I came to a family gathering and I'm hanging out in the corner reading wattpad or somth. My mom try's to get me to socialize. But somth in my just doesn't want this and I end up just standing awkwardly the whole time.

Other times I can socialize no problem.

My other fear has to be... Everything. My brain can just turn anything into a threat to me.

Like I won't use mouthwash Beacause on the back it say if you swallow it, you can be poisoned. So my minds like nope, uhun, no way hosay are you even putting that in your mouth.

Or my brain with think of things like a pencil. That pencil can go through my eye or my ear. And...... Had to actually stop writing for a second. My brain is my other fear then.
