Lyra looks like she'd be a jerk but shes actually the opposite. She's fairly sweet but she can get sassy and flirtatious at times. Though she'd never try hurting anyone on purpose unless they did something to deserve it. She can have her hyper moments but for the most part, shes a rather laid back person.

Lyra was never too fond of her parents, they weren't abusive but they weren't good parents either. They tended to forget about her and her little sister and leave them alone constantly, never really talking to them or giving her sister any sort of parental love. So when she turned 16 she got a (can't remember the document but it allows you to disown your parent and live on your own) paper and took her little sister with her, her parents didn't even put up a fight for her.
