"Do you have to get up" Louis asks as they lay awake watching the rain fall across the floor to ceiling window beside the bed

"We have to go in today baby, we have a lot to do, we're sorry" Scott says as he strokes Louis hair. Louis still laying across his chest.

"I'm to scared to ask about what happened" Louis says

"We're to scared to tell you" Harry replies

It's silent while the boys just hold each other close, before Harry is the first to get up.

"Lou, is this the master bedroom? Yours seems a lot smaller than this room" Harry asks as he stands up.

"Yeah" Louis says sheepishly

"I didn't want the big room, with the window overlooking the Forrest, it felt to open and big. I wanted to hide" Louis says and the boys hear the vulnerability in his voice

"You don't have to hide when we are around baby" Scott says as he gently kisses Louis on the head and moves to get up too

"I'm not scared when you're around" Louis admits as he sits up

"Good" Harry smirks and he kisses Louis on the lips.

"I do miss this room though" Louis says as he looks around

"Well why don't you just sleep in here with us from now on" Scott says nonchalant

"You'd want me to?" Louis asks making sure

"We sleep better with you next to us and we're in a relationship now, we would like you to be in our bed" Harry says

Louis blushes and tries to ignore the butterflies in his stomach.

"Well technically it's my bed" Louis says cheekily

Harry and Scott laugh and Harry moves towards Louis quickly and pushes him back down on the bed playfully, causing Louis to giggle

"You're cheeky" Harry smiles as he kisses Louis

"You love it" Louis says smiling cutely

Harry winks and kisses Louis nose as he gets back up.

Harry and Scott get ready for work and meet Louis downstairs, Louis is already dressed in sweats and a sweater, his white socks on his feet.

He passes Harry and Scott their coffees and sets to making his tea.

There's an elephant in the room and Louis sighs as he turns around and leans on the island bench

"Just tell me, please" Louis says

Scott and Harry both sigh

"I feel safe with you here, I can handle it" Louis says

Harry and Scott nod and agree to tell Louis

"The boy that we found last night, resembled you to a T, the killer....he wanted us to find the boy and for us to know that he's watching you" Harry says

"I don't get why though" Louis says uneasily

"He left a note on scene and the gist of it was... that he's the same person as always, that he's not a copycat and that we just haven't caught him yet" Scott says

"So it's not Stanley then" Louis confirms

"We still have to figure it out darling, that's what we're going to try and do at the office, go over the case, see what we're missing because it's something" Harry says

"Okay, how long will you be?" Louis asks a little anxiously

"We will be back by six, Max and Noah are out the front okay, they aren't going anywhere and will protect you" Scott reassures

"I know I'm just...I don't want you to, like I'm just worried...something will happen to you" Louis says

"We promise nothing is going to happen to us sweetheart, we're part of the force and no one will mess with that" Harry says determined

Louis nods and watches Harry and Scott once again leave for work.

It's about 3:30 when Louis gets distracted by a news article that pops up on his computer, he's managed to escape any press thankfully, and hasn't wanted to fall into the trap of reading the news like he did last time. It consumed him and became really unhealthy.

This time though, when an article pops up, so does a mug shot of Stanley Green. Louis breath gets caught in his throat and he feels like he can't breathe. It it's him like a ton of bricks and can't believe he didn't see it before.

He prints the mug shot out and races to put his shoes on. He grabs his keys and heads to his car.

"Going somewhere kid?" Max asks as Louis exits the house and heads to the car

"Yeah, I won't be long" Louis says and Max and Noah nod

Louis gets in his car and drives towards Harry and Scott's office.

He pulls up and hurries inside, he's buzzed up to level five and he moves towards Scott and Harry's office.

When he walks in, he sees Harry and Scott, Drew and Edward standing around three whiteboards talking and writing things. They all turn towards the door when they see Louis

"Baby?" Scott asks worriedly

Louis takes out the picture in his pocket, unfolds it and holds it up.

"This is not Stanley Green" Louis says, his breathing ragged

"What do you mean darling? That's Stanley's mugshot" Harry says

"It's not him" Louis says as he tries to calm his breathing. He doesn't understand how he missed this.

"Just, sit down sweetheart" Scott says as he pulls out a chair for Louis and makes him sit down

Louis sits down and the boys all gather around him.

"What's happened?" Drew asks as they see Louis becoming upset

"I was just working and then this news article popped up. I don't read them and I haven't been reading them since....everything, but something caught my eye. This is not Stanley" Louis says

"Okay, and why do you think that?" Scott asks gently

"Because the Stanley that took me, has a huge scar across his neck and near his ear" Louis says.

The boys all look to each other.

"Request a DNA sample from Stanley in custody, have it rushed" Harry says to Edward and he hurries to get it organised

"Who is this then Lou? Who do you think this is?" Drew asks

"If his DNA is similar and he looks similar and everything else is similar than it could be his twin brother, does he have a twin brother, I swear to you this is not him" Louis says

"None of the paperwork or anything we've found mentions a twin, but...we can dig a little deeper for sure. This makes a lot of sense to be honest" Harry says

"And you're sure you didn't see another person at all? While you were kept there?" Scott asks

Harry moves from the floor in front of Louis, to the computer and prints something off

"I, can't be sure Scott I'm so sorry. I just don't know. The guy that beat me and......tortured....me....he always had a scar I would look at it all the time" Louis says as he chokes up

"It's okay darling, it's all okay" Scott says as he reaches out to Louis and comforts him.

"Look, Louis is right, this guy doesn't have a scar" Harry says as he comes over.

He shows Scott and Louis a picture from the surveillance cameras that show Stanley Green 50 miles away.

"So, hang on. The guy who took and tortured Louis was in fact Stanley Green all along, but the guy sitting in prison is his twin brother who's taken the heat?" Drew says

The boys all look at each other

"How come they didn't match his finger prints when he was taken in?" Louis asks

"Because his fingertips weren't in the system yet and his DNA would have been similar to Stanley's AND the big thing was Louis ID'd him" Scott says

"I didn't mean to Scott, I didn't know, I'm so sorry" Louis says as he wipes a tear.

"No darling no, don't say sorry it's okay, it's all okay! You didn't know....none of us knew baby" Harry says gently as he bends down to kiss Louis on the head and wipe his tears

"Why would he take the heat for Stanley though" Drew asks

"That's what we need to find out, we need to keep this on low low until we have confirmation okay. We can't have the media finding out" Scott says

The boys all nod.

"That means Stanley is still out there though, he's been stalking me and he's going to finish what he started" Louis says in realisation

"Kid, he won't get near you"  Drew says with force

"We won't let him baby, we will up some patrols on the house as well okay" Harry tells him

Louis nods and relaxes a little

"Let's get to work, let's see if we can dig up Stanley's twin brother" Scott says

"Can I help?" Louis asks

"Only cause you're cute" Harry winks and Louis blushes

"Come on trouble, you can help me hey" Drew says and Louis smiles big in response as he follows Drew to his workspace in the corner and they all get to work.
