Starla is the daughter of the genie. She looks around 16 but she's been alive for many, many, many, many years. Like her father she's granted wishes to many people over the course of a few millennium. But now that time has passed she has been forgotten about and her lamp is somewhere in Auradon and/ or Auradon prep I don't care which. Whoever finds it and rubs it, well you know the drill. The only limits is she can't kill anyone or bring anyone or anything back from the dead. She's straight and her crush is open.
