"Kim Taehyung?" A man in a white coat stepped out of the hospital room Taehyung was currently situated outside of.

"Kim Taehyung?" He repeated after the blue-haired male didn't respond.

"Oh! Yes that's me. Sorry I-" The teen responded.

"No worries and no need to apologize Mr. Kim. It makes perfect sense that you're shaken up after all that's happened." The doctor said with a smile on his face.

"Thank you Doctor. H-How is he?" He responded, voice cracking, eyes filling with more worry and sadness than before.

"Ah.. Well, he's alive and awake. That's much better than the state he was in earlier." Taehyung hummed in response.

"He had quite a few cuts, some deeper than others. We've got the bleeding to stop and the deeper ones sewn up. I'm going to be honest with you, the blood loss really had us worried and that paired with him being underweight wasn't a lucky combination. He's a fighter I've got to tell you, even if his mind didn't want to keep going, his heart sure did."

A small boxy grin appeared on the younger's face. "I know. He's the most stubborn person I know." The doctor smiled and continued.

"Due to the nutrition lack in his system, he's pretty weak so he may not move as well as usual. His mental state is the most fragile. I have no doubts that he won't want to see you though. The kid's been asking for 'Kim Taehyung' for hours now but I wouldn't treat him like a ticking bomb. He doesn't seem like the type to enjoy such treatment.. Well then, visiting hours are open for a few more and you're free to go inside. If any friends or relatives wish to visit, make sure they check in and give the boy space." Taehyung nodded and gave a small smile of gratitude as the doctor began walking down the hall to his next patient.

He stood in front of the door separating him from his lover and thought for a few moments before pushing it open.

The sight made his eyes gloss over.

Jungkook, his baby bunny, was sitting there. The regular lively Jungkook he had come to be used to wasnt there, instead he was quiet and hesitant. A bandage was wrapped around his stomach and a few machines were connected to him but at least his eyes were still the big sparkly doe eyes Taehyung adored.

"Taehyungie?" A little whisper came from the calm boy.

"Kookie.. My baby.." The older mumbled out, slowly walking towards his boyfriend.

"Taehyungie!" Jungkook giggled, trying to sit up to hug his hyung.

"Nah-Uh, no sitting up for you, Bun. You aren't exactly mobile right now."

"Oh really? I couldn't tell." Jungkook sassed with a grin. "I missed you, Hyung."

"I did too, Bun." Hes said, taking Jungkook's frail hand in his. His hand pretty much absorbed the younger's. There was a moment of silence before Taehyung spoke up again.

"Why'd you do it? Baby.. Why? Y-You know you always have the hyungs and me right? S-Standing wi- with you.. everyday.. Bun.. W-Why'd you try t-to leave m-me? ..I-I can't- I can't g-go a day withou-out you.. I love y-you so.. so much.. I d-don't have enough.. words to t-tell you how much— I adore you.. B-Baby.. I was s-so scared, Princess-" He looked down at their intertwined fingers before continuing.

"I'm.. I'm so scared that if I l-let go of your hand, you'll fly away.. a-and b-break... I'm- I'm so, so sc-scared.. to lose you-"

His voice was shaky and cracking every few words. The blue haired boy started full on bawling while continuing to look at his love.

"Hyung.." Jungkook tried but got cut off.

"D-Do you not k-know how much.. I l-love you, Bun? H-How much I n-need you.. Y-You are m-my happiness.. I j-"

The older was cut off by a kiss, just a tiny peck since Jungkook couldn't really move or hold himself up.

"C'mere, Tae." He said motioning to an empty space on the side of the bed. The older almost immediately stood up from his chair to hop on the bed.

Once he was settled, he began carding his fingers through Jungkook's fluffy brown hair.

"I love you too, Hyungie.. so.. so much, you don't even know." The brunette began softly, flipping the older's hand so that he could hold it with both of his smaller ones.

"Then wh-"

"Shh.. I-I don't know, Tae. If I had a good answer, I'd not hesitate to tell you. I just.. I had.." The smaller boy tried to explain, not finding the words while his eyes became glassy.

"Take it easy, Bun."

"I had f-flashbacks of h-her." Jungkook was referring to his mother.

The woman was completely homophobic and when Jungkook was young, she would make it a goal to verbally abuse him as much as possible. Without the knowledge of his father, of course.

When his father did learn of his wife's doings, he filed for a divorce and moved to Seoul, having full custody of Jungkook. After moving to Seoul, the scars left from his once loving mother remained and plummeted his self esteem but then he found Taehyung. The boy helped Jungkook with his confidence and showed Jungkook that someone can truly love him. His nightmares and flashbacks had gone away until last night.

Taehyung hummed, listening intently.

"I.. I promise you I didn't cut since I met you, Tae. It's just yesterday I.. I don't know. I just couldn't.. Everything seemed to blur. I started doubting everything no matter how much I knew you loved me... My head just couldn't stop thinking it was all fake o-or that it w-was just out of.. pity.." The brunette's voice was starting to waver and crack, signaling he was about to cry. His boyfriend was quick to scoop him in his arms and place a tight hold around his waist.

Th younger placed his chin on the older's broad shoulders holding it there for a few seconds before burying his face into Taehyung's neck.

They were both crying their eyes out.

"..I—I'm so sorry, Tae.. I'm s-sorry I scared y-you.. I'm s-sorry I s-scared the hyung-s. I t-terrified P-Papa.. Heck.. I e-even scared myself.. I'm just..just so.. s-so sorry, T-Taehyungie.. I-I won't do it a-again..."

"Baby.. please don't apologize. I know you didn't wanna scare me. Please don't blame yourself. I-I should've been there for you.. I should've come sooner. I should've loved you even more.." Jungkook shook his head while lifting it from the comfortable shoulder it was on.

"I know you love me, Hyungie.. You don't need to p-prove that to me more.." Taehyung smiles at this and leans his forehead into Jungkook's. Their eyes lock and they sit like that for while.

Taehyung was staring into the eyes he loves most. He observed the sparkle that found a permanent home in the younger's complexion while cupping the flushed cheeks his boyfriend had, wiping tears from them as they fell.

Jungkook looked into the human embodiment of his happiness. He studied the depth of the blue haired male's brown eyes and the inique double eye lid he possessed. He just took in how ethereal this man looked.

Taehyung began leaning in towards the bunny-looking boy's lips and when they met, sparks flew. Though it may be cheesy, that's exactly how it felt. Taehyung unwillingly pulled away first, but he needed to say something.

"Jeon Jungkook.. Will you promise me.. Promise me... to stay by my side, Princess.."

"Kim Taehyung, I promise to stay by your side but only if you promise to stay by mine."

"I promise you, Baby! I swear to anything!" Jungkook let out a big bunny smile and knocked his hyung over with a hug.

Taehyung just pecked little kisses all over his boyfriend's face, making the younger giggle uncontrollably until he made it to his lips.

They kissed and even more sparks flew, almost like it was the first time. Jungkook pulled away first this time and stared for a second before blurting out,

"I love you so much." Taehyung smiled a box smile in return.

"I love you so much more."

"Tae, Are you doubting my love?"

"No, I'm just saying you can't love me more than I love you."

"Is that a contest?"

"If you wanna play for the rest of your life, then yes."

"You're on."

"You won't win."

"Watch me."

"They're gonna make me get diabetes." Yoongi blurted out as they watched Taehyung and Jungkook talking from the door.

The couple inside the room hadn't seemed to notice, being too involved in their personal conversation than the intruders.

"Yoongi! Be nice!" Jimin scolded him.

"Sorry Baby.." He mumbled.

"Yoongi, you're just mad that Jimin and Hobi don't hold your hand like that." Jin teased while Yoongi flushed pink and the other two mentioned just laughed.

"Awh does Yoonie was his hand held~" Hoseok cooed, Jimin and him smiling bright at their tsundere boyfriend.

"If you wanna get punched into next week then you would shut up.." The black haired boy said with a nasty glare that slightly softened for a second while he whispered, "..but yea.." under his breath. only loud enough for his boyfriends to hear.

Jimin and Hoseok went to either side of Yoongi and scooped up his hand in theirs. Yoongi just looked like a tomato by now.

"Well aren't you all cute~" Jin cooed and Namjoon presses a kiss to his forehead before wrapping a hand around the oldest's waist.

"Ok guys, let's go.. We'll visit Kook later, I'm sure Tae has it under control. Let's not disturb them when they're having their kdrama moments." He said laughing, earning chuckles from the other four.

"Let's get some lamb skewers." Yoongi suggested.

"Without Kookie?" Jimin questioned.

The last time they got lamb skewers without him, he was ready to punch the five of them with no mercy and make them fly. Taehyung was the one to calm him down.

He left out Taehyung from the murder plan of course and just pouted in his lap the whole evening. The older had to finally give in and buy him some skewers of his own.

"It's his punishment for scaring all of us." He replied looking Jimin dead in the eyes.

"Babe, he'll murder us." Hobi pointed out. "He amost did last time.." He shuddered thinking about it.

"Thank God Tae was able to stop him, my beautiful face can't die yet." Jin reminisced.

"We'll just use Taehyung as a shield." The others laughed and made their way out of the hospital, mentally preparing themselves for a terrifying angry bunny later on.
