"Well, Someone wants to say that HE LOVES YOU and I just came here for that" He explained relaxedly as if he didn't utter anything which made her heart skip a beat and a bunch of butterflies erupted in her stomach.
Sabir was intently looking at her noticing her every move, he didn't fail to notice how a gasp escaped from her lips due to shock and how she became restless. Calming her racing heart, gaining courage she enquired him.,
Kaun Kehta Hai Mulaqat Meri Aaj Ki Hai,
Tu Meri Rooh k Andar Hai Kai Sadiyon Se.
"Who?" The question was straightforward without any filters. She looked at him intently holding his gaze, to know the answer.
"MY HEART" he replied captivating her gaze smirking at her. Listening to the answer Sidra choked on her pastry, while Nasreen felt goosebumps under his gaze. Unable to hold his gaze, she averted her eyes from him and gulped the water quickly in a go.
De ke Dil Hum jo huye majboor
Iss mai kya ikhtiyaar hai apna
"Breathe, My Love" He whispered audibly enough for her to hear and she closed her eyes taking a deep breath. He looked at her concerned and when she opened her eyes, he felt a fire which is ready to burn him. He challenged her holding the gaze.
Before she can utter anything, Sabir noticed how her hands are shivering and unknowingly he took her right hand in his left, sending a shiver pass through her spine. He held her delicately and looked at Sidra instructing them to give some space. Sidra nodded in a daze and moved to another vacant table analysing the situation.
"Calm down, Listen to me once. Just listen to me without thinking anything" Sabir replied sitting opposite her. She snatched her hand from his hold which left a void in her. She massaged her hand trying to get rid of the shivers which she felt.
"I am Married" Nasreen replied looking at him straight in the eye challenging him to say further and her eyes screamed murder and rage.
"Don't lie, Neither I can see a ring nor I can see a Mangalsutra" He replied smirking playing with the tissue papers which was placed next to the coffee cup.
Nasreen cursed herself in mind for not wearing any jewellery and for not fancying them. She always had got lectured by her mother on how a girl should wear jewellery. According to her it brings the feminine beauty of women and makes them feel attractive which she couldn't agree with.
"Are you thinking of any other excuses?" He asked huskily looking at her, moving his right hand towards her while she immediately took her hands off from the table hiding them on her lap, which resulted in him chuckling loudly.
"I am not a cannibal to eat you, Relax" He replied feeling amused that how a mere girl made him laugh like no one in his entire life. It's not like he wasn't interested in girls but never had anyone caught his eyes as she did.
"Let's get married" He declared feeling the lack of response from her which made him lose hope for a second that he shouldn't want to have his heartbroken when he liked a girl.
"You don't even know my name? You don't know anything about me at all, How can I just get married to you?" She threw her words furiously looking at him, her hands now kept on the table for support while her nose flared with anger radiating towards him.
