[Sorry for the unpublish, republish half the story was missing on my screen. Hopefully this fixes it]  

 Clancy nodded. "Yes that's James. Now be quiet if you want to know why." she poured more of her magic into the ghostly screen, prompting the image to continue.

James was laughing at young Clancy's attempts to use her magic. "James stop laughing and help me!" she demanded, her shrill voice causing the dog to wake up and bark.
James calmed the dog down and walked over to Clancy smiling. "You're not concentrating. Try imagining a ball of light in your hand." he raised a hand, a ball of shimmering light resting in his palm. "Close your eyes and imagine a light source, such as the sun or a candle."
Clancy closed her eyes and concentrated, her brow furrowed. A small spark appeared in her hand. It slowly grew until it was about the size of a small apple. She opened her eyes and gasped. "James look!"

-the video like magic appeared to fast forward until it settled on the image of Yoi, Clancy, and James in the living room-

"Jamey teach me!" Yoi shouted happily as she watched Clancy show off her skill to amuse Yoi.
James laughed and starting teaching Yoi the same way he had taught Clancy a few years ago.

-the smokey magic screen kept playing scenes from the past, each one showing the truth-

-Yoi having to leave home, Clancy struggling to raise Yoi, both of them growing up closer than sisters-

-the final scene was one of sorrow, the fateful day Clancy took Yoi to the squids-

"This is her?" Squid questioned, his expression one of disbelief. Clancy nodded and bent down to hug Yoi. "Stay safe ok?" She handed James' old squid toy back to Yoi, who clutched it along with her squid plushie. "Wi-will you c-come ba-back?" she asked.
"I'll come back Yoi, I promise. This is only temporary." Clancy replied with a slightly forced grin on her face. She didn't know when she'd be able to come back, especially after what had happened a few months ago.
Yoi and Clancy hugged, the older of the two with tears threatening to fall at any given moment. "T-take care of Mr. Squidington f-for me un-until you ret-retun?" Yoi asked, presenting the smaller of the two squid plushies to Clancy.
Clancy nodded and took the plushie. "Stay safe Yoi. Keep James' squid safe to ok?" She replied, her voice unsteady.
Yoi and Clancy hugged for a long moment. Then Squid pulled Yoi away and started walking off toward the barracks.
Yoi glanced back once at Clancy and made her squid plushie wave a tentacle. "Bye Clancy!" she said cheerfully before happily going with Squid.
Clancy waved back sadly. "Goodbye Yoi..." She wiped the tears from her eyes and ripped a hole in the air, stepping through into a dark room.

Clancy dropped her hands, the magical screen dissipating. "That's the last time we saw each other." she said quietly.
Yoi pulled her squid out of the small purse. "I k-kept his sq-squid s-safe." she said quietly, holding it up to Clancy.
     Clancy gave a small smile and pulled out its counterpart. "I kept yours safe to."
     Clancy and Yoi hugged, both of them happy they had found each other again.

     On the other side of the room Cassia and Becca exchanged glances, Cassia's face one of indifference and Becca's one of sappy joy.
     Cassia raised an eyebrow at Becca. "What happened to rough 'n tough, distrustful of newcomers Becca?"
     Becca just wiped the happy tears from her eyes and smiled at Cassia. "I always get emotional at things like this. Just look at them!" She gestured happily to the two of them hugging, tears of happiness running down Clancy's face.
     Cassia huffed. "Yes I'm happy to have Yoi back too, but we need to get out of here before He arrives."
     Becca glanced at Cassia. "Just a little longer? They haven't seen each other in so long!"
     Cassia just rolled her eyes and pulled out her phone. "Fine but us He comes you'd better hope to god he doesn't bring his little friend again."
     Becca looked confused. "Little friend?"
     Cassia waved her hand in a dismissive way. "Just keep and eye out for his kids." She opened up her Amino app and went to her favorite community, Equestria Amino. She still had to finish her art trade and find some time to do the neat writing adventure contest, but that could wait. For now she just wanted to chat with her EA family. One of them had just posted a picture and Cassia had to stifle her laughter at the sight of it.
     Becca shrugged and kept watching the happy reunion, but at the same time keeping a look out for any danger. She didn't know if He was Herobrine or something else,  it she didn't want to be caught off guard.

     He smiled cruelly as he watched the scene within the chamber with his magical 'cameras' of sorts. It would be so easy to destroy them all in in fell swoop, but he wasn't a man of hasty actions.
     "Enjoy your final days heros." was his final words before rising and disappearing into a room from which little light came out.

[A/N] So for those if you wondering what picture Cassia was looking at, it was the one at the top of the chapter.

It's a long story, but here's the basics of what happened.

A while back on Equestria Amino my best friend and I started something that was unintended, but very funny.

We started turning everyone on the OOC* into pony versions of our favorite Hamilton characters.

Andreas turned into Eliza
Woody turned into Angelica
Champion turned into Peggy

Paradox turned into Philip
I turned into the man himself, Alexander Hamilton xD

And so my best friend Lilly, and amazing artist btw, randomly drew this art 😂
