So, I now have to do a speech for English.

Yay!

I actually only say that semi sarcastically, surprisingly I actually kinda like public speaking. Scratch that, I don't just kinda like public speaking, it's one of my favourite things that's required in English. I mean there's far worse things, like essays and essays and did I say essays? Heck, only thing I really like more than it is when we're given the freedom to just write a story (for obvious reasons).

Obviously, I'm in a pretty good mood about this entire thing, it's the best thing I've had to do this year.

Then I learn I can't just go and improv the whole thing and I have a time limit of 5 minutes.

Way to ruin my fun teach!

I was just gonna go up there and rant about thorium for half an hour to delay my classmates having to do their presentations (I actually legitimately do this), but nooooooooooo.

On the brightside, I do get to choose my own speech topic, as long as it's school appropriate. So me being me, has planned to do the most meta speech topic possible (for a 5 minute presentation).
