Lightningclaw's P.O.V

I ran beside Raintail and Berrystar. We had to hurry before Riverclan was going to be overrun by Dark Forest warriors. I was thinking about what I bet with Mapleshade. I had to tell someone but then they would think I caused the war. I shook the thought away and kept running. We were in Riverclan territory. "Oh no." Berrystar meowed. The Dark
Forest cats were gone and most of the camp was destroyed. "What can we do now?" Raintail asked. "Go help Windclan that's where they would go next. I'll catch up." Berrystar said sadly looking for any signs of where her clan went.

I nodded and Foxclaw volunteered to stay and help Berrystar look for her clan. We took off running towards the Windclan border. I was in the lead and I heard a yowl from coming from Thunderclan. I looked at Spottedwish and she nodded. "Raintail go to Windclan we'll send more cats to help you but we have to go to Thunderclan."
"Be careful. Good luck."
I nodded and we charged into the battle. Spottedwish and I swiftly dodged the Dark Forest cat's blows. I saw a glimpse of Raintail fighting beside Nettlehawk and Maplejaw fight off three Shadowclan cats that had joined the Dark Forest. I swiftly dodged a blow from Thistlefoot, a cat I had trained with, and saw that Spottedwish was getting attacked by Snowtuft. I hissed and leapt for his back. I dug my claws in. He screeched in pain.

"Leave the clans alone Snowtuft, You've already lost even before this began. Now run." I whispered angrily in his ear.
"Oh but Lightningclaw the battle has only begun. You can still bow down to me fool. Have you forgotten about your little bet with Mapleshade?"
"What is he talking about Lightningclaw?" Spottedwish muttered as Snowtuft had his paw up to her throat.
I hissed and threw Snowtuft off and got Spottedwish to her paws. We started to run while I explain what happened between me and Mapleshade that one dark dream ago.

She looked at me for a second and shook her head. We were nearing camp when Squirrelflight, Cinderheart, and Bumblestripe came running out. "Lightningclaw, Spottedwish, thank Starclan you are here. We are about to be overrun by them."

"If we can kill most of them off we could force them to retreat. We'll head in. Raintail and Windclan need an extra few paws they have a couple patrols worth of Dark Forest cats there."

"Good luck you two."

I nodded and we both ran in the directions of the camps. It was chaos as soon as we got in camp. I leaped onto a pale shadowy brown tabby who fought viciously to get me off. I bit his flank and dug my claws into his neck. He laid on the ground and began to fade away. I looked around the clearing, which was flooded with cats and bodies, and saw Bramblestar fighting a dark brown tabby that was faded and about to kill him. I lunged for the tabby and pulled him away from my leader. "Lightningclaw what are you doing? We are trying to kill the leaders and then kill the rest of the cats that are on Starclan's side. Why in the name of the Dark Forest are you attacking us?" The tom snarled.

"I've been treated like a shadow for the longest time but I'm done! The Dark Forest is just trying to get their way through battles and wars when peace and love for each other beats away the hate and anger of wars and battle! Starclan shows that love and peace are the right way not wars. We need to make peace." I snapped back. He gazed at me for a minute and then lunged for me. I ducked and clawed his flank. He fell to the ground and I clawed his neck. These cats are trying to kill us. If we don't kill them they could try to fight us again. I thought. He began to fade away from the spot he lay. I raced back towards camp when Mapleshade pinned me down. I hissed and tried to get her off but she wouldn't move off. "What do you want? You haven't won yet." I hissed.

"You still don't realize you made a pointless deal. The Dark Forest warriors are numerous and we are destroying the leaders, your friends and family. Face it you are doomed!"

"I'm not afraid to die, but know this. I won't give up without a fight and neither will the clans. We will get rid of the Dark Forest forever!" I snarled and bit her neck. She fell backwards and lunged for my head. I waited. She was about a fox length away from me. I jumped up in the air as high as I could and landed on her back. I dug my claws into her back and she yowled in pain. I clung on. When she was about to collapse I jumped off her and she began to fade away. "Looks like the deal is off Mapleshade."

She gasped to say something but she faded away too quickly before she could say it. I sprinted to camp. I spotted Spottedwish fighting a she-cat and she threw her off and the cat hit her head on a jagged rock and began to fade. "Retreat! Retreat!" The Dark Forest cats started running out of camp. I looked over the other cats. Spottedwish, Runningstorm, Snowpelt, Oakcloud, and I raced out of camp to see where they went but they were gone. I breathed in the air. I smelled like death, blood, and Dark Forest cats. I walked over to my friends and told them what was going on.

"So what will we do now?" Runningstorm asked.

"We find them," Runningwish said with a hiss, "and kill them."

"Calm down Runningwish. I know you want to kill them as much as any one else right now, but we have to show the cats that are from the clans that the Dark Forest is just using them."

"If that doesn't work?" Oakcloud asked.

"Then we fight back." Runningwish said before I could say the same thing. We began hunting and brought the prey back to the wounded clans even Shadowclan. I dropped my prey down and went to the entrance when Raintail stopped me. "Hey Raintail. Are you ok?"

"I'm worried about this war. I...I'm sorry."

"Sorry for what?" I asked sinking my claws into the ground. But it was too late Raintail had ran out of the camp. I chased after him. Rain began to pour down. A starry cat stepped out in front of me. It was Lionear, my first mentor.
"Lionear!"
He stood still when I came closer to him, he hissed with claws unsheathed. I stepped back ,but it wasn't me he was growling at it was Scarface and Leopardnose. I charged at Leopardnose but someone jumped on my back as I ran; I slid to the ground. I turned behind me and it was Raintail.

"What are you doing?!" I asked alarmed.

"They made me join them. I have to kill you but I can't, I just cant."

"Then help me save Lionear and the clans. You may not be in the prophecy but you can still be a hero." He looked up and nodded. We got up and charged at Leopardnose and Scarface. "Raintail kill her."

"No! I will not and you can't make me this time. She's my friend, unlike you."
Raintail hissed clawing Leopardnose's eye. "Fine I'll kill her myself." Scarface hissed. Lionear lunged for Scarface and clawed his flank. I jumped on Scarface and pinned him down. "It's over Scarface. Stand down."

"Fine Lightningclaw. I'll stand down just let us go."

I nodded and got off as he fled with Leopardnose to the barn where all the rogues and cats in exile went.
"Thank you Lionear and thank you Raintail." They nodded and Lionear said,"You've gone so strong since I've seen you. You may become leader one day."

"Thanks Lionear, but let's finish this war before we think to far ahead."

He chuckled and we followed Lionear back to Thunderclan. I gathered everyone from the prophecy together and we followed Raintail to where he said the Dark Forest cats were hiding. Many of the other cats followed us. We might be confronted by the group called Rock but I doubt we would.

We surround the Dark Forest cats and saw that they had took over the edge of the Shadowclan border to Riverclan. I looked for a signal to charge but everyone seemed to be waiting for me to give the signal. I turned my tail slightly and we stalked closer to the them. I gave a swift movement of my tail and we charged in.

I clawed the closest cats throat. Luckily the cats that were alive we fighting for us not for the Dark Forest. All they had left was themselves and we had to kill each and everyone of them unless the Starclan cats forgave them and the Dark Forest cats wanted forgiveness. "Everyone stop!" I yowled above the hisses and growls.

The Starclan cats were watching us. "Do the Dark Forest cats really want to live a life like this?"

Snowtuft shook his head and so did most of the other cats.

"Do you all regret all your evil actions? I asked pausing watching as most of the Dark Forest cats actually bowed to the Starclan cats. I continued, "Will you forgive them Starclan? They want your forgiveness."

They spoke to each other quietly and Firestar along with many other great cats like Bluestar, Stonefoot, Nightstar, Lionear, Longtail, Oakheart, and a few others said, "We will forgive them and welcome them into Starclan."

"You mouse brains! What are you thinking? Snowtuft? Antpelt? Darkfang? Silverclaw?" It was Bloodstar. He had joined the Dark Forest.

"We're done being your slaves Bloodstar. Have fun in the Dark Forest alone." Snowtuft said with a sneer.

"Don't worry I won't be here for much longer." He hissed lunging at me. I ducked and clawed his throat. He didn't fall back and pinned me to the ground. I kicked his underbelly and he flew over my head. He came charging in claws unsheathed lunging at my chest. I jumped up into a tree and leaped down onto his back making him slide across the muddy ground. I pressed my paw onto his head and on his throat. "Don't you think you've gone a little to far?" I snapped.

"Not at all." He said smugly throwing me off him. I landed right in front of my friend-enemies. I growled and looked over where Bloodstar went. He was gone. That fox-hearted fool escaped his deal. He may still be around her though. I breathed in the air for Bloodstar's scent. He was no where around. I hissed quietly in frustration. It had finally stopped raining. Everyone decided to meet at the high moon at the gathering place. We all headed back to camp. There was enough prey to last a few more days. I decided to sit by myself to see if anyone would sit by me.

I watched as everyone got their piece of prey and sat beside their friends. The last cat to get their prey was Raintail. He looked over to Brackenstorm, Dustclaw, and Bluecloud. He then looked over at me. I blushed. He trotted over to me and sat down. "Hey Raintail. Why aren't you sitting by Dustclaw or Brackenstorm?"

"Eh, they're sitting by Bluecloud and besides you looked alone. You don't mind me sitting here do you?"

"Oh no just wondering." I said eating the last piece of my vole.

"Aren't you glad the Dark Forest is destroyed? Now we can have some peace and quiet for a little while."

"Yea hopefully."

We went to the gathering and mourned the loss of all the fallen clan mates. Raintail and I walked together while the others looked at us and rolled their eyes. I had finally found a friend.

The last chapter is finished. Thanks so much for sticking with my story. You guys are the best fans ever. I may not write the Lion's mainly because I'm thinking of switching over to different animals. Also because Warriors is out of my reading level for ar so I don't really read them any more. I'm thinking about switching to lions, tigers, bears, and wolves. Comment on if I should switch or want me to stay with Warriors because I don't mind writing about them despite the fact I rarely read them. If you want me to write about Warriors say

I'll still write the Epilogue sooner than this came out now that school is coming to an end but I am doing a couple of summer camps where I can't bring phones and other things so hopefully I can update a lot sooner now that Volleyball, basketball, and track are over. Although this Wednesday through Friday my class is taking a trip to Chicago so I can't use my phone unless I'm taking a picture. :/
