And since the apartment will be in the left center and to its left there will be a small garden for elder people they can talk to. Coming to right side of the land I'm thinking we can build a gym and pool only for the residents no outside will be allowed and children park and then two individual house one for watchman and family as some keep ironing in apartment itself and one for security guards we can hire bachelors for night shift so they can stay here and those who have family they will be in morning shift

Rohit: and also a security room the whole apartment will be having CCTV in respective rooms and the security room will be in the apartment. As they enter there will be a lobby so if any delivery guy comes they can sit until they come.

Yash stood and claps for them and hugs manik and Rohit
