A COLD NIGHT

Lying in my bed
As if I am dead
Trying to seal my pain
But it was all in vain

Water started to come out
Using my eye as its way out
I paid it no mind
Because I wasn't on my right mind

Releasing all my pain
Through crying like I'm insane
Breathing is getting hard
And fresh air is my only card

Opened my window to get air
But the weather was so unfair
It's not like I care
But it really was so unfair

It's so cold today
Compared to the other days
Even if covered in thick blankets
I still feel as cold as I will be in a casket

It feels like the warmth has left me
As I remembered how I used to be
Before I felt this sullen pain
That made me go insane

This night is so cold
That I felt the feeling no one has ever told
Neither do I will be able to tell
Because I cannot define it well.
