At first it was merely a thought, a conciseness, floating in the endless void of space, there were others like it, thoughts, a conscious mind without form, an idea for lack of better words.

Eventually one that it was near to, decided it was bored of it's existence watching everything unfold and took on a new form, however the thought was more then content enough watching everything unfold, it forgot the name it became known as...it started with a T didn't it?.

Eventually one day the realms seemed to be in an uproar, nothing cataclysmic such as realms being torn apart. not yet at least.

Some Hot-shot warlord who had the ability to steal the souls and powers of others, had decided to rage a genocidal crusade against those he had dubbed "inferior" to his own forces and kin.

Many lesser developed realms found themselves taken over by his forces and forced into manual labor and the like.

The endless stationed over these realms wanted to intervene, as he wasn't even supposed to have some of those powers to begin with, and he was becoming an abomination to the universe itself.

Eventually one Endless got the pleasant idea of having someone of immense power do their work for them as they searched for a suitable candidate, when they came across this thought in the void.

At first it was reluctant, then it agreed and the endless gave it a choice on it's new body and form.

Initially it was without gender and was merely "it", but after looking at the races it choose the race known as humans, a curious decision, and by it's logic it stated that humans were "cute".

Eventually it's body was made, it had pale white skin, a height of over a minimum of 5.6 feet tall, short snow white hair went down to it's neck, and a dress/skirt mixture formed over into it's outfit, and as it's opened it's eyes and had eye's that glowed blue with the power of the void and the cosmos- it then learned that it's body and thus itself was considered female.

One of the Endless that had made her body approached her and said.

"You are now Nerozika-the wrath of the Endless, and the Queen of the void"

The former specter now known as Nerozika narrowed her eyes and inspected her new form.

"Well I'd say this works..you also mentioned I was needed for something?" she said tilting her head-that was an odd feeling for her.

The Endless nodded

"Yes. remember that rip-off realmbreaker from before?" it asked

She nodded.

"Hard to forget that blow-hard, let me guess you need me to take him down for ya?" she replied with a gaze

The Endless nodded.

"Yes. eliminate him and restore balance to the affected realms and you will be rewarded." it replied 

Nerozika nodded then seemed to realize something was off.

"hate to say it..but I don't got anything to fight them off with" she stated crossing her arms.

The Endless in front of her smiled.

"Your powers will take a few moments to appear in you-as for we also got you a..gift of sorts." it stated

"A gift?" Nerozika echoed

It nodded

Another Endless then walked in holding a large piece of what seemed to be a purple metal.

"Every Specter needs a mark to signify their status-yours will be implanted on this shield, it will serve you well...now...place your hand on it" it ordered

Nerozika glanced and then with a nod she walked to the shield and slowly pressed her hand into it's side and it's effect was immediate.

A faint glowing purple energy begun to emit from the shield as lines began to glow across it's surface

Markings suddenly appeared across it's surface as it begun to hover in place, as Nerozika felt her power level increase rapidly and her eyes gave off a blue glow to emphasize the point.

"This is your mark, this signifies your status as a specter, your shield is made of a nigh-unbreakable material known as Voidwood, one of the rarest materials to still exist since the last realms, it is a metal from a Oak tree that resides in the void realms, and absorbed some of it's energy-becoming a metal like material that defy's logic." The Endless finished

Nerozika narrowed her eye's in curiosity at the shield as she reached out her hand and the shield responded and begun to hover around her.

It was a shape that roughly sat between a Rhombus and a Hexagon and it seemed to have a short point to it on the bottom as well, a large orb sat in the dead center of the shield which seemed to be the cause of the markings, as pink mist flowed from it's side, as she reached to touch it she grasped it and was surprised to find out that it was lighter then a feather.

"Only you and those you allowed can carry your shield-but like all iconic and powerful weapons-you must name it" said the Endless.

Nerozika blinked before she considered this.

As she felt herself got more powerful she felt knowledge and languages start to appear inside her head.

She considered the question before saying.

"Axiom"

The Endless tilted it's head it's red eyes curious.

"And what does "Axiom" mean?"

Nerozika smiled slightly

"Guardian".

"Bah, not doing much guarding right now aren't you?" said a new voice high pitched and rough on the ears.

The Endless sighed as Nerozika turned to the direction of the voice.

A stout goblin like creature wearing a jester uniform hopped into the room as it clicked it's teeth.

"The all-mighty Endless find it beneath them to deal with Gnats such as that Warlord, consider yourself lucky" it said

The Endless huffed.

"I thought I told you to stay away clown" said the Endless

"Why and miss meeting our newest recruit?" replied the creature

"Gasor, Nerozika is not just some "recruit"" said the Endless sternly.

Gasor rolled it's eyes.

"Well based on her structure, she doesn't seem ready for combat, no armor, no toned muscle mass, no sword-just that shield-there are other roles that would suit her far better-send me instead and that war-lord is as good as gone!" said the creature

"roles?" asked the Endless

"yes roles such as-" Gasor suddenly stopped as it sounded like he was starting to choke.

Gasor clawed at his neck as he was lifted up into the air.

Nerozika looked at the creature with a gaze of indifference as her telekinesis came into power-and it was a handy power to shut up strange little Goblin creatures dressed like a clown.

"choose your next words-carefully" warned Nerozika.

She released Gasor who-instead of speaking ran out of the room.

The Endless beside her sighed "sorry about him he's..built different" it said

Nerozika shrugged.

"oh well it gave me a chance to try out one of my powers in something other then a trial by fire" she said giving a small smile.

The Endless smiled slightly and then said.

"speaking of demonstrations-I imagine your soon gonna be late for your main performance"

Nerozika smiled in challenge.

"Then let's not keep them waiting any longer"
