Kim Taehyung's P.O.V.

Just as I stop the car, Lisa immediately opens the door and flies inside the mansion. She's fast. Next all I hear is the wails of Sohee. As a father's instinct, I become worried and follow her. She stops at the door seeing Sohee. I also stop behind her, trying to pass through her. Then I hear the most unexpected word from my daughter. 'Mama'

Mama? When did she change from 'Aunty' to 'Mama'?

I turn to face Lisa to see her reaction. Her eyes are glassy due to unshed tears. She approaches her and holds her like Sohee is her life line at that moment. Its the most beautiful sight. After some minutes, she leaves for the garden with Sohee in her arms.

"That was unexpected." Bogum chuckles while we sit down at the kitchen counter for a cup of coffee. A smile creeps at the corner of my lips. I'm delighted thinking about the future. Lisa. Sohee's mother. My daughter's mother. My......

"Jesus! why did you take long? I thought something happened. you know..." I'm about to set up my future plan when Bogum interupts. Its indeed bad timing.

"Um... yeah. She's hard but I'm hard too." I see Lisa with Sohee in her arms heading towards Sohee's room. So I make three cups of coffee.

"Here." I place a cup infront of Bogum. I try to sit as Lisa enters the kitchen with a frown. This is not good. She's coming here to demand her answers.

She's easy to read. Her face specially her eyes is like an open book. Whenever she's happy, her eyes glows. If there's any tension in her life, her eyes reflects. They depict what's happening in her mind. Pure, innocent yet breathtaking and beautiful. The reasons I fall in love with her eyes.

"Hi Bogum." She erases the frown and hugs him.

"Hey Lisa." Bogum stands to hug her back.

"Sohee must have tired you. See you look like hell." She says as she sips the coffee.

Doesn't she notice me? Of course. But I feel like a third wheel here. She's doing on purpose? Then I remember she still hates me now.

Lisa's P.O.V.

"Can I ask something? I want the truth." I ask Bogum with a glint of seriousness.

"Yeah sure. Go on."

"Was Sohee ill when I was not here?" Please say 'no'.

"Um... she had a low fever ..."

"What? fever? how? God she's still small and fever ... and I was not here ... oh no! my baby ..."

"Lisa calm down you are freaking out. It was just a mild fever. The doctor prescribed some medicines and the fever was gone." He tries to assure me but I feel guilty. My baby was ill and I didn't know. I'll be not able to forgive myself at all. Sorry baby, mama was not there when yoy needed me the most.

"You don't need to think much and worry Lisa. Actually ... she was asking for you and would cry. That day she never stop crying and led to fever."

"I was not there when she needed me." I sigh in a whisper.

"Everything is fine now. Now you are Sohee's mother. Soon you'll be..." He's about to complete when someone coughs from behind. Oh! I almost forgot he's here. Taehyung glares Bogum as if warning something. What can it be?

"Lisa your phone." Taehyung points at my bag.

"Thanks."

"Hi mom."

"Honey where are you? We didn't find you in the house when we returned. Oh! I was so worried."

"Mom...I...Mr.Kim...he came to pick me up. You know Sohee has been crying and asking for me. I had to go." I end in a whisper.

"I didn't see that coming. Are you staying there?"

"I think so...I don't know. I'll text you okay."

"Take care hon."

"Bye mom."

For the second time I hear wails again.

"I'll get it." Saying this I walk towards her room. I open the door and see her sitting on her bed with tears on her cheeks. 

"Baby no...no crying. Mama is here okay." I walk to her, bend down to scoop her in my arms. She's growing fast.

"Mama." She clings to me as I wipe her tears and kiss her cheeks.

"Are you hungry?" She nods so we again head back to kitchen.

"Hey princess." Bogum puncles on her cheeks playfully. She giggles at the action.

"Daddy."

"Okay you remain with daddy I'll bring something for you." I place her on her feet. She runs towars Taehyung. I go inside to get some cracker and milk.

"Sohee come here baby. Mama brings food for you." She climbs and sit on my lap as I feed her.

After a whole week of sadness , now I'm full with joy.
