Scarlett's P.O.V

I can't believe my dad is letting both Wally and I go. I know he has a good reason to, but I don't want to leave. Today, Wally and I are meeting our new teammates. I'm glad that I won't be the only girl, but I can't help feeling nervous about meeting my new friends.

My dad is walking both of us to meet the team. Wally seems like he's mad at my dad, even though he agreed to join the team. Deep down inside, I'm a little mad too. I just got my family back, and now I don't even get to spend a lot of time with them.

But I push these feelings aside as I see a couple people my age standing in front of me. Then, a girl with green skin and red hair walks up to me.

"Hi, my names Megan!" She says, her voice cheerful.

"Scarlett." I say back.

"Well, it's nice to meet you."

"This is Wally," I say, introducing him as I gesture beside me.

"Hi." Megan greets him.

"Well, hello Megan." He says, obviously flirting with the girl.

As Wally flirts with Megan, I notice another girl with blonde hair and brown eyes, so I go over to her.

"Hi, I'm Scarlett." I say to her.

"Artemis." She replies.

"That's my cousin, Wally." I say, pointing him out.
"It was nice meeting you, Scarlett." She states, glancing over at Wally.

"Bye."

Then, a boy wearing a mask with black hair interrupts my introductions to my new teammates.

"Attention!" He proclaims loudly. "My name is Robin, and this is Aqualad and Superboy." He points to two boys standing next to him.

"Well, my name is Wally." Wally shouts back to him, causing everyone laugh.

"Alright, well hi Wally and everyone else welcome to the team." Robin states.

I have a feeling I'm going to like this team. This is where my adventure ends, but a new one is just beginning.
