Full Name: Gael Marie Forrest

Age: 22

Gender: Female

Sexuality: Straight

Occupation: Writer for a Literary Magazine

Where They're From: America

Interesting Fact: She was on her high school's swim team and won the state championship in her senior year.

Face Claim: Nozomi Maede

Personality: Gael is a complicated character. To most people, she seems like a dainty and considerate girl. She likes the typical girly stuff: hanging out with her friends, watching movies late at night, shopping, talking about boys, etc. She likes to write stories and poetry in all sorts of genres, from romance to fantasy and everything in between. She could be seen as childish due to her love for little trinkets, candies, and accessories but really it's just because she likes cute things. She engages in social interactions often, though she's not really an extrovert. She loves a nice night at home but also occasionally a night on the town. All of that stuff remains on the surface of Gael, a persona someone who doesn't know her would always see.
But with her friends and family... her personality flips to something else.
Gael, once comfortable and friendly with you, someone she would call a friend, reveals her love for all things scary and occult.
She lives for movies that would scare the socks off of everyone and for stories that force you leave the light on and have a friend by your side just to read it. She loves learning about sick, twisted, cruel tales that are completely true. She adores witches and alternative religions, specifically ones that deal with magic, charms, and casting. She doesn't get extremely scared by any of it and prefers to scare her friends with all of the frightening things she has collected.
All in all, she basically has two separate interest fields: Sweet, cute, and cheery, and dark, scary, and occult.

Likes: Cute things, writing, anything to do with the occult, scary stories/movies/etc., sport drinks, flowers, perfumes, and pop music.

Dislikes: Getting judged for her interests, random people hitting on her, oranges and anything flavored orange, also anything banana flavored, salt water, cold weather, tag, and huge crowds.

Hobbies/Skills: Writing, reading, sewing, and researching... scary stuff?

Fears/Phobias: Well, since normal scary stuff doesn't really scare her, most fears lay under the surface. She's afraid of the unknown, something that fuels her research of frightening things. She's afraid of drowning and dying in a fire, of being abandoned by the one who she cares for the most, of giant crowds. She scared of bugs and needles, heights and actually finding herself in the situations she finds entertaining in fiction.

Childhood: Pretty normal! Gael was adopted when she was six by loving parents. She was basically spoiled for the first year and then it slowly trickled down. Really just a good kid, didn't want to mess things up. She was shy around adults but still very respectful to them. Loved to write and draw, was very creative.

Teenage Years: Gael turned her love for writing into a hobby, practically taking over the journalism club at both her middle school and high school with her bare hands. Began to become extremely interested in scary stuff when she was a young teen and it only grew as she got older. At one point in ninth grade she really took on the 'witchy' aesthetic. Became interested in seeing her own clothes and stuff, so she learned that. Still shy around adults but began to come out of her shell to them.

Young Adult Years: Gael went to college and as soon as she was out, started looking for a job somewhere that she could use her talents. She ended up as a seamstress for a while until she started publishing to a literary magazine and finally started getting a job she wanted.

"Why live a fright free life when you could have fun scaring yourself every night?"

"I'm so curious about knowing the unknown; it can be scary, but I see it as a game." -Hrithik Roshan
