Chapter 3

*Kylo's POV*

"The girl has completed her Lightsaber training all in one day?" Snoke asked. "She's a quick learner and I feel that she is ready to learn on how to use the Force." I said, without my mask on. "A quick learner, huh? Then, she'll be ready to join the Dark Side anytime soon. When her training is completed, bring her to me. For now, focus on training her on how to use the Force within her before she realizes the truth about the Light Side and the Dark Side of the Force and she'll turn against us. Turn against you, Kylo Ren, master of the Knights of Ren." He said, as he, in holographic form, leaned forward from his chair. "Supreme Leader, I can assure you that Bailey will learn on how to use the Force within her as she'll learn it from me before things will turn for the worse." I said.

*Bailey's POV*

"I'll never turn to the Dark Side."

"Henceforth you shall be known as Darth Vader."

"Grandfather."

"Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi. You're my only hope."

"No, I am your father."

"I'll finish what you've started."

"Ben!"

"Han Solo."

"The face of my son."

"You're a monster."

"Han Solo can't save you."

"The Force will be with you. Always."

I, immediately, woke up from those strange voices, echoing, in my sleep. It was weird. It didn't seem like it was a dream. It sounded like these voices were calling to me. But who? Who were those voices? Although, I did recognize one of those voices. Kylo Ren. It was strange.

I got out of bed and I went to the bathroom, grabbed a washcloth, put it under cold water, and, then, I dabbed it all over my face. After that, I set the washcloth down, took a deep breath, and looked at myself in the mirror for a moment. Since I was awake, I decided to get dressed early for my training. I put on a new maroon colored V-neck shirt and black exercise leggings and my black boots. Then, I went back to the bathroom and brushed my hair and teeth. I wrapped my black and gray light jacket that I've worn the night I was abducted around my waist since there wasn't going to be any physical training. So, I left my Lightsaber on the nightstand.

Suddenly, my door knocked. Perfect timing. I ran to my door and opened it and saw Kylo, with his mask on, standing outside my door. "Be—" He started to say, but I interrupted him, "I got up early. I'm ready." Then, I walked out of my room and I walked a couple of steps past Kylo. I turned around and saw Kylo still standing by my room. Even though he had his mask on, I could sense that he was surprised to see me all ready instead of having to wait fifthteen minutes for me. "Well, aren't we going to get breakfast before my training?" I asked him. "Yes." Kylo answered, in a robotic voice, and he walked up to me and we headed to the cafeteria.

Kylo and I got our breakfast; I got a bowl of oatmeal, pieces of bacon and sausage, a cup of orange juice, and a cup of water. We sat at the same table from yesterday to eat out breakfast. As we were eating, Kylo, without his mask on, looked at me and asked, "I'm curious. Why did you get ready early?" I looked at him and said, "I had a nightmare. It was nothing serious, that's all." "Oh. I'm sorry to hear that. Do you remember any of it at all?" Kylo asked. "All I kept hearing were strange voices, echoing...and you were one of those voices." I said.

Kylo had a shocked and worried look on his face after I told him that. "Do you remember what I or any of the voices said?" He asked. I took a moment to think, but I couldn't remember. "No. I can't remember what you or the voices said. It's all a blur." I said, shaking my head. There was a long pause until Kylo spoke, "I wouldn't worry about it. Let's focus on your training. That will get it off your mind." "You're right." I said.

After we were done with our breakfast, Kylo and I headed to the arena room to start my training. We walked to the center of the arena and Kylo took off his mask and he set it down. "For today's training, I'm going to teach you on how to use the Force within you." He said. I nodded.

"Let me teach you on how to meditate to let you feel the Force within you. First, sit on the floor, with your legs crisscrossed." Kylo instructed. Then, I sat down on the floor and I crisscrossed my legs. "Now close your eyes, take slow deep breaths, relax, and concentrate on connecting with the Force within you, Bailey." Kylo said. I closed my eyes, relaxed my body, took slow deep breaths, and began focusing on the Force.

The more I concentrated, the more energy I kept feeling inside my body. I think that was a good sign. "You're doing good, Bailey. Now, I want you to try to avoid me when I'm trying to read your mind. Just keep focusing." Kylo said, as he tried to read my mind with his Force. I was fighting hard, but I was on the verge of giving up. "Don't give up, Bailey. You're doing good. Imagine a wall in your mind to help block me. Think of something that angers you, it'll make you stronger." Kylo said. There were a lot of things that angered me in my life. But the one that angered me the most was being taken away from my family by Kylo. As I thought about it, I felt stronger and I pushed harder to fight Kylo's Force.

All of a sudden, I felt this strong energy released from me and I opened my eyes and saw Kylo looking at his hand, shaking, with a shocked look on his face. I stood up. "Oh, my gosh. Kylo, are you okay? Did I hurt you?" I asked, as I held his shaking gloved hand with both of my hands. Kylo's hand stopped shaking and he put his other gloved hand on top of my hands and said, "No. You used your Force to fight me and you did it." He had a smirk on his face. "I did?" I asked. He nodded.

I was so excited to hear that, I, immediately, gave Kylo a hug. But, then, I, quickly, retrieved back, yet I saw Kylo's lips parted while he was blushing after I did that. "I'm sorry. I don't know what got over me." I apologized. "It's okay. No need to apologize." Kylo said, still blushing.

Kylo, then, cleared his throat and said, "Now let's work on a little mind trick with your Force. Wait right here." He, then, walked out of the arena room and he walked back in with a Stormtrooper walking in with him. "Sir, why am I here?" The Stormtrooper asked Kylo. "Do what I tell you to do or I'll punish you." Kylo said, threateningly. He, then, stopped the Stormtrooper about ten feet away from me. He walked back to me and he stood next to me.

"What you have to do is command the Stormtrooper, calmly, and he'll do what you tell him to do as long as you focus your Force on him when you command him." Kylo explained to me. "Okay. So, how do I command him?" I asked. "Ask him anything." Kylo said and he took a step back.

It took me a while to think, but, then, I had an idea. I looked at the Stormtrooper and concentrated my Force on him. "You will drop your weapon and you'll spin around three times and exit the door with your eyes shut." I commanded the Stormtrooper, calmly. He turned to me, seemingly confused. "What did you say?" He asked. I looked at Kylo and he mouthed 'Try again.' I, then, turned back to the Stormtrooper and focused on him and repeated my command. "You will drop your weapon and you'll spin around three times and exit the door with your eyes shut."

The Stormtrooper stood there for a moment until he stood up straight and said, "I will drop my weapon and I'll spin around three times and exit the door with my eyes shut." He, then, dropped his Blaster on the floor, spun around three times, and he started walking towards the side of arena stands instead of the exit. "And you're an idiot." I commanded. "And I'm an idiot." The Stormtrooper said, and he crashed into the stands. I burst out laughing. It actually worked. I looked back at Kylo and he was laughing, yet he was hiding his face. The Stormtrooper got up and grabbed his Blaster and he exited out of the arena. I could tell that he was embarrassed.

Kylo and I took deep breaths from laughing so hard. After that, Kylo spoke, "Well, Bailey, that was very good and quite humorous. But now, it's time for your last lesson." I nodded. "There is a training version of a Lightsaber on that table on the other side of the arena. Use the Force within you to move the Lightsaber towards you." "Like telekinesis?" I asked. "Exactly. Now hold your arm out and concentrate on the Lightsaber with your Force." Kylo said, as he took a step back.

I held my arm out and I kept my eyes on the Lightsaber to concentrate my Force on it. For a moment, nothing happened until the Lightsaber was starting to shake. I concentrated even harder, but, then, I got a little exhausted. I put my arm down and I started panting. "Take your time, Bailey. Just take your time." Kylo said, calmly. I took a deep breath and I resumed my concentration.

This time the Lightsaber was shaking, vigorously. I concentrated even harder when, all of a sudden, the Lightsaber flew off the table, and, as fast as a bullet, the Lightsaber flew towards me and it hit me below my left eye. I screamed out in pain as I placed my hands over my left eye.

I, suddenly, tripped from the back of my feet and I fell backwards. My head hit so hard on the floor, the next thing I knew, I was surrounded by black.
