Kinetic Energy

A burst of Kinetic energy is emitted from her hands or feet, she can direct its path but she can't control how strong the energy she emits is...she's still working on that.
So she refuses to try it on a human just yet.
The kinetic energy acts like an earthquake but she can control the area and amount its effects.
She can even make it so the energy only targets one type of material!

Drawbacks:
A

fter using her quirk she becomes tired and will often experience pain coming from wherever she emitted the energy from, though this is not always the case.
In times of extreme use, she may burn the body part used to emit the energy or in the worst-case scenario she'll cause herself to pass out, and if her body is in distress it can cause her unconscious form to emit energy and send a shockwave in the ground.

She also can't produce the kinetic energy from her hands if all of her fingers are covered, this why her gloves are fingerless, however for some reason that's not the case with her feet.

This causes her older sister to go into a deep depression.
