Take a Sip, was first published on Wattpad in February of 2015, making it my first story published when I first joined Wattpad. Because of this, I have decided to make changes or some revisions to fit my writing style today. I just wanted to let you all that there will be revisions to this story.    Prologue 

                      The Silent Routine                   

  1981
Boston, Massachusetts

   Every single day was the same. He would sit by the vast glass window. The window that depicted all the traffic and commotion of the busy people in the city. The daily news paper at his side as well, as he sat.

Everyday he ordered two cups of sweet and tangy coffee, roasted and also smelled of cocoa at times. Two cups. Not one. But two. One for him. And one for her. And everyday for who knew how long, she came.

She would quietly sit before him, with a book or paper work to accompany her. Everyday she would steal quick glances of him.

And every single day, every single time she stole those glances, his beautiful ocean blissful bottled eyes were always set upon the words on his paper, sparked with interest. Flickering with eagerness and appeal.

Every single time she quickly stole glances, she always hoped that he would give her the same look as he did to the daily paper. But glancing was not only of her strong suit. She also wondered. She always wondered about him. His voice.

Once and only once had she heard him speak. It was all when they started this silent routine. Only once had she heard him say three words to her;

"Take a sip."

With a crooked smile plastered on his face, that she'll never come to forget.
