Agalya's POV

I woke up with a jolt. Was that a dream *correction* nightmare!?

My body was swearing profusely and I was shivering without my knowledge. If a nightmare gives me this much fear then how would I live it in reality?

I took my phone and saw that the time was 12.30 and I had 3 missed calls, one from Aki and two from Yazhu and few unread messages.

As if on cue, someone started banging my door. I quickly got down the bed and ran to the door.

I opened the door and there stood Aki and Yazhu panting heavily. Aki engulfed me into a hug and muttered sorry million times.

I was confused on why he was saying sorry, I parted and asked," why Aki? What happened?"

"What? You don't know what happened?" Aki asked in panic.

"No Aki, I was sleeping till now" I said in a confused tone but deep down I had a feeling that this wedding would stop.

"Agu see this" Yazhu showed a video of Rajeev in drunken state. My heartbeat raised seeing that.

She played that video and he started speaking in a drunk tome " Clara! Babe! I only love you... I don't love that little b***h Agalya!

I promise you babe, I'm doing all this only for revenge. I wanted to make love to her but what she did? She again brought that bastard Aarav into scene and beat me up...

She thought I didn't know about her and Aarav but guess what I knew it, I somehow knew it during my school days itself. She was really a figure back in those days, I once commented on how seductive she looks and Aarav thrashed me.

Aarav, that frickin bastard always snatched Agu away from me. After all these insults, I came up with my master plan to ruin her life...

I'll marry her, make her mine and then throw her away like trash, I don't think Aarav would take her back so she would learn the lesson of what happens if she messes with me!

I'll definitely destruct her life and make her regret her decision! So baby, after I divorce her, I'll marry you and we'll live a happy life... Now come to me"

With that I stopped the video not being able to hear anymore. How cheap did he go to take revenge?

Tears roll down my cheeks but I felt a sense of relief at the same time. Thank god I got to know this earlier.

"I'm so sorry Agu! Now only Yazhu told about the college incident and how madly you were in love with Aarav. I didn't know that you loved him Agu, only if I had known I'd have not shouted at him that day. It's okay, past is past. Now, you may go and fulfil your dream" Aki said handing me my passport and flight tickets.

"But how did you manage to get tickets in this short span?" I asked in horror, I never expected tickets and all.

" Thank me later idiot! I booked them in advance in case, you changed your mind and planned to elope but you were so stubborn on being loyal to your parents and brother" Yazhu smiled.

I gave a bone crushing hug to her saying," Thank you! Thanks a lot Yazhu! You've done a lot to me!"

"Ok ok enough with the thanking! now rush to athai mama (mom in law and dad in law), get their blessings and fly towards your dream!" She gave her thousand watts smile.

I gave a final hug to both of them and rushed ins earch of my parents.

They were really disheartened which anyone could tell with the look on their face.

Rajeev's parents were apologising to them, poor family. They're apologising for the mistake that their son did.

I went to my parents to explain everything but they already knew everything from me loving Aarav to the flight ticket I now have in my hand.

"Our blessings will always be there for you Kanna. We knew that you liked him, we waited for you to tell us but you both were ignoring eachother so we thought there's some problem between you two.

So only, I asked you to marry someone else Kanna but I neve thought it would turn out like this. That day, a part of me wanted to cancel this marriage and marry you to Aarav but your brother's temper and our image in this society stopped me. I'm a sorry Kanna. Go happily, never look back" he told and I had tears in my eyes.

"Thank you Appa Amma" I told and hugged them. They also hugged me back and bid me bye.

I returned to my room, took my phone, purse and passport and headed out. I didn't have time to change and all, my flight was in just 2.5 hours.

I was about go out of the mandap while someone held my wrist from behind.

I turned swiftly, now facing Rajeev. My eyes were glaring at my wrist and he left it.

"Darling, you know that video is fake right. Please don't leave me, I can't imagine my life without you" he said with sadness in his eyes.

For once I believed that he was telling the truth. How good of an actor he is?

Thap! A hard slap fell right across his face and he held the cheek with his hand.

" Chi! Stop with your bloody act Rajeev... Shameless creature! Now I'm leaving to Muscat, don't ever think of pulling any tricks if you don't want to spend the rest of your life in jail.

Remember all the evidences are against you. Don't ever show me this bloody face of yours again Rajeev" I roared making him flinch. I mentally applauded for myself for being brave enough to slap him.

I got down the stairs of the mandap and the driver was waiting with a car. I quickly hopped into the car and asked the driver to drive as fast as possible.

We reached the airport in nearly half the time it usually takes.

I didn't have any luggage in hand so I got in fastly. I was still in an expensive silk saree, bridal jewels and makeup which was giving me more attention in the area but that was the last thing I cared about.

My thoughts were filled with what I'm gonna speak to Aarav... Finally, my life is going in the right path.
