"Leri, bring everyone here. We will commence with the ceremony", he said.

"Huh?", future Lucy felt herself floating and ropes tied her tightly on a pole. "Argh!", she groaned in pain.

Many people gathered around her. It was happening so fast. She saw Toki holding a torch and grinning madly at her. She noticed that there are lots of firewood below her. She looked at him with fear in her eyes.

"Any last words?", he asked.

"Yeah, you've made an enemy of a guild that you don't want to get angry", future Lucy smirked. "Even if I die, you will definitely get what you deserve in HIS hands".

Toki grinned with that statement evilly.

"Papa, it's there!", Nashi pointed the mountain ahead of them. "That's the mountain I saw when Mama talked to me"

"Good job, Nashi", Erza patted the strawberry blonde's head.

"I can smell her faint scent", Naru sniffed. "I can also smell many wizards inside.

Natsu sniffed and his nose scrunched when he smelled something awful than Lucy's scent.

"We have to hurry!", he seriously said as he ran. Naru knew what it is and had a worried expression too.

"What is it Onii-chan?", Nashi asked.

"Mom's in danger!", he said. Nashi's eyes widened.

"I cannot agree more", Toki menacingly grinned at her.

With one sweep, Toki threw the torch and fire erupted from below. The heat emanating from it is incredible.

"How does it feel to die with the same kind of magic you fell in love with so much?", Toki laughed. Future Lucy bit her lip to stop herself from screaming. She can feel the pain of the fire. "Now die"

Future Lucy cried as she reminisced the happy times she shared with the guild. This must be what those who are going to die is experiencing - memory flashbacks like a movie being watched.

"You want to join our guild right? Then come with me!", Natsu dragged her by the hand as he grinned at her. That's the first time she smiled so wide and it's not just because of achieving the guild she so dreamed of joining but she had her first Fairy Tail friend as well.

"I've decided, join us and let's form a team", Natsu announced when he took her as his teammate. She actually thought he just did it to trick her into a job but later she found out that Natsu really wanted her to be his partner on a team.

"LUCY!!!!", she saw him running for her when she jumped out of Sky Cell.

There are other times as well.

The time Natsu stood protectively of her when she was about to meet her end in Gajeel's hands. The battle they had with Oracion Seis, their trip in Edolas, the battle in Tenroujima, Grand Magic Games even the battle with the Dragons.

"I won't let anyone to take away Lucy's future!", his fist clashed with future Rogue as he is angered by her future self's death. "I promise!", that's the first time she saw Natsu's tears with agony.

"I will protect the future", he promised.

The way he protected her from the demons....

"I love you...Lucy", she remembered the first time Natsu said it with his goofy grin.

Those memories keeps flashing in her mind. Her memories are full of Natsu.

"Thank you....Natsu", she mumbled. The heat flowing and burning her clothes seems to thin out a bit. She opened her eyes when she felt that the burning fire is leaving her. She saw the fire being sucked away from her. The fire was extinguished as she slumped to the ground.

"Thanks for the food", a voice was heard from a deep corner of the cave. "Although, I definitely don't like the way this fire tastes". From the tone of the owner's voice, you can notice the anger in it.

"Wh-Who's there?!", Toki gritted. A silhouette showed itself. A cloaked person landed a kick on Toki, sending him ten meters away from where he once was. The person stood protectively in front of Future Lucy. The cloak that draped him was handed down to cover her whole body which has burn marks in it.

"N-Na...", Future Lucy was too relieved as she cried at the sight in front of her.

"I won't let you die on me twice", he caressed her cheek. "I'm back", he grinned before turning serious. "Happy, take care of her", he said as he stood.

"Aye sir!", Happy saluted.

"Ha-Happy...", Future Lucy mumbled with relief.

"Dragneel?!", Toki staggered a little in standing up. Future Natsu, by the mention of his name, launched a fiery punch on his face. It happened so fast that no one beside him was able to stop Natsu.

"I will make you pay for everything you did to her", future Natsu angrily said. Fire enveloped his whole body. "You will regret the day that you trampled with time"

"Master! We're being ambushed!", some of the wizards rushed inside the ceremonial hall.

"Wizards of Fairy Tail are attacking us!"

"Master!", his companions helped him.

"Tch!", Toki managed to get away from future Natsu and headed out. The wizards who were left including Leri stopped future Natsu from chasing after him.

"Go ahead!", Erza said. "We'll manage somehow"

Natsu and the others nodded.

"Wait!", a group lingered from outside the entrance.

"Wendy-san!", Naru was relieved to see them.

"Ryuu!", Nashi gasped. The said toddler squealed as he ran towards them. Surely, he looks like the cutest version of Natsu.

"Pa...pa?", he sniffed but shook his head. His eyes turned to the stairs and pointed it.

"You can smell him too huh?", Naru smiled.

"Who?", Natsu asked.

"You're future self. Dad has come earlier than us", Naru replied.

"I'm all fired up", Natsu said.

"Wendy-san, come with us!", Nashi said.

"I'll help Erza-nee here", Romeo told them. "Be careful, Wendy", Wendy nodded as she go with them.

"I'll stay as well", Yuki said.

"Be safe", Erza warned Natsu before he ran upstairs. Natsu nodded at her.

Natsu, Nashi, Wendy, Ryuu and Naru managed to get inside the ceremonial hall in time for them to see all the wizards fighting off someone.

"Dad!/Papa!", Naru, Nashi and Ryuu called out.

"You guys....", Future Natsu's eyes widened when he saw them. His attention turned to his past self. "What is myself doing in there!", future Natsu reacted childishly.

"I'm old!", Natsu showed the same expression as his older self. The wizards sweat dropped.

"Mama!", the three called out when they saw their mother lying helplessly on the ground with Happy aiding her.

"Wendy, heal her", both Natsu said. Wendy nodded and made her way through the wizards using Natsu and Naru's help.

Natsu, future Natsu, and Naru stood together with their backs leaned on each other.

"It's really funny to see my past self on this mess. That Toki really did it", future Natsu grinned.

"It's an awful feeling to me. It's weird to see myself looking back at me", Natsu said back. "Now I understand how Lucy felt when her future self appeared on our time during the grand Magic Games"

"Can we just focus on the problem here?", Naru said.

"Alright, we'll do 'em good. Let's beat them all up!", future Natsu said.

"Roger", the two other said.

"Lucy-san", Wendy kneeled in front of her and started healing her.

"Mama", Nashi was teary as she looks at her Mother with worry. Ryuu is crying as well.

"Ryuu....Nashi", Future Lucy mumbled weakly. "You're alright. Where's Naru?"

"He's with Papa", Nashi said. Future Lucy saw him and her eyes widened when she saw Natsu's younger version fighting together with them.

"No....Wendy, stop him", Future Lucy tried to stand. "Toki.....if he knew Natsu's past self is here, he'll target him. Wendy, protect him!", Future Lucy grabbed her hand tightly.

"Cheh, this guys are nothing", Natsu said as their victory was reached. Future Natsu already rushed to Lucy's side and Naru was with him.

"Natsu....protect him! He's in danger!", Future Lucy pointed. Future Natsu looked back and ran towards his past self.

"Move it!", Future Natsu warned. As if on cue, Toki appeared behind Natsu's past self with a portal. Natsu looked back and saw Toki about to slash him with a sword.

"If you die here, my plan will be successful", Toki grinned.

"NATSU!!!!", Future Lucy shrieked out.

Somewhere along the line, everyone was sure he stabbed him already.

"What the...", Toki gasped when he saw his knife stopped mid-way on his back.

"Why you!", Naru and future Natsu punched his life out of him.

"How.....", Future Lucy gasped. Then she turned and saw Nashi, her hair floating sideways as a powerful aura surrounded her. Ryuu was holding her hand as they both glared at Toki. The tips of her hair turned pink while the upper is blonde, just like it did when she had a fever.

"Nashi....", Future Natsu and Naru gasped.

"I won't let you hurt him....", Nashi was intently looking at Toki.

"Stop him Natsu! He's going to that portal and.....", Toki was about to leave using the portal he summoned but he can't close the portal like it supposed to.

"I can't close it?", Toki looked at Nashi. "That girl....she can stop time?", he angrily glared.

Nashi showed the keys her Mother entrusted to her. They were glowing brightly in her hands.

"They're the ones who told me how", she said.

"I see....Celestial Magic, huh?", Toki slumped on the ground. He knew he can no longer escape. "Everything I did was a failure", he said.
