More confusion (chapter 7)

Error woke in unfamiliar territory, surrounded by blinding lights and a comfortable feeling throughout his broken bones. 'Is this what death feels like' Error wondered blissfully as the feeling engulfed his very soul.

Error then heard shufflin- no...no no no no no!!!! Not again!!!!!

Error shot up, and quickly looked down at his wrists, hoping that the almost reset was simply a nightmare, but then he saw the cuffs linked on his arms, but they were different.
These new chuffs had a strange green glow coming from the seams and dents.

"How hey, welcome back to the land of the living"
Once again Error hadn't noticed the strange skeletons approach, but he no longer jumped at the familiar sentence. He simply turned to face the familiar skeleton with a practiced bored expression on his face.

As Error studied the skeleton for what seemed to be the millionth time, the taller of the two skeletons, noticed that the other was limping.
To most, it would simply seem like the small skeleton was walking like any other day, but with to many centuries to count of experience behind Errors back, he had noticed the small things that pointed out the well hidden limp.

A small example of the many things Error had noticed, was the way the strange skeleton's smile was less of a grin, and more like the face you make when presented with your great grandma's tuna casserole that was way to over cooked and wet, but you love her too much to say anything about it, knowing full well you're going to throw it all back up later, or when your trying to tell someone you okay by smiling, but it's so obviously fake that it didn't even really matter in the end.

"Wow, not even a reaction this time, I'm insulted"
The small skeleton spoke once again, with an almost practiced tone of voice, with the sort of teasing tone that was far too dramatic to be even considered real.

Error sighed at this, this skeleton was going to keep him trapped here forever isn't he? Error is going to be stuck in external purgatory with this monster, who will annoy him relentlessly.

This skeleton wasn't even trying to be elusive with the inevitable ambush that would come after locking him here.
The troubling thing was, Error had heard nothing of this attempt. No whisper in the codes that this would even happen.

Every other time Ink and his goons attempted to do something like this, he would hear from the voices or the codes that he should be wary.

However, with how well that had been working out for him recently, especially with surprise ambushes, Error really should've known guessed the codes were basically leading him to a death trap.

Ha. Wouldn't that be nice, a trap where Error got to die in the aftermath, and wouldn't just have to continue living though the unbearable nightmare that was his life.

"Are you going to keep ignoring me every time you wake up?"
The other skeleton inquired, an amused yet still questioning lilt present in his baritone voice.

Error simply went back to ignoring the short skeleton, hoping to figure out why the cuffs were glowing green of all colours.

After what seemed like an hour of trying to figure out the cuffs (it was like, five minutes, but who's counting?) the small strange skeleton decided once again to break the silence.

"So uh.. what's your name?"
He asked, desperate to find some sort conversation starter that Error would respond to. Error only scoffed in response, the skeleton was really trying to pull off not knowing who he is.

"I'm Quill by the way"
The skeleton (now dubbed Quill) said in a last ditch attempt to get Error to talk to him.

The name baffled Error, there was no sans named Quill in any universe, what was going on here? Error turned his skull to meet the gaze of Quill, who, was staring just as intently into Error's multicolored eyes.

Now that Error had a better look at Quill's face, Error noticed that his right eye socket was seemingly drooping lower down into his skull.

Although Error quickly lost interest in Quill's face and teleported out of the house, only being able to see Quill's startled face as he left.

Once Error got a look at his surroundings, he saw that he was in what looked to be the forests of Snowdin. The smell of pine overcoming his senses, and the looming snowy trees were his main clues.

Error escaped his bonds, and now that the green tinted cuffs laid on the snow covered ground, Error noticed how the cuffs were definitely laced with some form of natural healing magic.

What confused Error was why he didn't feel at all nauseous after clearly had taken in some form of magic that wasn't mine.

Just another question to add to the growing pile of confusion.
