☀Optimistic| Heidi likes to see the bright side of things when reasoning she tries to look for a better way and how to simplify something to not be so difficult. She wants to smile especially for her father as she puts it he sometimes wears a mask. The woman wants to make sure things go right and takes time to focus and find the plus to the downside
☀Sympathetic| She cares deeply for people she just met, Heidi hates to see people down and upset all she wants to do is hug them. When put in a tense situation she takes no bias and hears both sides of an argument so that both sides can benefit without conflict. Having heard the stories her father tells of rouges too, she hopes to even help the lost
☀Relaxed| The lady is put under stress 24/7 she has to calm herself before she can calm others, many times she has been told she has a soft and soothing voice, and being that she barely panics or gets frustrated she can help pass her feelings onto others and help them feel just as good

☁Obsessive| When she finds a new hobby she often goes full-blown with it. Knitting? She'll buy the color of the rainbow of yarn. Heidi can be very inconsistent and indecisive when it comes to choosing for herself. She's very forgetful and while writing things down and meditation helps greatly, she is just naturally spontaneous and sporadic. It's not uncommon to see her walking around with a marker in her messy bun as the marker is used to write notes on her wrist and hand.
☁Gullible| Heidi is one of those people who will see that their computer has a 'virus' and then quickly calls the scam phone number to get it fixed. She's gotten better at asking for the truth, but many times it's easy to pull the wool over her eyes. Although, in a tense setting she takes things more seriously and turns very skeptical of others for fear that they'll try to trick her. She's aware of her problems, she just has a hard time fixing them
☁Nagging|To her closest friends she can be a bit nagging, maybe even a bit annoying at times. Heidi likes to sit a cup of tea and ask what's wrong. She'll pry, not too hard, but it gets repetitive quickly but the way she does it is passive-aggressive. Although she can give off cool and calm vibes to people she's just met, truly to those like her family they know her true intentions. While this side isn't often, it's a bad habit of that she does to people she cares deeply about. Like calling her brother every night to make sure he brushed his teeth or making sure her father takes his medicine on time. (Heidi grew up in a very loving family, as a toddler her parents were constantly on the move to get to America from Europe, so she had a very scenic eye. However, when she was 4 her mother got ill, and after giving birth to her brother, their mother past away. Gone was the care-free 4-year old, and in its place was a little girl who just wanted to keep her family together. Her father grew very depressed as it was his mate, and Heidi took care of her brother non-stop to push the pain away her father would often just stay busy with work. Fast forward a few years to when she was six, Heidi would often go to the library non-stop to find new ways to make her family happy. She'd try baking, painting, knitting, anything that could make them smile. Her brother, who still had no real clue of what was going on did smile, and the two were practically connected at the hip as he followed her around like a lost puppy. There were many times when her father would go days without eating and lock himself in his room, and Heidi was the only one that could coax him into coming out and eat. Heidi tried her best, but even her best wasn't good enough as when her brother stopped following her and started taking lessons to become Zeta after her father, she was left all alone by herself as even her father put all his time into training his son. 

Sure Heidi had friends, but none of them were best friends that she could easily confide in, and so the eight-year-old started looking for other ways to relive her building stress, and thus, she found meditation. Her new and permanent hobby became going to a special spot near the waterfalls, and for hours on ends sometimes she'd just sit and relax. 

Soon came the day that her father would resign, and on his forced doctors visit he put up a heavy objection to getting another check-up. Heidi would always go with him to calm him down, and this day was no exception. Along the way in the medical center, she met other patients who were often frightened, and this became another one of her hobbies, helping to calm other people down too. By this age, she was twelve, and with a much more focused path in life she started following around the pack's Mu, and started asking them for tips. In a way, she became their apprentice, and after school, she worked part-time in helping out any conflict.  But, while on a business trip with the Alpha to another pack the Mu found their mate, and wanting to live in another pack to be with them, they recommended Heidi to become Mu in their place. At first, it seemed quite odd to put a sixteen-year-old in charge of breaking up fights and keeping the peace, but after being up under many trials and test Heidi was allowed to become Mu. 

Ever since then she's taken the steps to improve her skills and with a strong need to help others Heidi has never let the pack down in diffusing a situation. She grew very distant from her brother as often times he would question her ways, but the same could be said for her as she questions his. Heidi's life became more fluid, and while neither her or her brother have moved away from home yet, Heidi wants to keep an eye on her father as the two still grief at the loss of her mother)
