Book Tags
Edit: I forgot to put in a title when I first published lol, so I changed it really quick for those of you who read it beforehand.
Hi, it's been a while since I posted on here! Haha, so the picture up top is a Tumblr post I thought you guys would relate to, because this tag is all about BOOKS! And when there's books, there's FANDOMS! YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY (the picture is SO true, though). There will be two, but if I tag you then don't worry about doing both, just do the one you like better!
Alright, first one!
1) Name a book written by an author called Michael: OH! The Killer Angels by Michael Shaara. I read that one in 8th grade for English, but I liked it a lot! It was about the Civil War, and I'm not much of a history buff, but there were parts that I enjoyed! Though some people said it was really boring lol.
2) Name a book with a dragon on the cover: This one is actually a series. Wings of Fire by Tui T. Sutherland, which I never finished now that I think of it. But for the books I did read I was in love with it!
3) Name a book about a character called George: I bet you were expecting me to say Harry Potter, hm? NOPE I CHOOSE CURIOUS GEORGE! lol that was one of my favorite books as a kid.
4) Name a book written by an author with the surname Smith: I can't remember one right now lol. I know that there's a book series with a character
5) Name a book set in Australia: One of the 39 Clues books was, I'm pretty sure In Too Deep? Comment if I remembered correctly lol. That series was awesome.
6) Name a book with the name of a month in the title: I can't think of one right now lol.
7) Name a book with a knife on the cover: Do most of the PJO book covers count if Percy is holding Riptide/Anakulumnos?
8) Name a book with the word "one" in the title: The One from the Selection series. I haven't read it yet but it sounds really good!
9) Name a book with an eponymous title (the main character's name is in the title): Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard.
10) Name a book turned movie: DIVERGENT SERIESSSS (I love all the actors)
Alright, moving on to tag two! For this one I'll count Wattpad stories lol
1) Which book, most recently, did you not finish?: Starling by Leslie Livingston. I thought it would be interesting, but by chapter five everything was slow. So I just stopped reading lol
2) Guilty pleasure book: Prisoner on Wattpad by oreolovinq . It's really good, even though there's some intense stuff. But she did a fantabulous job on the book! It made me cry. For Dolan Twin fans 15+, go check it out! Be warned that there's language and stuff like that, so if you aren't okay with that stuff then don't feel obligated to read it!
3) Which book you love to hate: Twilight. Enough said
4) Which book would you throw into the sea: I absolutely freak out when my books get wet. Then the pages are all bendy, so if I was to throw an entire book into the sea, it would have to be really bad. Anyway, Twilight.
5) Which book you've read the most: Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm. It's a classic, I know, but I read it all the time in my younger years. I still love it to this day!
6) Which book I'd hate to receive as a present: How has Twilight won three categories already?!
7) Which book could you not live without?: This is going to be changed to book SERIES that I can't live without. And if I had to choose, it would be a three way tie between Keeper of the Lost Cities, PJO+ additional series in that universe, and Five Kingdoms/Fablehaven (still trying to decide which one I love more).
8) Which book made me angriest: None so far, at least for the ones I've read.
9) Which book made you cry the most: The Fault in our Stars by John Green. Paper Towns was a close second (WHY MARGO WHY), but definitely TFIOS.
10) Which book cover do you hate the most?: I always adore book jacket artists, because they work hard and their work is fantastically accurate to the storylines. Honestly, they deserve so much credit for their imaginative work. Thankfully, I haven't found a book cover that I've despised yet!
