D'Souza: finally, back to my sweet home 

Nandini smiles at her and checks her and at same time Dr. Neil walks in 

Neil: how is she doing Dr. Nandini

Nandini: her vitals are good and she is recovering and she is good to go 

Neil checks once again, it's not he doesn't trust his interns but as senior doctor he wants to make sure the patient is alright and there is no risk

Neil: perfect. Mr. D'Souza you can proceed with the formalities Dr. Nandini will sign the discharge form and guide you with the tablets and diet 

Mr. D'Souza: thank you so much for saving my wife it means a lot to me 

Neil: please don't thank us it our duty. Take care

Nandini tells them the diet and usage of tablets and signs the discharge form. 

Nandini was checking her pager, Dr. Neil calls her 

Nandini: yes doctor 

Neil: if you don't mind can you take in charge of emergency ward actually the in charge has gone out for emergency and other doctors are busy so

Nandini: sure, doctor any ways I have checked my patients and they are resting 

Neil: Thank you 

Nandini goes to emergency ward

Nandini was checking the patient and assigning them the doctor who are in serious need and taking care of everything 

Scene Changes to Mumbai:

Manik went to visit the site where they are going to build the apartment, he was inspecting the site and making sure the site is suitable for it 

Manik: Shyam I think this ground needs leveling 

Shyam: yes, sir I can see one side the ground level is high 

Manik: make sure the ground is levelled and it is strong 

Shyam: yes sir 

Manik: did all the equipment arrived 

Shyam: they are few more left sir 

Manik: ok and make sure you send me daily report of this project 

Shyam: yes sir

Manik: good 

Manik wears his goggles and sits in the car and leaves to his office

Nandini was checking the patients and at same time the in charge comes back 

In Charge: Thank you so much Dr. Nandini 

Nandini: it's k happy to help 

Nandini goes back to her floor and she sees the time and her pager and saw they are no duties so she thought to grab a coffee for herself 

In the meanwhile a patient is having difficult to breathe and his pulse was going down and Dr. Neil who was passing by saw it and immediately rushed inside and called the nurse to call doctor 

Nandini has finished with her coffee and reached the floor and nurse saw her and rushed to her 

Nurse: Dr. Nandini

Nandini: yes 

Nurse: it's an emergency Dr. Neil is calling for doctor

Nandini: which room?

Nurse: 405

Nandini: ok 

Room 405 

Nandini: Dr. Neil 

Neil: checks his vitals and nurse call ward boy he needs to be rushed to OT 

Nurse: yes doc 

Nandini: sir his vitals are very low and if I'm not wrong his operation was successful why would his vitals and pulse drops 

Neil: you are right and I have checked today morning also he was alright 

Soon they take him to OT and gets him treated and found out he was given wrong medication by god's grace he was back to normal 

Neil: I want all the interns in my cabin

Neil's Cabin:

Neil: who is the in charge of the patient in room 405

Morgan: Dr. Neil it's me 

Neil: how could you give him a wrong medication?

Morgan: no sir I haven't given him a wrong medication in fact when I checked him, he was doing great 

Neil: than how the hell did the patient was having loss of breath and his vitals falls down thank God Dr. Nandini reached on time and helped me with it 

Morgan: sir I think Dr. Nandini gave him wrong medication and treated him so that she can be in good books 

Nandini: what the fuck Morgan? Why would I even do that?

Morgan: you should only know

Nandini: for your kind information I was in Emergency ward as in charge for few hours and before that I have discharged Mrs. D'Souza and when I was coming back from cafeteria one nurse came and said Dr. Neil is calling. 

Morgan: u can be lying 

Nandini: and what do I gain by lying nothing and being a doctor, I wouldn't be so careless with a patient and Dr.  Neil you can ask patient mother who was with him all day which doctor visited him

Neil asked the nurse to call patient mother 

Mother: yes doctor 

Neil: may I know which doctor visited him and gave medicines after I left 

Mother: Dr. Morgan

Neil: thank you 

Mother: mention not 

Soon the mother left 

Neil: this is heights instead of accepting your mistakes you are blaming others 

Morgan: I'm sorry sir 

Neil: do hell with your sorry. Due to your carelessness towards patients, I'm suspending you for a week now out 

Morgan: sir 

Neil: I said out and others off to work 

All resumed their works. Soon Nandini was done with her shift and left to her home 

Nandini and Aisha Apartment:

Nandini: I'm back home 

Nidhi: first go and freshen up I have made pakoda for you 

Nandini: thank you mom 

After 10 min Nandini came back 

Yash: nandu we are leaving tomorrow 

Nandini: y so early 

Nidhi: I have an important meeting in delhi after 2 days so 

Yash: and me too we thought of staying for a week but 

Nandini: it's ok mom dad I understand don't worry 3 more months I will back to you both 

Yash: yes, and ha you will take 2 months gap before you join back to hospital 

Nandini: deal 

Nidhi: yes

Next day Nandini dropped her parents at airport and left to her hospital....... Like this 3 month has passed. Manan used to talk to each other and their bond grew so strong over the time. A month back Nandini has submitted her notice period to the hospital. She already has sent her half of the cloths and her car back to India. 

Today is the day Nandini is going back to her home after 5 long years. She didn't tell anyone the date she is coming back as she want to surprise them. She messaged them saying I won't be available for day as I'm going out with my colleague

Nandini and Aisha Apartment:

Marie: Nandini baby I have packed everything and once check if I have forgotten anything 

Nandini: yes, aunty everything is packed aunty and I will miss you 

Marie: will miss you too 

Nandini: thank you for taking care of me

Soon Nandini locks the door and leaves to the airport

Nandini: finally going back to India can't wait to go back to MY FAMILY this place has made me learn new things and made me independent. I WILL MISS YOU LONDON 

Nandini reached Mumbai at 4:00 am 

Nandini: I'M BACK thank god there is no Media 

Nandini wears her cap and goes out with her luggage she already booked a cab she quickly got into cabin and was looking at the city. 

Around an hour she reached her home, security officer comes out and at same time Nandini comes out 

Security officer: Nandini baby 

Nandini: hi uncle how are you?

Security officer: I'm good. You could have called me I would have sent car na 

Nandini: surprise 

Security officer: ok leave the luggage we will get it 

Nandini: thank you! Nandini pays the can and runs inside 

It was 5:00 am by the time few servants already came and started to clean the house. Nandini waves them high with bright smile and rushes to her parents' room

Yash and Nidhi Room:

Nandini slowly opens the door and goes inside she removes her shoes and sleeps between both of them and kiss their cheeks 

Yash wakes up and saw Nandini 

Yash: I think I gone mad imaging princess I missing her so much 

Nandini giggles hearing him

Nandini: dada I'm for real saying she pinches him 

Yash: ahh 

Hearing Yash shout Nidhi opens her eyes and sits

Nidhi: Yash kya hua 

Nandini: good morning mumma

Yash hugs her tight he has tears in his eyes Nidhi wipes his tears

Nandini sleeps between them holding their hands in her grip and they kiss her forehead 

Around 10 Nandini wakes up and goes to her room and saw it is still the same. She takes her clothes and went to get ready

Nandini: dad mom I will go to Manik house and come

Yash: and I will ask driver to take you

Nandini had her breakfast and left to Malhotra mansion. She thought of visiting Aisha but she was not back from Goa

The security guards know the driver as he saw him visiting quite few times so he allowed him. Nandini comes out and went inside and saw Manik talking to Cabir and his family.

Nandini: SURPRISE 

Everyone is startled hearing the voice and they saw Nandini standing over there with a huge smile

Nandini: Manik 

She runs towards him and hugs him tight, Manik lifts her twirls her around and she laughs 

Manik: I missed you 

Nandini: I missed you too and I Like you 

Manik: what?

Nandini: i said I Like You duffer 

Manik: yayy finally u told me ha 

Nandini: I want to tell you  face to face so 

Manik: acha 

Cabir: if you both are done with murmuring can we also meet 

Manik: ya 

Nandini: hi Cabir

Anil: hello beautiful

Soon Malhotra's arrived. Cabir couldn't come as he has got urgent dinner meet with a client
