"And what's the answer to the fourth part?" Taehyung's voice chimed into the smartphone he was gripping near his ear while noting down the points Y/n said.
Being unable to solve the multiple-choice questions of geography, he was seeking Y/n's help since she was an excellent student. It had been a day since Jisoo had revealed her true feelings in front of Taehyung, and his mind was still in turmoil.
He couldn't seem to come up with a good verdict about what he was supposed to do. He couldn't just let his sister emotionally drown in this intense situation, but he also didn't want Y/n to get hurt. He found himself torn between Jisoo and Y/n. He loved Jisoo, but he also had strong feelings for Y/n. It was a complicated web of emotions.
As he scribbled down the little ticks according to Y/n's guidance, he asked, "Are you sure this is the answer?" He scratched his tamed nose, feeling a mix of anxiety and uncertainty. He didn't want to jeopardize Y/n's trust by doubting her knowledge, but he couldn't help but feel unsure about his own abilities.
Y/n let out a sigh on the other end of the line, and he immediately felt guilty for questioning her. "Tae, if you called me just to act unsure about my answers, then I'm hanging up," she replied, her voice tinged with slight annoyance. Taehyung panicked, not wanting to lose her guidance on the test.
"I-I'm sorry, Y/n. Please continue with the answers," he stammered, his voice filled with nervousness. He couldn't afford to mess this up, or he would face a low grade. He desperately wanted to make Y/n proud and prove that he could excel academically.
Y/n let out a small chuckle, softening her tone. "Alright, the answer is 'B'," she said, providing the information he needed. Taehyung quickly jotted it down, grateful for her assistance. He felt a mixture of relief and gratitude that she was willing to help him even though she had her own concerns to deal with.
"Done!" he exclaimed, the excitement evident in his voice. He felt a sense of accomplishment, knowing that he had completed the test with Y/n's guidance.
Y/n's voice turned slightly sly as she asked if she could hang up. "Why do you want to get rid of me so badly?" Taehyung whined playfully, not wanting their conversation to end. He enjoyed her company and the feeling of being supported by her.
Y/n let out a laugh, her affection for him evident. "Tae, you don't care about your grades as much as I do. I have to go and revise for my own test, so don't bother me for a while. Bye," she said, ending the call before he had a chance to respond.
Taehyung stared at his phone, a smile tugging at his lips. Y/n's dedication to her studies and her willingness to help him despite her own commitments always impressed him. He felt a sense of gratitude and admiration for her, knowing that she was always there for him.
With a renewed sense of determination, Taehyung returned to his study desk, ready to revise for his test. He felt a surge of motivation, fueled by Y/n's support and guidance. He knew that with her by his side, he had a better chance of succeeding academically.
As he immersed himself in his studies, he couldn't help but feel a growing fondness for Y/n. She had become an important presence in his life, and he couldn't deny the strong connection he felt towards her. Little did he know that the complications of their intertwined emotions were far from over..
Taehyung's POV:
I chuckled as I remembered how easily Y/n could get feisty and worked up over things. She had a fire within her that I found both captivating and endearing. Her determination was admirable, and it made me appreciate her even more.
Lost in my thoughts, I was taken by surprise when Jisoo's voice interrupted my reverie. I turned my chair around to face her, noticing the smile on her face. It was a smile that held a hint of vulnerability, as if she needed reassurance.
"I just need some help," she said softly, her eyes searching mine for support.

The siblings sat on their chairs at the farthest corner of a café in Seoul. While Taehyung sat there with a stud expression, rubbing his own thighs, Jisoo had a devious glint in her eyes, a hidden agenda behind her innocent smile.
"Jisoo, what did you want to talk about? You even brought me here just for that," Taehyung's deep voice caused her to detach her lips from the hot glass as her gaze slowly traveled up to her brother who was looking directly at her, waiting for her response.
"Taehyung, I have a favor to ask of you," Jisoo said, her voice filled with false sincerity.
Taehyung's brows furrowed, a sense of unease settling over him. "What kind of favor, Jisoo? You know I'll help you if I can."
Jisoo leaned in closer, lowering her voice to a conspiratorial whisper. "I need you to help me win Jin's heart. I know you care for Y/n, but if you assist me in getting closer to Jin, I promise I'll make things easier for you with Y/n. I'll convince her to give you a chance."
Taehyung's eyes widened in surprise, caught off guard by Jisoo's manipulative request. He had always hoped for a chance with Y/n, but he never expected his own sister to use that against him.
"But Jisoo, that's not fair to Y/n. You know I care about her, and I can't just manipulate her feelings for my own gain," Taehyung replied, his voice tinged with disappointment.
Jisoo's smile turned into a pleading expression, her eyes welling up with tears. "I understand your hesitation, Taehyung, but I'm desperate. I've been trying to win Jin's heart for so long, and I can't do it without your help. Please, just this one favor, and I'll do whatever it takes to make things right with Y/n."
Taehyung's heart wavered as he looked into Jisoo's tear-filled eyes. He wanted to believe that his sister would change, that she genuinely regretted her actions. But deep down, he couldn't shake the feeling that this was just another manipulation tactic.
"I need some time to think about it, Jisoo. This is a big decision, and I can't rush into it," Taehyung finally said, his voice firm with resolve.
Jisoo's expression hardened for a brief moment before she regained her composure, putting on a sad smile. "Of course, Taehyung. Take all the time you need. Just remember, I'm your sister, and I'm asking for your help because I trust you."
Taehyung nodded, his mind filled with conflicting emotions. He couldn't deny that he wanted a chance with Y/n, but he also couldn't ignore the pain Jisoo had caused her. This decision would not only affect his own relationships but also the lives of those involved.
As they sat in silence, both siblings knew that their paths were about to take a dangerous turn. Manipulation, secrets, and heartbreak awaited them, and they had yet to realize the full extent of the consequences their choices would bring.
