A usual day.

Randhir left for office and Sanyukta was helping Renuka in kitchen.

"Maasaa...what's the sweet for the day?" Sanyukta asked

"Not decided yet...why you have any idea" Renuka asked

"Yes Maasa...I want make gajar ka halwa..." She said

"For Randhir?" Renuka asked

"Umm...Yes...I mean no for everyone" Sanyukta covered up

Renuka giggled on her statement

"But we need to buy carrots then" Renuka said

"We don't have carrots?" Sanyukta asked

"No...don't worry...I will ask servent to bring them okay" Renuka said

"Okay...Thanks Maasa.." Sanyukta chirped excitedly

Renuka ordered servent to bring carrots.

Sanyukta was searching for receipe on internet.

"Sanyukta...here your carrots are ready" "Now let me help you" Renuka said

"No Maasa...I will prepare it on my own" She replied

"But how will you manage...?" Renuka asked

"Maasa I will make it...I have read the receipe online..." "Please please Maasa...I want to prepare it on my own" Snyukta insisted

"Okay...as you wish" Renuka said and left the kitched

Sanyukta followed steps from net and prepared gajar halwa

Sanyukta came to see the progress.

"Wow...the aroma...is..." Renuka said entering the kitchen

"Maasa...see it..." She showed the bowl

"This looks tempting..." Renuka said

"Taste it and tell me how it is" Sanyukta chirped excitedly

"Sure...but pehle bhog" Renuka said

Renuka took some halwa into a bowl and kept it in the mandir to offer it to god.

"This the for the first time you have prepared sweet" "Now time to taste..." Renuka said

"Hmmm its yummy..." "Randhir will surely like it" Renuka said

"Thanks Mumma..." Sanyukta replied

"Hmmm...time for Randhir to come back" "Go quickly get him his favorite dish" Renuka said

Sanyukta quickly went to their room with a bowl full of halwa for him

She waited for him and soon he was there.

The door clicked open and he got inside.

"Jaaaan..." He called her and she came out from washroom

In no time she was in his arms

"How was you day?" She asked

"Great..." He hugged her tight

"Hmmm..." She hide her face into his neck

"I am damn hungry..." He said

"I know that...go and get ready will have dinner soon" She said

He broke the hug

He slowly cupped her face

"Randhir...what"

He started reducing the distance between their lips.

"Jaaann....I love you so much" He said

"I love you too...." She replied

He was about to place his lips on hers just when he pushed him

He was shocked

"Jaann...why..."

Before he could complete she placed a spoonful of halwa into his mouth

"What...gajar ka halwa...." He said chewing the food inside mouth

"Yes...gajar ka halwa your favorite" She giggled

He snatch the bowl from her hand and started eating the halwa

"WOW...just wow..." "This is superb" He said

"You liked it?" She asked shyly

"I LOVEDDDDDD IT Jaannn" He replied

"I want to kiss Maasa's hands today" "She is a brilliant cook" "And gajar ka halwa...is her speciality" "Everytime she prepares halwa for me...I just...kiss her hands" "She is amazing...I blessed to have mother like her" He said and finished the bowl in no time

Sanyukta was little upset.

"Hmm...Maasa...is amazing cook Randhir" She added

"I know..." "Okay I'll go and get fresh" He said getting up

"Hmmm..."

"Tell Maasa...the halwa is just...mindblowing..." "Anyways I am going to tell her but...still..." He said and dashed inside washroom

Sanyukta smiled sadly

"I made halwa for you" "But no worries...what's important is you liking it" "I don't want credits" "I just want you happiness...Randhir" She mumbled

Shekhawat family got down for dinner

Renuka and Sanyukta served for everyone.

"What's in sweet today Renuka?" Raghuvir asked

"Bapusa...gajar ka halwa...prepared by Sanyukta" Renuka said

"Really...Very good" "I will have two bowls today" Raghuvir said

"Sure..." Renuka served halwa to him

"Call Randhir where is he?" Harsh asked Sanyukta

"He was on call Bapusa...He will come down soon" Sanyukta informed

Everybody was waiting for Randhir.

"Sorry Sorry...to keep everyone waiting" Randhir joined in

The dinner was joyful.

Renuka had no idea that Randhir has misunderstanding that she made halwa. Also Sanyukta didn't say anything about the same.

Later at night

Sanyukta came out changing into her nightwear.

Randhir was waiting for her.

She stood in front of mirror pulling out the earrings.

Her face looked upset

Randhir knew the reason.

He came from back and hug her from behind.

"Hmmm...what" She said looking at there mirror image

"You look beautiful..." He kissed her cheek

"I know that...you say this almost daily" "How many times will you say this Randhir?" She replied

"Everytime when you stand like this in front of miror" He said kissing her ear

"I miss you so much..." He said

"I miss you too..." She replied

"Wish...I can manage office from home only" He said

"In your dreams...that's not possible..." "Work comes first" She said

"I know..." He kissed her cheeks.

"Lets sleep...I am tired" She said

He turned her and she was facing him now

He took both of her hands into his and kissed them

She shiver on his touch

"The halwa was amazing" He said

Her eyes pop out of the socket

"Don't be so shock...I know you made the halwa" He said

"What?" "How...?" She said

"Jaaaan...I love you so much you know that..." "And I know you inside out" He said

"If you knew...then that time...you said...Maasa...made it" She said

"I was teasing you" "I knew you made it" He said

"And you know how...?" He added

She nodded in NO

"Cause Maasa garnishes halwa with whole cashews and you chopped them into small pieces" He winked

"OMG...really" She said in amusement

"Yes..." "And I truly loved the halwa Sanyukta" He said and kissed her hands one more time

Her eyes welled up immediately

"I am...I am so happy Randhir..." "I was scared before making it" "What if it fails..." She said

"Sanyukta...trust me it was really amazing" "And btw who told you the receipe?" He asked

"I downloaded it from internet" She said cutely

"Ohho...my Jaaan has taken so much of efforts to make gajar halwa for me" He said

"Anything for you Randhir..." She hugged him

"Thanks" He said hugging him tight

"I love you" She replied

"I love you too..." He said
