Sky kept his head in his arms, his cheeks tearstained and new ones rolling down. He held his legs close to him, listening to the fireworks and the cheering outside. Sky bites his shirt sleeve, picking his head up slightly, his eyes red and puffy. He flinches when another firework goes over, he covers his ears with his hands, squeezing his eyes shut. He whimpers, he panted heavy, more tears falling down his cheeks. 'Stop it..stop it, you crybaby! Someone might see you....' Sky thought to himself. He wipes his cheeks, but once he did, they came back. He covers his face with his hands. 'Pathetic...I'm so pathetic and stupid. I was so stupid to believe every word she said to me, stupid to believe that she wouldn't hurt or wouldn't cheat on me again and again...and I was stupid to believe my friends would stay by my side...' Sky thought. Sky looks at the Sky Army symbol on a banner in his office. grabbed his sword, angry starting to boil in him. He pulled himself to his feet, his hands grasping the sword before he strikes towards the banner in a fit of rage. The banner rips, Sky cutting it up before it becomes shreds at his feet. He pushes stuff off his desk, papers flying everywhere before he knocks the chair down and lets it hit the floor, he throws his sword at the wall making it look as if a hurricane hit the room. Sky's hands balled into fists before he starts crying again. He takes a deep breath, he grabs his amulet, ripping it off from around his neck and letting it hit the floor before he grabs his jacket, walking out of the trashed office. He slips on his jacket, pulling his hood up to hide his broken state.

He didn't know how he felt anymore. He was beyond angry, but he felt so broken that he was surprised he didn't just fall on the floor and wait for someone or something to kill him no matter how long that would take. His golden eyes looked out the window, seeing the recruits smiling, talking and just having a good time. They're celebrating a victory, one that seemed hopeless but Sky made sure that they would win. He was just as proud as his friends and recruits of their accomplishment, but that didn't matter anymore to him when he came home to Alesa hooking up with one of his friends. Sky backed away from the window, he puts his hand on his arm as he walked down the hallway. He stared at the ground as the fireworks outside lit up the dark hallway with whatever color they are.

Alesa has cheated on Sky before, many times but Sky convinced himself that she would change, she never did. She only broke him more and more with her hurtful words and harsh treatment of him to the point that he just wanted her to kill him. Sky's been able to hide it from his friends, his recruits, for the past two years. But he can't take it anymore, she's cheated six times and some of those times were guys who Sky once considered as close friends. Sky walked outside, most of the recruits are gathered in buildings, on the roof and in the center of the base, Sky was on the outskirts. So he turned his back to them, walking towards the gate. He bites down on his sleeve, more tears falling down his cheeks. Sky walks through the gate, he broke into a run, he didn't want anyone to see him so broken and weak.

Soon his knees gave in on him, he tripped over a tree root, landing on his right wrist, he grabbed it when he felt a sharp pain shot up his arm. He sits on his knees, his right arm resting against his chest. He whimpers and falls on his side, he curls up in a ball, beginning to bawl into his knees. 'Why do I always have to end up alone? I just wanted at least one person...that's it....is that too much to ask? Is that too selfish of me, the guy with no family or friends...is that too much trouble?' Sky thought.

After a while, he fell asleep, he slept through the night there, so when he woke up, he felt stiff. He sat himself up, his right wrist giving in and sending up painful shocks up his arm. He winced, gritting his teeth. Sky looks around. 'It's morning. I guess I should head back...But do I really want to? Where else would I go? The Sky Army is all I have left...and I don't even know if I want it anymore...' Sky thought. But Sky pulled himself up to his feet anyway, turning back and walking up to where he came. It is pretty early, so he doubted that any recruits would be up, especially after a party last night. Sky walked back in, he slipped into the infirmary, he grabbed gauze for his arm, but a hand grabs his shoulder making him jump and turn around.

"Commander? What are you doing up so early? And...what did you do this time?" The nurse sighed. She touches Sky's wrist making him wince. She takes the gauze from him and takes him to a bed, she makes him sit down. "Let me see your wrist." She pushes his sleeve right sleeve up gently as Sky winced with almost every movement. "Can you move your wrist at all?" Sky moves it slightly, she smiles a little. "Good thing you didn't break your wrist, only a bad sprain." The nurse wraps his wrist and hand in the gauze. "There." Sky stands up.

"T-Thanks." Sky said walking past her. She turns around.

"Commander, are you okay?" She asks.

"I'm fine!" Sky snapped making her step back. He walked out of the infirmary. He lets out a shaky breath, he didn't want to go home, he didn't want to sleep either. He went back into his office. His office is still a mess, his eyes look at the amulet laying on the floor, the gem has a crack in it but he didn't care.

"What happened in here?" Sky heard someone asks. Sky tenses up, Ty walking beside him. "What happened to your arm? Party too hard last night?" Ty smiles at Adam. Sky glances at Ty, saying nothing. Ty loses his smile than he notices the poorly wiped away tear tracks on his cheeks. Ty grabs Sky's arm when he tried to leave. "Have you been crying? What happened?" Sky's hands ball into fists, his blood boiling again. He yanks his arm out of Ty's grip.

"I'm fine, leave me alone!" Sky snapped at Ty. Sky tries to open the door but it is locked. Sky looks over his shoulder, seeing Ty holding the key to the door. Sky looks back at the door.

"What happened? And I want an honest answer." Ty asks. Sky stood froze, he felt his eyes water, he grips the doorknob. Trying to open it again, he wanted to leave. He doesn't want to break down in front of Ty.

"P-Please..un-unlock it.." Sky stuttered. "P-Please...I-I want out.." Ty puts the key in his pocket, he walks over to Adam. He touches Sky's arm.

"Adam, are you okay?" Ty asks. Those words just broke something in Sky, he didn't know why or how all he know was he started crying. He covers his face with his hands, sliding down the wall, putting his hands against his knees as he cried into them.

"G-Go away!" Adam cried. Ty stood shocked for a few moments, but he shook his head.

"No," Ty said. Ty falls to his knees beside Adam, he puts his arms around Sky, pulling Adam against him. Ty rested his head against Sky's, he rubbing Sky's back gently. Sky tensed up when Ty hugged him, but he relaxed when his opened his eyes seeing Ty's familiar bracelets around his wrist. Sky buried his face in Ty's chest, staining it with his tears. Sky grips Ty's shirt tight in his hand.

"D-Don't go..please..." Sky cried.

"I won't," Ty said hugging Sky tighter. Sky relaxed in Ty's arm, he felt a little better, he felt safe almost and he liked it. Even though he wanted to, he wouldn't let himself smile. It felt like he didn't know how to smile since he hasn't made a real smile since before Alesa. Then he felt Ty kiss his forehead, his eyes open, he looks at Sky. Ty is blushing, he meets Sky's eyes.

"Sorry..I...It just hurts me seeing you like this." Ty said. Sky stared at Ty, Sky pulled down on Ty's shirt, he kissed Ty's lips. Ty flinched but kissed back. Sky broke it short, he crawled away from Ty.

"L-Leave me a-alone...y-you hate me.." Sky stuttered crying. Ty shakes his head. He goes over to Sky. He presses his chest against Sky's back, his fingers locking his Sky's before he put his arms around him. Though he felt Sky tense up, he let out of Sky's right arm, remember he was hurt. Sky felt Ty's hot breath going down his neck making his cheeks redden.

"I would never hate you. I love you, Adam. I really do. So please, stop pushing me away when all I want to do is help you. I'm not gonna hurt you. I just want you to smile and laugh again." Ty said. Sky flinched, his whole body started trembling.

"You d-don't know how l-long I-I've waited to h-hear that." Sky stuttered, his hands cover his crying face, he turned towards Ty, he puts his face into the crook of Ty's neck. Ty hugs him, sitting on his knees. "I-I'm sorry..." Ty rubs Sky's lower back again.

"Shhh...it's okay. It's okay...I'm here, I won't leave you." Ty said. Sky grips Ty's shirt, doubting him.

"P-Promise?" Sky asks. Ty nods, Ty kisses the side of Sky's head.

"I promise."
