I say it's middle brown.
BUT one half of the people I know say "Gold blond" and the other half say "dark Brown" ... Now what?! xD

4) An interesting fact
I'm one of the lucky Tolkienites who read LotR (kinda) before seeing the movies.
Here's the thing: When I was 7 or so, My dad (who back then loved those movies), mum, bro and I watched the movies. Then Years later (when I had forgotten about their existence) y mother bought the Hobbit. (I think I was 12?) So I read it and I loved it. When I turned it around I saw "Prequel to the EPIC LotR trilo - a A must even for people who don't like fantasy" ( I'm serious... That's what it said xD). Then of course I went and begged my Parents to buy that for me. Thus my life was nearly fulfilled and my Father started hating everything about LotR.
