It's been three days and Tai been finding love letters inside his locker. He would read it and shake his head as he folded it back up and walked away pretending he never read it. Tai was once again in school and opened up his locker and found a pink envelope. Tai let out sigh as he grabbed the envelope and opened it up.

From the bottom of my heart Tai, I ache to spend some time with you if you're willing to give me a chance. I wish I could read your beautiful mind and see if you really love me. I know I love you with all my heart, but I have no idea if you feel the same way. My heart is ready to split in two because I need you, and yet I don't know if you need me. Please, from the bottom of my heart, I confess my everlasting love to you and hope that you feel the same way. Please give me an answer.

Tai let out a sigh.

'I do have to say, Terry does have a way with words'

He thought with a small smile as he closed up the letter. He closed up his locker and spin around and almost bump into Terry who was standing behind him with a smile.

"Terry"

"Tai, I have something to confess"

She said getting straight to the point.

"I was the one leaving the love letters in your locker"

Tai gently scratched the back of his head as he looked down.

"Yeah, I know"

"Really?"

She asked surprise.

"Well, what do you think?"

Tai let out a sigh

"I think your a really sweet girl and I'm sure there is someone else out there that likes you but I don't think I'm the right guy for you"

"You're rejecting me?"

Terry asked sadly.

"I don't want to lead you on or anything but it's better this way for the both of us"

"For us or for you?"

Tai remained quiet as he finally looked up to Terry and saw tears threatening to fall from her eyes.

"You would think I would have been use to the rejection from a bunch of guys, just one look at me and they turn away"

"Terry...."

"Don't. Don't try to sugar coat it. I know what I am but not everyone knows who I am. I am more than just a big girl you know. Thank you for at least hearing me out"

Terry said as she sadly turned away from Tai. Tai cringed as he heard her last words before walking away.

'Poor girl'

He thought as he turn the opposite direction but was stopped by Mimi and Sora.

"Well what did she say? What did you say?"

They both said together. Tai rolled his eyes with a sigh.

"Obviously, I rejected her"

"What? Why?"

Sora asked.

"Do I really have to answer?"

"Yes"

Mimi said with her hands on her hips.

"Because she's fat, what else is there. I don't want to be walking around in school with a fat load hanging from my shoulder"

"That's kind of harsh Tai"

Sora said stunned.

"Well, its the truth"

"And what did Terry say?"

Mimi asked.

"She didn't took it so well, she just said that she should have probably got use to being rejected"

Sora and Mimi sadly look to each other, thinking the same thing.

'Poor girl'

"Now would you mind, I want to get to class on time"

Tai said walking past his friends. Little did Tai, Sora and Mimi know, Terry had overheard the conversation. Tears were trailing down her face as she heard Tai express how he felt about her.

'Don't worry Tai, you won't have to see me again. I won't be in your way anymore'

Terry thought sadly as she made her way to class.

*Lunch Time*

Tai was a bit happy to say the least as he notice Terry hadn't shown up to his lunch table.

'Good riddance'

He thought.

"Hey Tai"

Matt said walking up to Tai.

"Before lunch is over, let's head to the library for we can get started on our history project"

"Sure"

Tai said as he finished his food and followed Matt to the library.

"How can I help you boys?"

The librarian asked.

"We would..."

Matt said trailing off as someone yelled from the back.

"Mrs. Kim, the copy machine is jam again"

"Oh dear"

The librarian said.

"I'll have my assistant help you. Terry!"

She called. Terry came out of the backroom and smiled to Mrs. Kim.

"Yes ma'am"

"Do me a favor and help these boys out"

"Yes ma'am"

Terry got to the desk and looked to Matt and was surprise to see Tai and Tai looked surprise to Terry but they said nothing as Terry kept her attention to Matt.

"What can I help you with today?"

"I was wondering where the History section is at"

"I can show you, follow me"

She said as she went around the table and headed through the line of book and soon came to a stop.

"Okay thank you"

Tai said as he finally spoke up. Terry smile a little and looked to the two guys.

"What are you looking for specifically?"

"Ancient civilization"

Matt answered. Terry nodded.

"Everything on ancient civilization is on the bottom shelf"

"Awesome. Thanks"

"No problem"

She said walking away. Matt bend down to grab a book and smiled as he looked at it.

"Hey look, national geographic, what do you think Tai?"

When Matt didn't get a respond he looked up and saw Tai had his attention on Terry retrieving form.

"Tai"

Matt said loud enough for the catch Tai's attention. Tai jumped and turn to face Matt.

"What?"

"What were you looking at?"

He asked with a smirk. Tai rolled his eyes.

"Nothing, now let's look for the stupid books"

Matt laughs.

"Yeah right, you were looking at something"

"No I wasn't"

"Yes you were"

"No I wasn't"

"Yes you were"

Tai grabbed the book.

"Okay I was, now shut up"

Tai said walking away. Matt chuckled as he followed behind Tai.
