That was what I told Zeke while we were on our way to the club where he work as a Manager. Nang papalabas ang babae, napatingin naman muli ito sa akin at itinuro ako. "I'm sorry. . . I didn't get your name. Who are you exactly and why are you here?"

"He's my friend," mabilis na pagsagot ni Zeke. Nilingon naman niya ito. "That's Mitchell, and Mitchell this is Zara. She's my assistant manger. She's the best."

"Yup. That's me." Muli naman niyang ibinalik ang tingin sa akin. "Nice to meet you, Zeke's friend. I gotta go now, but I'll see you around. . ."

When she walked out of the room and closed the door, natawa naman si Zeke pagkatingin ko sa kanya at saka ako naglakad pabalik sa kanya.

"What was that? That was weird though. . ."

He smirked. "Zara knew I was gay," pag-amin pa nito. "I didn't come out to her personally, but she said she knew I could be gay because she found me staring at some men. I'm not sure if she caught me and the guy who was sucking me off here in my office during my first month. She just barged into my room and the guy I invited in just dunk under the desk so she wouldn't find him. I guess, she found out. She's a keeper of secrets, very hard working, but you don't want to get into a fight with her because hell would lose if that happens."

"Oh, I won't get in her way," aniko. "But since we're already on this topic, does anyone know other than Zara you were gay?"

Umiling naman ito sa akin. "No. Just to be clear, I'm not publicly out. Hayden doesn't know I'm gay, but he knew I fooled around with men before. In my previous work, no one knew about it. I don't tell my secrets. I kept it for myself. The only people who knew about it were the people I hooked up with and nothing more."

"I see. . . And hey, there's nothing wrong with not being publicly out. I understand you and those people who chose not to. "No, not a problem, Mitch. I was the one who brought you here so you could see what I do," he said. "Why don't we come downstair and let me show you around? The performances will start soon so let's head down there."

Pumayag naman ako at sabay kaming lumabas ng office niya. He showed me around and talked me through things and how they operate here. I still find it so crazy and unbelievable that he was working in this place because he doesn't look like one. Naalala ko na naman si Hayden kaya out of nowhere, itinanong ko siya kay Zeke. "Did Hayden come back here after the bachelor party?"

Umiling naman ito sa akin. "Nope. He didn't. I don't think he would because he's married to Renee already."

Napangisi naman ito. "That's not all of them, Mitch. I've already seen some familiar faces. If you look on the far right side, most of the customers there are in their fifties. It's either they have separated from their previous partner or widower. You could meet a lot of people in here. There were a lot of lies and secrets in this place, but what was going on in here, stays in this place only."

"Sure thing. . . All secrets should remain as secrets. . ." I muttered, and I followed Zeke backstage where I met some of the performers who were so sexy in their costumes.
