"E....E-Erza.....", he stuttered.

"So it's true, your past self is here", Erza said. "IDIOT!"

"I know.....it's hard to imagine seeing you guys like this. You're old!", Natsu said. Erza's vein popped and smacked him hard.

"Don't state a fact you stupid! Of course I'll be like this, it's the future!", Erza angrily said. "So...where's Lucy?"

"Lucy? You mean the past or the future?", Natsu asked.

"Of course the past, you dimwit! I doubt you saw her future self already. Lucy should be with you, judging by experience, you always drag her to your stupidity", Erza said.

"I don't know either", Natsu seriously said.

"What? This is bad as it is. You should look for her", Erza said. "It's dangerous. Your future selves will be in danger if anything happens"

"I know. I'm sure Lucy's near, I can feel it", Natsu said. "But I'm still worried"

"Hmm....we should save the Lucy of this time first", Erza said.

"What?", Natsu looked at her with confusion.

"She must know something to help you return", Erza said.

"Really? How can she do that?", Natsu asked.

"Didn't you know? Lucy already attained all the keys of the Zodiacs. Well, eleven to be exact but the power is still the same. Master Makarov once told her that she can use it to open the gates of time but she never tried it even once", Erza said.

"And why is that?", Natsu asked.

"If you haven't noticed you and those kids are the reason", Erza said.

Natsu looked at the quarrelling kids. Nashi was trying to stop Eru from beating Naru and Yuki up. Asuka was just laughing all the way.

"They look just like we do, nineteen years ago", Erza smiled.

"Yeah...", Natsu smiled again. "Where is my future self? How can he leave them behind like this? Lucy of this time is in trouble, he should have been here", Natsu gritted his teeth.

"I'm sure he's responsible enough", Erza said. "Hey guys! Enough already, we're going now!", Erza shouted out as she stood.

"Ah! We're going now? Naru, Yuki, let's go!", Nashi dragged Eru by the hands and ran towards them.

"That celestial wizard girl who holds the keys that can change the future and the past is captured", a man said.

"Good. Now we have two of them. That girl who has no keys with her. Dispose of her", the other said.

"What are you doing?! Let go of me!", a woman's voice was heard. Lucy opened her eyes in a dark cellar.

"Where....am I?, Lucy groaned. "Eh? What am I doing here?", Lucy mentally thinks of what has happened. "That's right, I was with Natsu and the others in a mission when......Magical pocket watch?", she gasped at the memory. "Natsu? Where are you?", Lucy tried to call out.

"Is there someone in there?", a woman's voice called out from a deeper place.

"Umm....can you please tell me where I am?", Lucy hesitantly walked closer to her. When she can see her silhouette, she gasped when the moonlight emanated inside.

"It....can't be", she gasped. Both brown eyes were wide as they both said the same thing. Her future version who she just met in the Grand Magic Games and died was sitting across from her although this one is a lot older.

"What are you doing here?", future Lucy gasped.

"I....don't tell me I was sent to the future? When is this?", Lucy asked immediately when she figured out what happened.

"Nineteen years from when you and the guild won the battle with Tartaros and Zeref, today is the third of August X813", she said.

"What?!", Lucy stumbled to the ground.

"Oh no. You can't stay here", future Lucy said.

"Wh...What?", Lucy asked.

"Can you release me from this ropes?", future Lucy gestured to her tie.

"Y-Yeah", Lucy sweated from what she's experiencing again. "How did I end up in here?", Lucy thought awkwardly as she frees her future self.

"Fate is such a cruel thing.....for us to meet again", future Lucy mumbled.

"Huh?", Lucy looked at her.

"I can't believe to see myself once again....this is really.....", future Lucy gasped when she heard someone coming inside.

"Heh? You're awake?", a man entered and eyed them evilly.

"Tch. Get ready", future Lucy warned her. Lucy just nodded.

"Gate of the Lion, I open thee, Loki", future Lucy chanted. Loki appeared in front of them.

"How are you Lu.....", Loki was wide-eyed when he saw two Lucy's behind. "What is she doing here? I mean you? I mean..."

"I'll explain later. Take care of him while I'm busy", future Lucy argued.

"Alright", Loki attacked the man who just entered.

"Come here", future Lucy dragged her to a farther corner of the cellar. "You....is it possible that Natsu of the past is also in here?", future Lucy asked.

"Huh? I guess.....he dragged me when a pocket watch activated its magic", Lucy said.

"Pocket watch? It's Toki", future Lucy gritted her teeth. "This is bad, If this continues and he disposed of you....Myself, you have to be a mediator between time", she seriously said.

"Mediator?", Lucy asked.

"If you and Natsu got stuck in here and die, there will never be a future for us. Please, you have to be in the time space in order for both you and Natsu of your time to have a possibility of returning to the past. You just have to endure being stuck in the time space. There you will find something like a portal and a large clock face. I learned that to stop the ripples from happening, there's something in there that you can use. You have to create a miracle. Focus all your power to cease the clock's hand from moving and to stop Toki from altering between time. If it's you, I'm sure you can do this", future Lucy explained.

"But...what about Natsu?", Lucy asked.

"He'll be fine. You believe in him don't you?", future Lucy assured her. "Please.....I'm sure, Natsu will come for you. In order for both of you to keep the promises you made from our past selves, you have to do this. You are me from the past. I'm sure you understand", future Lucy smiled at her.

"Tell me what to do", Lucy grabbed her hands and smiled back. Future Lucy instructed her with everything she has to know and hugged her one last time.

"Lucy, I've taken care of him", Loki reported.

"Good. Let's do it before someone else comes for you", future Lucy said.

"Yeah, let's do our best", Lucy nodded to her.

"I'll use the keys of the Zodiac", future Lucy closed her eyes. "Open the heavens. Obey these words of thy servant. Oh ruler of the stars, let thou guidance give us thou strength. Save the time by offering thy soul", Loki disappeared when all the keys surrounded Lucy. "Shower your radiance! I open the gate that transcends time!"

"Will everything change if I don't stop it?", Lucy asked.

"The future depends on you now, in order to save it, please do your best", future Lucy smiled.

"Then....I'll make sure that the worst will never happen", Lucy assured.

"You know....seeing you here.....brings such happiness to me....that only reminds me....of everything I'm blessed with", future Lucy smiled.

"What?", Lucy was confused.

"Your future will definitely be safe as long as both of you will be together. Natsu will make sure of it too. In this year's time, you will have....your greatest happiness", she smiled wider and warmly. "It's good to see you again, myself", future Lucy smiled once more.

"It's good to see myself in the future too", Lucy smiled back. With that, she vanished in front of her with the light that surrounded her. Future Lucy slumped exhausted to the ground.

"Amazing. Truly amazing", a man clapped as he enters the cellar. The one who entered before was lying unconsciously on the ground.

"Toki....", future Lucy panted.

The said man grinned.

"Lucy Dragneel", he smirked at her. Lucy's eyes drifted to sleep.

"Natsu...", she thought.

"That guy....he made us run in circles", a man punched the ground hard. "I've been looking for him for almost a year now and this....Darn it!"

"Do you think he escaped again?", his companion asked.

"I can't lose him like this. That guy can't be free in doing this", the man gritted.

"Look!", his companion pointed the things at a nearby table.

"This writings....Lucy told me about them...this can't be! He finished the time transcending watch? If he made a contract with HER then..."

"Natsu.....", he heard the voice he so always love to hear mumbled softly.

"Hm? Natsu?", his companion looked at him when he seems to avert his gaze back where they came from.

"I heard Lucy", a man draped in a cloak looked behind. He dashed off when he said his previous statement.

"NATSU!", his cat companion called out.

"We have to go back now, Happy. My family is in danger", pink hair stood out when the cloak dropped over his shoulders.

"Lucy....wait for me", he thought.
