Day one

I'm at the airport now. Fun fact: I don't like airports. They make me feel stressed. And I also don't like the douane. It makes me feel uncomfortable, even though I have nothing to hide.
It's 15:34 now. Our plane

And then we had to go through the douane and our gate changed every fifteen minutes and we had to walk around the whole airport

Now it's 16:25 - wow fifty minutes passed? - and we have to wait until 19:00, because that is the time we can board our plane.

Whale, we're going to Kos, an island in Greece. We're (we is my sister, my father and I) staying in a hotel with a swimming park and water slides. The only things I'm going to do are read, draw, write, eat, sleep and swim.

We have to fly for four hours. I'm going to listen to music and read Harry Potter. This is the first time I read it ("Sanne/Riley - I still don't know how I should call myself -, how could you?! Why haven't you read it before?!"), because I always refused to read it. I don't really know why. But two of my best friends made me read it (no regrets), and they are reading Percy Jackson.
I'm reading the third book, by the way.

The WiFi is slow. I don't even know if I can publice this. We'll see.

I'll take photo's of the sky and the hotel if I can.

I'm also thinking about making a Solangelo (one-shot)book. Maybe.

I'm going twice to Greece, this vacation.
Today I'm going to Kos for a week with my father and sister.
A few week later I'm going to Crete with my mother, sister and stepdad.
Vacations with my father are more lazy, hotel and swim vacations and the ones with my mom are more cultural.

The WiFi didn't work. I'm in the plane right now and we're landing.
It's 22:40 now. Wait no, it's an hour later in Greece, so it's actually 23:40.

I have finished The Prisoner of Azkaban and am currently listening to HTTYD film music.
I really love HTTYD. It reminds me of my childhood (lol, I'm 13, but anyways). I watched this movie when I was a kid and immediately loved it. I even watched HTTYD 2 in the bioscoop.

I don't know what to say.

Have I ever said that I learn six languages at school? Well, five actually, because I am already fluent in Dutch (duh).
English, French, German, Latin and Ancient Greek. My school is a gymnasium, where you learn Latin and Ancient Greek. Do they have that too in other countries? I think so.
I also speak a bit Spanish and because of that also a bit Italian and Portugese.
I don't know why I told you that. Guess I just wanted to rant a little.

We have landed. It's 22:53, 23:53 in Greek time.

I earlier said I spoke Latin and Ancient Greek (well, not much, I have only had lessons for two years and I'm horrible at grammar).
Do you remember that in The Lightning Thief, Grover said: "O Zeu kai alloi theoi"? In Ancient Greek that's this: "Ω Δευ και άλλοι θεοι."
It means "O Zeus and the other gods." Και is and, αλλοι is other and φεοι is gods. θεοσ is singular, god. θεα is goddess.
Annabeth also said: "Errete es korakas". It means "Go to the ravens". "Ερρετε εσ κόρακας." Ερρετε is you go or go, as in you have to go, plural. Εσ is to, so κορακασ must be ravens. Singular it's κορακα, I think.

It's 13:26. I'm in our room. My father and sister just went to the swimming pool. I'm staying here, drawing and reading. I have already finished one book and am on 2/3 of the next, The Goblet of Fire. I only have nine books with me. I hope it's enough.

I don't have wifi in my room. Maybe I'll go to the lobby to publice this.
Nah, then I would have to go out my room and I'm lazy. There are so many people. I don't like many people. I think I might have enochlophobia, the fear of big crowds. Well, I am not really afraid of it, but I always feel really uncomfortable. It could also be just my introvertness.
It's 13:38. I'm drawing and listening to HTTYD music. Again. I just really like it. *shrugs* Yeah...

It's 13:48. I remember the time my bookcase was full and I had to put all the books who couldn't be put in the case on eachother like a tower.

I'm at the beach. It's really quiet here, except for the waves. Everyone is eating. It's sundown and the sky is beautiful. I took pictures for art references. I want to paint it. I'm horrible at painting, whale, at least, with normal paint. Maybe I'm better with aquarelpaint.

My father and sister left. They can't appreciate it. I'm just sitting here, relaxing, with my feet in the sand. The sky is darkening slowly.
I really like this. The silence, the soft sand, the sound of the waves... Maybe I'm a child of Poseidon after all.

I just realised I have read eight books in seven days. Woo, way to go.
I have a list with every book I have read since 23 December. I want to know how many books I read in one year and I'm going to count all the pages to know how many pages I have read in total.
I have read 101 books in total now, but a few of them are smaller extra books, like Camp Half-Blood Confidential (which is an awesome book, by the way. Nico sings! And Will says he has to stop because he's scaring the other campers 😂)
