“The signal....”, Hibiki was sweating hard. “It stopped”

Shock crossed to every face in front of him.

“Wh-What.....”, Happy mumbled.

“What do you mean it stopped?”, Natsu angrily asked.

“Hey, calm down”, Sting stopped Natsu from grabbing Hibiki by the collar.

“I don’t know. The signal was still there and then it just stopped transmitting”, Hibiki explained.

“Don’t tell us......”, Erza can’t finish.

“It’s possible that Bunny-Girl’s wrist strap was detected and taken off her”, Gajeel finished.

“No way!”, Natsu struggled on Sting’s hold. “Where’s the last transmission?”, Natsu asked.

“I’m not sure...”, Hibiki closed his eyes.

“WHAT?!”, now both Sting and Natsu are trying their best not to grab him.

“Wait a minute, what do you mean you’re not sure?”, Reina tried to calm both dragon slayers and hovered over HIbiki’s archive magic.

“The transmission was indecisive. It’s all over the place 5 kilometres from here and then suddenly, it stopped”, Hibiki explained.

“Show your archive to me”, Reina demanded.

“What good will that do?”, Hibiki sounds hopeless.

“Just do it!”, Reina sounded more annoyed than patient.

“Do as she wants”, Tetsuya urged.

“Here”, Hibiki shared his archive to her.

“Hisoka, will you come over here for a second”, Reina ordered. The man named Hisoka from her escorts stepped forward near her.

“What can I do for you Reina-sama”, he bowed.

“You’re an expert with this right? Will you please give us directions with the last transmission? Show us its source”, Reina politely asked.

“As you please. Give me just a minute”, Hisoka replied.

“He’s....hacking my archive?”, Hibiki was surprised.

The dragon slayers’ ears stirred when they heard a troublesome noise.

“Looks like they don’t intend to wait for us come to them”, Gajeel smirked.

“We’ll keep them busy. You guys figure out the path you have to take and we’ll create a way”, Kagura said.

The wizards are getting bigger in numbers as they stay still in the middle of the road waiting for Hisoka to figure out where Lucy might be.

“Don’t let them get any further” a woman’s voice echoed in the open.

All heads turned to her. Fairy Tail recognized who it was but Max was the only one holding a more serious expression of surprise.

“Laki....”

“Shinji what did you do?”, Helga asked angrily. Shinji was standing in front of Lucy, laughing loudly as he held into something.

“Ughhhhhh”, Lucy groaned, holding her wrist that was covered in bruise from the force his hand applied on it.

The wrist strap in her hand was taken off and it wasn’t done out of kindness.

“Too bad, if I applied much force I would have cut your arm off too”, Shinji laughed hysterically.

“You monster”, Lucy groaned, holding her hand.

“Good, you’ve taken care of that annoying thing”, Helga put her scythe away a little.

“I love the sound of her whimper. Let me hear a little more”, Shinji readied his newly recovered arms.

“Stop it!”, Helga readied her scythe again.

“Just a little more!”, Shinji stepped a little closer to Lucy.

Lucy hugged herself and closed her eyes with fear.

“No.......”, she whimpered.

“Shinji, back away!”, Helga neared her scythe aiming to half of his body.

“That’s it, let me hear more!”, Shinji was enjoying himself.

“N....Nat.....”

“Stop!”, a more distinct and deep voice echoed inside the dark room.

Everything stopped. Not because of magic, but because of fear paralyzing everything inside.

“M...Master!”, both exclaimed.

“What are you doing in here?”, the so-called Master asked, anger in his tone.

“This is....we were....”, Helga was struggling for words. She gripped her scythe tighter.

“M-Master, we just took this girl’s transmitting device and well...we’re teaching her a lesson”, Shinji was croaking in his voice as he makes excuses.

“Enough!”, the man shouted out. Both straightened.

“Helga, I expect that girl in simulation in thirty minutes or I’ll have your head hanging in my quarters”, he angrily said and Helga dropped her scythe with his words. “As for you”, he glared at Shinji. “You will come to the execution room and lock yourself in there while Ardius give you your punishment. Be thankful that you will only receive three helpings considering your help in stopping that girl from giving directions longer”, he finished.

Lucy heard footsteps coming near her. The fear she felt when Shinji was getting close to her doesn’t compare to the fear she is feeling now. Every step she hears feels like a heavy weight on her body and it keeps getting heavier by the second.

Lucy looked at him and she can’t remove her gaze any longer. It’s like her eyes was kept locked on his gaze unwillingly.

“You will regret the day you were born to see Galion Alliance”, she heard him say.

“I heard that Fairies die when they hear someone say ‘I don’t believe in Fairies’. As a fairy like you; you will suffer the same”, he grinned.

“Fairy Tail huh?”, he held her right hand higher, taking interest in her insignia. “Looks like your tail just got caught with an eagle’s claw”, he gripped her bruised hand tightly. Lucy felt the pain of course but at the same time, she felt numb. Without any more second, her surroundings turned black and she knows that it’s already too late.

“Laki it’s us!”, Max shouted out.

“Take this!”, Laki punched him with a wood fraction.

“Laki!”, Erza shouted out.

“Who’s that?”, Laki smiled like she didn’t hear a thing.

“You wench...”, Ren angrily made a stance. “Air......”

“Whoops”, a man punched him from behind.

“Ren!”, Cherry worriedly shouted out. “Hanya?...why are you”

“Don’t get distracted, dolly”, a woman kicked her.

“Cherry!”, Erza shouted out.

“Rika?”, Ren recognized.

“Today’s forecast. It’s gonna rain!”, a man made a magic circle on top of him and many arrows appeared raining down on her direction.

“Taka, stop it!”, Ren cried out as he stood protectively in front of Cherry..

“Requip! Adamantine Armour!”, he large shield protected her and Kagura from the arrows.

“Thank you”, Kagura said.

“This is hard. Fighting against a comrade is very tough even for me”, Erza said.

“Then it won’t be a problem to us”, Kagura dashed and readied her Archenemy.

“Not so fast!”, a woman stopped her.

“Kishna”, Kagura stopped her attack and backed away a little.

“What?”, Ren asked. “You know her?”

“A member of our guild”, Kagura said.

“Get back!”, Rogue shouted out. Kagura got out of the way. “Shadow Dragon’s Claw!”

“Jin-jin!”, his attack was stopped with a shield.

“Jumon?”, Rogue was astonished.

“They’re using our friends against us”, Cherry angrily said.

“Those bastards”, Rogue gritted his teeth.

“The eternal love of wood carvers!”, Laki excitedly danced as she overwhelms Erza and the others with her magic.

“I didn’t even get what she just said”, Gajeel wiped his sweat.

“We can’t fight seriously like this”, Ren was also having a hard time.

“We will fight too!”, Natsu was about to jump into battle when....

“I found it!”, Hisoka exclaimed.

“Natsu-sama!”, Reina called. “We know where Lucy....”

“Reina!”, Tetsuya covered Reina with all his might using his shield magic but he didn’t manage to cover Hisoka and Hibiki on time. The archive was shattered into pieces.

Hibiki and Hisoka were both hit by an attack. They went flying three metres from where they once were.

“Hibiki!”, Ren ran to him.

“No one will know where the hideout is”, a man just appeared from the ground.

“You are...”, Natsu recognized.

“From that time......Duke Everlue!”, Happy pointed.

Duke Everlue grinned. His eyes were all black and look like he’s possessed. Laki and the other wizards have the same eyes as him.

“No one will get past us”, Laki and the others ran for an attack.
