Scarlett's P.O.V

I woke up to feel my head pounding, looking around to see I was in a bed, a hospital bed. I was in Star Labs. I felt a hand holding mine, immediately knowing who's it was. Wally.

I knew that he had probably stayed by my side all this time. I looked up to meet his green eyes, he's the best cousin in the world. I felt pain in my stomach, but ignored it. Then, I flung myself in to my cousin's arms. This action surprised him, but he hugged me back.

I felt tears forming in my eyes, ones that I couldn't hold back. Soon, I could tell that Wally was crying too. He's my best friend and my cousin, he'd do anything to make sure that I'm alright. Then, I heard footsteps as someone walked in. Wally and I separated from the hug, and I glanced up knowing who it was. My dad.

Even though it hurt, I managed to get up. I slowly walked over to him, and immediately started to cry hugging me like there was no tomorrow. Then Wally joined in. I felt like the luckiest girl in the world in this one moment. I'm so lucky to have a family like this.

I'll be able to go out on a mission soon, but I have to wait because even though I can heal fast it will still take awhile. But I'm not complaining, because I know I'll have Wally here with me.

"Don't worry Scarlett, I'll always be here." Wally promised as if he could hear my thoughts.
