A new street performer has become quite the talk of London. A Jester with an interesting wardrobe and insanity like no other, has become the laughing stock of the city. Seeing her preform is one of the most exciting things happening on the streets. From magic tricks to acrobatics, to even corny knock knock jokes. She is sure to amaze. However, this jester has a secret. Every night she stalks her next victim, brutally murdering them and then feasting on their remains, she always leaves their mangled, rotting bodies in comical positions in places they will be discovered quickly, but no one suspect's the happy go lucky, energetic fool. No one accuses her of being a canabalistoc murderer.

The queen is distraught about these murders, and the Scotland yard are humiliated each time they find the naked man outside a prostitutes home or an old woman seemingly dancing outside a bar. The queen has turned to the Phantomhive estate for help yet again.
