Luke Hemmings

       Luke stood in a tux and a black mask. So far everyone told him that he looks like a penguin, which he smiled and replied with a "I know". He looked around hoping see Macy. Just than the door open to revel twenty girls. After Luke counted each girl, he realized that four were missing. He felt his stomach drop when he realized that he didn't see Macy's style. He didn't see any of the girls wearing a necklace that Macy told Luke, she'll never take off. It was a silver infinity necklace that Macy received when Macy entered High School.

      Luke walked up to the girls and faked a smile. It wasn't because he didn't like them but because he made a friendship with Macy. A friendship that he wants to learn more about Macy. As they all walked up to Luke and bowed down as if he was a prince. Well, they had to act as if he was because the party was Cinderella themed but without Cinderella. He watched as all the girls bowed one at a time. The last one to bow, was wearing a dark red dress that reminded him of a rose. He put one and one together to realize it was Rosie.

    The music started to play and he bowed down to Rosie. "May I have this dance?" Luke asked Rosie with his hand out. Rosie's checks had a light pink blush. She nodded and started to dance with Luke. Luke was dancing really, really slow, from fear that he will trip and make a fool of himself.

     "So where are the other four girls?" Luke asked Rosie. Luke was really curious and he wanted to know where his friend was.

     "I really don't know but Vicki knows," Rosie responded. They talked for a little before the song was over. Luke explained to Rosie that he has to dance with the other girls but when he was done he would probably come back to her if the other girls didn't steal him.

      After dancing with all the girls, Vicki stole Luke for a second dance. Like realized that the song that they were about to dance to was Tenerife Sea by Ed Sheeran. He felt like he shouldn't be dancing with Vicki, but with Macy. Just as they begun to dance, the doors opened to reveal a girl in a dark blue gown. The girl wore a white laced mask with a small blue heart on it. All of the contestants gasped as they saw her. The music was even turned off before it started all over as she started to walk towards Luke. The girl smiled to Luke before she took a bow. As she bowed Luke noticed the silver infinity necklace she had on. Macy. Luke stepped away from Vicki as stepped closer to Macy.

    "I believe I haven't danced with you, so may I please have this dance" Luke said. Macy accidentally let out a giggle but agreed. As they started to dance away from Vicki, Macy started to whispered.

    "You don't have to act like Prince Charming, Luke" Macy whispered to Luke. Luke simply ignored her words as he looked at Macy's hair. Her hear was shoulder length but she made it work with the curls she had.

    "And you don't have to act like Cinderella" Luke whispered back to Macy. "Mhm" was what escaped Macy's lips as she danced to the beat with Luke. Luke noticed that Macy started to take control, and started to dance faster.

    "This is my favorite song at the moment" Macy said as her brown eyes met with Luke's blue eyes.

    "Well I think this should be our song that signify our friendship" Luke whispered. Macy nodded and continued to dance with Luke until the final beat was over.

   "I'm going to go and look for Rosie before one of the other girls kill me" Macy said. As Macy started to walk way, Luke grabbed her wrist and turned her around. When she looked at Luke's eyes, she saw a bit of hope in them. What Macy didn't know was that it was hope that she wouldn't get mad at Luke for what he was about to do. Luke leaned in and lightly kissed Macy on the lips. While Luke had his eyes close, Macy had them open. When Luke pulled away and let go, Macy quickly left to find Rosie. Luke opened his eyes to see Macy wasn't there.

    Stupid. Luke you shouldn't have kissed her. Why must I made that awkward! Luke thought to himself. Vicki then walked up to Luke and "nicely" asked Luke for a dance.

Macy Newman

   Macy didn't run to look for Rosie, instead she ran outside. Where she came face to face with Britney, one of Vicki's friends.

   "Vicki said, "who the fuck are you!?" And she also said "back the fuck off you slut"" Britney said as she smacked on her gum.

   "Tell Vicki that Cinderella said "I don't give a fuck and I'm fucking Cinderella" Macy told Britney before she left running. Instead of heading towards the studio, Macy ran behind the hall where a short cut was. Macy ran and ran until she was in her room. The three females who were seating on Macy's bed talking, quickly stood up when they saw Macy.

    "What happened?" Demi asked Macy with excitement. Macy's mind went back to when Luke kissed her. His lips were soft and he wasn't half bad. But the problem was that Macy enjoyed the kiss, it made her stomach do flips and made her heart feel light.

   "He kissed me" Macy said. The three woman's let out a excited small scream.

    "Tell us all about it!" Christina said as Macy started to walk in the bathroom to take off the gown.

     "It was unexpected!" Macy yelled through the bathroom door as she slipped out of the gown. "It was also soft, and warm!" Macy then grabbed a band tee and her plaid pajama pants. She then walked out to see Ellie, Christina, and Demi waiting for her.

     "And" Ellie pressed on. Macy gave the kiss another thought just to make sure she wasn't making a big deal with this.

     "I enjoyed it, it made me feel special" Macy breathed out. "But that's my problem, I didn't come here to leave a fairy tale."

     Demi then thought back when she gave Macy advice. "You didn't come here to fall in love" Demi said. Macy looked up at Demi and nodded.

    "Then why did you come?" Christina asked.

     "For a bet" Macy whispered. The three females looked at Macy with disappointment.

     "Your getting his hopes high" Ellie said, ashamed.

     "Macy, we will not judge you because we've seen worst, but remember, your playing with fire and soon your going to get burned" Demi said.

     "Your going to fall for him, then one day someone will tell him it was a bet and he will be heartbroken that he will go with someone else and leave you with broken pieces" Christina told Macy before she left with Demi and Ellie.

     "We won't tell anyone but remember our words Macy, because it's just the first week" Ellie said before she closed the door. They were right, Macy was making the wrong choice. Macy thought about it and realized that her walls were slowly falling.
