Lines

(Y/n) POV
-
Kenma gave me Yaku's address as I drove, I realized we were basically heading back to my place.
"We're here."
I said glancing at Kenma who was staring at his phone.

"Apparently Yaku is my neighbor."
I said giggling a bit which seemed to catch Kenma's attention.
"What?"
"I live next to him now apparently."

I said parking the car in my driveway.
Kenma got out of the car and we both walked to Yaku's house.
Kenma knocked and the door was almost immediately opened by Yaku.
I was standing a bit to the side so I didn't think he could see me when the door opened.

"Kenma! That stream you showed Kuroo was great! (Y/n) is so much cooler than I thought!"
"Thank you."
I giggled catching his attention as his face went pale for a few moments.

"Y-(Y/n)! I didn't see you there! You did great in your games."
He said rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly as I just smiled.
"Thank you I try, how'd you see the stream though?"

"I showed him."
Kuroo showed up behind Yaku who now seemed to be somewhat annoyed at the bed head.
"You know you truly disgust me more everytime I see you."

I hissed seeing Kuroo grin more at me.
"So what's goin on with you and Tendō? Is he your boyfriend or what?"
He seemed to completely ignore both Yaku and I looking incredibly annoyed at him.

"No."
I said glaring up at him before looking down at Yaku again.
"Well I'll see you later Yaku, you're my neighbor after all."
I tried to sound a bit less annoyed but it wasn't exactly working.
Yaku did seem to perk up now though, same with Kuroo.

"Hot neighbor? Huh Yaku you got lucky."
Kuroo cheered hitting Yaku in the back which garnered a glare that sent a chill down Kuroo's spine.
"See ya."

I waved behind my back as I went back to my house leaving two bickering team mates behind me.

2nd Person POV

"She's going to hate me cause of you."
Yaku said glaring up at Kuroo who was about as smug as ever while the walked back into the house.
No one else was home right now since Yaku's parents hard gone out.

"So what's that tattoo about Kenma? We're alone now so you can tell us now."
Kuroo prodded while Kenma looked up from his homework he had started doing on the couch.

"It's not my place to tell you."
"Come on, we won't tell."
Kuroo pleaded while going to sit by Kenma.
They both sat on the couch with Yaku sitting on an arm chair now texting.

"I shouldn't."
"Come on, you know she'll tell me eventually~"
Kuroo teased pulling Kenma's homework away from him.
"What did you see on her arm?"

Kenma asked now getting both Kuroo and Yaku's attention.
"Two lines?"
Kuroo gave him a small head tilt since it didn't exactly make much sense.
"And Tendō has how many?"
"Two?"

"He has three."
Kenma corrected while Kuroo raised an eyebrow at him.
"I only saw two."
"He has three. Did you notice the size of the lines?"

Kenma asked quietly while pulling his homework from the confused Kuroo who was seemingly trying to think.
"One was bigger than the other like (y/n)'s?"
"And why do you think they have almost the same tattoo?"

Kuroo seemed to be getting frustrated now trying to rack his brain for why they would have lines, or why it would be matching but not matching.
"I don't know? That's why I asked you Kenma."
"Just think."

He said continuing to work on the history essay.
Yaku seemed to be thinking as well now since he had come up and sat down on the arm rest of the chair beside Kuroo.

"What did you tell her before she left?"

~Flashback~

"(Y/n)! Why do you have to go?! It'll be no fun around here without you!!"
Kuroo whined while (y/n) sighed happily but in reality she'd never been happier to be leaving somewhere.
"My parents want me to! I can't help it!"
"Yes you can! You're leaving cause you hate me!"
Pretty much.
"No! It's not that! They're just making me!"
How little did he know that she had complained to her parents about how he would bully her.
The reason they were moving was because she couldn't take it anymore.
Tears started to prickle in her eyes as she stared at Kuroo.
"You're just being stupid! You could've told them you wanted to stay! You're as stupid as always!"
Tears started to fall now with the slight burn in her eyes as they slid down her cheeks.
"You're the stupid one! I wanted to move! I hate being around you!"
She screamed out not exactly thinking about her words before they slipped from her lips.
He looked pissed.

"They aren't making you do anything you're so stupid! Cry me a river! No one is going to help you now!"

~Flashback end~

"No ones going to help you now."
Kuroo said as Kenma finally let out a sigh of frustration and Yaku just looked confused.
"And what do you think those lines are."

"I still don't know why it would be lines? Or why she would have two and he would have three."
Kuroo questioned looking at Kenma who seemed to give up now.
"They helped each other. Those are the major times that they saved each other or helped in some way. The large line was when, one was saved the other person from a suicide attempt."

Kenma finally snapped basically growling at Kuroo.
"An actual suicide attempt?"
Kuroo questioned now with wide eyes and his lips parted.
"Don't be an idiot."

Kenma again growled before taking his paper and placing it on the table before pulling out his game.
"W-why would she tattoo that on herself?"
Yaku chimed in now seeming to understand the situation a bit more.

"You remember what she said in the interview?"
"Prove them wrong?"
Yaku asked with an innocent frown now laced on his lips.

"It's a reminder that she did prove herself wrong. She proved Kuroo wrong."
Kuroo's heart broke, Yaku's eyes widened and Kenma shot him a glare.

"Understand now why she hates you?"
