JOHNS POV

We woke up the next day and we decided we'd go to the Lake with a few of our friends, such as Rose, Jade, Karkat, Terezi, and a bunch of other people. Me and Dave got our bags and left. His bro drove us, and it was about an hour away so we listened to music on Dave's iPod on our way there. When we arrived, Rose and her girlfriend, Kanaya, were already there. We ran over to them, layed out our towels and sat down next to them. 

"hey dave. hey john." Rose said smiling.

"Hello" Kanaya said, also smiling.

"hey whats up? do you know when everyone else is coming?" dave asked, adjusting his glasses.

"Well, Karkat And Terezi Are Supposed To Be Here Any Minute, But The Others I Dont Know" Kanaya replied.

We all talked for awhile, ate some chips and drank Tab. After about ten minutes, Terezi and Karkat showed up.

"HEY GUYS" Karkat said, sitting down next to dave. Terezi sat next to Karkat. 

We all greeted them and we hung out until everyone else got there. Once everyone was there, there was a rope swing above a mound of dirt that you could jump off and into the lake, so we all took turns doing that. Dave went first, somehow managing to do a backflip in midair and still keep his glasses on. Then I went, and flailed in the air like a moron. Dave laughed at me so splashed him. Terezi, being blind, couldnt find the rope swing and fell off the mound of dirt and fell into the water. We all laughed, including Terezi. We all had fun, splashing each other and swimming. We all got out of the lake after a while to sit on the sand. We used one of gamzees empty faygo bottles and decided to play spin the bottle. We all sat in a situated circle and waited for Karkat to take the first turn. When the bottle slowed down, it landed on Nepeta, who looked like she was going to cry tears of joy. Karkat hesitantly kissed her lightly for a second and pulled back, leaving Nepeta blushing and stunned. Dave spun and got Jade. He leaned over to kiss her but I looked away. I know its just a game and it meant nothing,  but I was a little jealous that the bottle didnt land on me. "John, are you jealous?" Rose asked aloud, smirking. She just had to point that out. I blushed and looked at my hands in my lap. Im so immature. Dave laughed and walked over to me and sat down behind me. He wrapped his arms around my shoulders and leaned his head over my shoulder. I looked at him and he kissed me.
