“Is it over?”, Cherry asked when she recognized that the shaking has stopped.
“Probably”, Ren replied. They were both gasping for air.
“Men, I feel sick”, Nichiya moaned.

“Looks like we managed somehow”, Jura said.
“Indeed, I wonder what happened to the others”, Erza said.
“I’m exhausted”, Ichiya said panting with all he can.

“I’m through”, Jenny collapsed to the ground.
“You’ve done enough Jenny”, Hibiki said, patting her head.
“So it’s over huh?”, Gajeel looked at the skies.
“I guess so”, Pantherlily replied.

“Looks like Gray had stopped Juvia”, Natsu said.
“How are they?”, Lucy asked with worry. “Minora, are you alright?”, she ran her way towards her.
“I can manage, if Tidus knew about this I would earn a good scolding from him”, Minora laughed at the thought.
“Tidus acts like your father sometimes”, Happy said.
“The skies look gloomy though”, Lucy looked at the skies. Nimbus clouds were starting to form above them.
“It’s going to rain”, Natsu said.

“Juvia?”, Lyon was wide eyed as he is looking at Juvia’s still form. Gray wasn’t sure what happened as well. “Gray what did you do?”
“It’s…..”, Gray stopped mid-way.
“AHHHH!!!!!”, Juvia’s aching voice was heard. The necklace at her chest surrounded the Water’s Tear and bonded it, chaining it as a charm with a binding sound. Her whole body was glowing brightly.
“NOOOOOO!!!!”, a different voice screamed. Something dark and eerie was emanating from Juvia’s body and fading towards the skies.
“Juvia!”, Gray and Lyon both said in unison. The rain poured down as Juvia’s unconscious body descended to Gray and Lyon’s arms.

“Muriel-san?”, Juvia was holding Muriel in her arms.
“Thank you, Juvia, for everything. I’m glad that I met you. Humans really are a mystery to me. I hope, your feelings will be conveyed greatly and I’m sure, the time will come that you will be the happiest person on Earth. Cherish your feelings, don’t let it go, not now, not ever”, Muriel held her hands and smiled at her. Her body was glowing as she starts to fade.
“Muriel-san….wait! Juvia have to save you right? Juvia…..”, Juvia was holding her tight.
“It’s alright. You already did. You saved my soul. Can you send my appreciations to your friends as well?”, Muriel asked her, holding her hands, it was warm. Juvia cried as she knows Muriel will soon vanish. “It’s time you go back”
“No, Juvia will never leave you!”, Juvia said.
“Go….”, Muriel said weakly.
“No! Juvia wants to….”, Juvia stopped when she heard someone’s footsteps.
“I’ll take care of her”, both women looked to their sudden addition. Juvia’s eyes widened. Muriel cried at the person in front of them. The familiar warmth of her face when she sees him returned as if she was alive again. “Muriel”, the man smiled so sweetly and true. He looks just the same as she last saw him, wearing the suit that he last wore before he died.
“Earwyn….”, Muriel smiled brighter now. She looks like she just found the rarest thing on earth.
“Earwyn-san?”, Juvia looked at him.
“I’m here to fulfil my oath….my promise to my one and only love…..I made you wait…for so long…..some kind of man am I huh?”, he kneeled in front of them and took Muriel in his arms. A very warm smile was plastered on his face. “I’m sorry”
Muriel shook her head with a very contented smile. “It’s alright….I’m sorry too, for not believing in you…..for thinking you’ve betrayed me all this time….for destroying the island where I met you…..for…”
“Shhhhh, don’t talk now…I’m here…I’ll always be here……I’m never gonna let you go again….”, Earwyn hugged her tight. “Let’s go together”, he said as Muriel nodded with a teardrop on her eye.
Juvia smiled at the two as she witness them fading together.
“I love you”, Muriel mumbled to him.
“I love you more”, Earwyn said. Both of them floated above, bodies glowing, Earwyn was holding Muriel’s body in bridal style with the necklace and the Water’s Tear as its charm fell down to Juvia’s hands.
“We leave that in your hands”, both said. Juvia held it tight.

“Hey Earwyn….do you still remember the vow we made that night?”, Muriel looked at him with contentment on her smile.
“Of course”, he replied softly.
“We will be”
“Together forever”
They both vanished with a warm smile crept on their faces. Finally, they’re at peace.

“Huh, Gray look”, Lyon pointed at Juvia’s hands.
“It’s the necklace…and the Water’s Tear!”, Gray looked at it surprisingly.
Gray and Lyon saw the necklace in Juvia’s hands. It appeared out of nowhere but they didn’t care. Soon, Lucy and the others were able to reunite with them. The rain stopped not long after.

“Ungh…huh! What…..where…..”, Juvia suddenly got up and look at her surroundings.
“You’re finally awake?”, Gray’s voice was heard and when Juvia turned her head, she saw Gray sitting beside her. Realizing, she imagined herself lying unconscious and sleeping on her beloved Gray-sama’s lap.
“Gray-sama!”, Juvia felt lightheaded so Gray had to keep her from falling unconscious again.
“All this time…in Gray-sama’s lap…Juvia….Juvia has….KYAAAHHH!!!”, Juvia’s mind is screaming at the thought.
“Hey Juvia, the mission is over now. My part of the deal is done right? Now it’s your turn”, Gray teased her.
“EH! Deal?”, Juvia tried hard to think what Gray was talking about, then she remembered her promise that she will answer him after their mission is finished. “AH! Gray-sama….about that…”
“You’ll come back to Fairy Tail alright. I won’t take no for an answer from you. Besides, think of that as payment for saving you”, Gray stood.
“Gray-sama?”, Juvia watched him.
“Now, let’s go”, he reached his hand out for her. “We have to go thank everyone for helping us”
Juvia took his hand willingly and walked with him. She noticed the necklace she was holding all this time.
“Ah the necklace…”, Juvia showed it to Gray.
“That’s the thing we’re looking for, we have to return it to Elric Anidrew right?”, Gray said in an obvious tone.
“Right….umm, thank you Gray-sama”, Juvia looked awkward from talking to him. Gray smiled at her in return.
“You’re welcome”
“Ah Juvia!”, Lucy suddenly appeared with the others.
“Everyone”, Juvia smiled at them then bowed lowly. “Juvia has caused you a lot of predicament. Juvia is sorry for that”
“What are you saying? We’re friends aren’t we?”, Lucy smiled at her. She looked up and saw everyone was smiling to her as well.
“Accidents on a job is inevitable, you know that right?”, Gajeel said like he doesn’t care.
“Aye!”, Happy agreed.
“We’re just happy to have you back, safe and sound”, Lyon told her.
“Lyon-sama….”, Juvia was touched to their words.
“This is for the mission, nothing personal really”, Jenny crossed her arms.
“Now, now Jenny”, Hibiki was trying to calm the situation.
“Too bad, now I can’t make fun of Gray any longer. He’s back to his old self again. How lame”, Natsu said with a slight disappointment.
“What did you say fire breath!”, Gray asked annoyingly.
“Oh now you’re talking! Wanna have a go with me ice princess?”, Natsu mocked.
“You two stop right now! Save your issues for later”, Erza stopped them and the two straightened in fear.
A snow fell from their heads.
“Snow?”, Wendy asked.
“It’s not Christmas time yet though”, Cherry asked, catching bits of snowflakes.
“Pretty”, Lucy enjoyed as she held out her hands.
“It’s Earwyn-san and Muriel-san. They must be thanking us”, Juvia held the necklace tightly.
“I see. This is somewhat a miracle”, Jura said with a smile.
“Agreed”, Ichiya said.
All of them just looked above and enjoyed the blessing that was raining on to them with an unbeatable smile on their face.
“Thank you”, voices was heard.
