Macy Newman

One Year

"How was it?"

"It was okay. I made a few new friends but overall it was okay." Macy answered her sisters question. Bailey smiled before Bailey got her bag.

"I'm off to work." Bailey stated, causing Macy to drop her bag.

"You got a job?" Macy asked.

"I need to help pay the house bills, the hospital bills and the other bills." Bailey responded.

"Where's the job?" Macy asked.

"I'm working at a boutique." Bailey answered with a smile. "See you around dinner."

"Bye! Have fun!" Macy yelled. She undid her bun before she sat at the kitchen counter scrolling through instagram. She liked the picture that Rosie posted before she entered her tags. She was suprised to see that Vicki tagged her in a picture three days ago.

Macy frowned at the picture, it was of Vicki and Luke at the beach. She could tell it was the local beach that wasn't far from her house.

"A year later and I'm still not completely over Luke." Macy mumbled.

"Talking about Luke, I assume?" Rosie asked. She grabbed an apple and took a bite.

"I'm not. I'm just saying that I need to pay the Internet bills." Macy lied.

"Sure." Rosie answered, extending the e. "I'll be in my room, on Netflix!"

Macy shook her head as she watched Rosie run up into the her room. Ever since Macy became better friends with Rosie. Rosie had moved in with Macy and Bailey.

Luke Hemmings

"Luke, finally we get five minutes with you!" Ashton breathed out.

"What do you mean? You're always with me." Luke stated.

"It's your girlfriend Luke." Calum added in.

"You're not the same anymore." Michael added his two cents.

"What do you mean?"

"You're always spending more time with her. You are constantly buying her things that she asks for. And did I forget to mention that she tried to flirt with me!?" Ashton exclaimed. Luke shook his head, he couldn't believe what they were saying.

"I'm going to be honest. I liked Macy Newman better." Michael stated. Macy. The one name that rang through Luke's head everyday. He couldn't remember why he didn't pick her.

"Why didn't you pick Macy? I mean, from the TV we could tell you were in love with her." Calum explained.

"I don't remember." Luke answered. Luke's phone soon buzzed with an incoming message.

"It's probably Vicki." Michael mumbled.

"Have fun with your girlfriend." Ashton spoke with distaste. Luke's three best friends left Luke before Michael ran back in.

"And we only had you here for four minutes and thirty-two seconds. The longest we had you."

Macy Newman

"We ran out of milk!" Macy yelled. "And eggs!"

"We also ran out of toothpaste!" Rosie yelled. "Wait never mind! But we did run out of cheese, nutella, bread and honey!"

"Do you know what this means?" Macy asked, turning around to face her friend.

"Grocery shopping time!" They both yelled.

"Let's make the list of items we need. Then we'll separate them into two list and run around the store and see who gets what first." Rosie added in. She always has to do this because Macy would somehow always manages to cheat.

"Okay I get it. I'm not going to cheat this time." Macy stated.

"Sure." Macy's phone buzzed causing her to check it. She was mentioned in a instagram post. It was the official Take A Pick account, saying how the original contestants are going to meet up tomorrow.

"You just saw the meet up?" Rosie asked.

"Yeah, sadly I can't attend since I have to go to Uni." Macy sighed.

"Don't worry. I'll explain it to them."
