Getting down from his car as guard held door open for him. He buttoned his coat and took off his shades. Extending his hand which a girl happily took, they both walked past everyone and headed towards the entrance. Coming here for a dinner like they both always love, the manager came running to attend them knowing who the man is.

Manager : " this way sir"

He showed them the path to their vip section. They both have been his usual costumers. Following the manager until girl's phone rang and she stopped in his track to take the call. Hanging up the call she turned to boy.

Yn : " I am really sorry Taehyung, my boyfriend wants me for night. We will come here tomorrow right."

Giving him a quick hug she ran out of restaurant, happy as ever. He looked away poking his inner cheek trying to stay calm like he always have been doing, sending his lover to another boy. Yeah, quite fun to watch right.

Manager :" um sir?"

Snapping out he looked back at the manager canceling the booking and went out of restaurant straight in his car going back to work.

Kim Taehyung, he was the top business tycoon in South Korea and owns more than Half of country's properties. He is running his family business after his father died in a car accident when he was 20.Every one look for a chance to get a job in his company but according to people it's the hardest to get in there but once you get in there you either have the best or worst luck ever.

He is the man of rules. You need to do everything on time without a single mistake or else you are Done.but its luckiest cause the salary is usually higher than you are supposed to get on your ranks and you get extra bonus on holidays etc.

He have his limits but his limits shook when a girl entered his life and he fell for her. He fell so hard for her. He never have time for anyone, hardly for his mom. But no matter what, he always get time for this girl but the worst part comes when you talk about her boyfriend.

Next Morning
(5:00 am)

Taehyung woke up to the sound of his phone ringing and by the tune he immediately knew who is calling. Getting up at speed of light he looked at time and picked up the call.

Taehyung : " yn? You alright? What happened this early morning?"

Knowing yn is heavy sleeper and usually wake up late specially when she is on vacations from her university.

Yn : " where are you? Can you come pick me up?"

Tae : " why is you voice shaking? Tell me where are you? I am coming! "

The fuck she is doing out at this hour and - -

Looking out of window he saw it was snowing. Tossing a jacket over him, he grabbed his car keys and ran out.

Yn :" yugyeom took me to his home for night, but early morning his dad called him telling him he is coming back in an emergency sooo...."

And he threw you out.

Fuck, he wanted to say it so badly but like always he had to hold back his tongue. Yn told him the location and he couldn't help but curse at himself for driving so slow. But not his fault, the roads were almost filled with slow and rest were slippery and he wanted to get to her alive.

Sitting on a bench cross the road she was hugging her knees while shaking badly cause of the cold. She was in her night thin pajamas and a muffler that was wrapped around her neck. Seeing taehyung car stopped and he opened the door wide open for her while still sitting In car.

Tae : " get in quickly"

She stood up and ran to car and sat in ,closing the door while turning the heaters towards herself. The car was already warm but it was not helping her freezing figure at all.

I wish I could just kill that fucker.

He took off his jacket and put it over her and pulled her in his arms trying to give her his warmth. After some 15 minutes he felt her stopped shaking and pulled back turning heater to lower level. He was already sweating cause of the heat but didn't say anything. Yeah, he wouldn't ever.

Yn : " thanks Tae"

Tae : " anytime"

He gave her a small smile and drove off back to his penthouse. After settling in, she comfortably got in bed and under the sheets where as he took a seat on couch.

Tae: " care to explain?..... And what were you doing at his home? "

YN : " umm actually, he usually comes to my home for sleeping but yesterday night he wanted me to be at his home. He said his parents are on a business trip so it's alright. But suddenly in morning he got a call from his dad and they both came back in emergency. "

Tae :" and? "

YN :" and what?... I had to leave "

Tae :" why? You said he told his parents and they are quite happy with your relationship. "

YN :" I thought the same, but today he said only his mother is happy.... His dad.... Is not "

He sighed and this all was clearly not making him happy at all.

Tae :" for God sake yn, who leave there girl on a road this early and in that cold. He could have get you an Uber or something? "

YN :" it all.... Happened in a hurry "

Tae :" yeah right, to the extent he forgot that it's January and it's snowing outside and his girl is in pajamas..... He could have at least give you a coat or something. Wow "

YN :" why are you getting angry on me?..... What's my fault. "

She looked down sadly where as he realized he had to calm down. Not matter how much he was angry on that jerk but it was not yn's fault. She always get treated this way and still her love for him never lessons.

Tae :" coffee? "

YN :" please "

He nodded and ordered a coffee which was delivered in few minutes. It helped yn's muscles feel warmth and much at comfort.

YN : " you always save me. Thank you so much Taehyung"

He gave her a smile which was way forced. Only if she would open her eyes and realize that how much he loves her and how she deserve the best for her instead of running after that jerk for no reason.

YN and yugyeom were best friends since childhood.it's been 20 years they know each other and one year since they are in a relationship. But they never had sexual interaction between them. Yn wanted to take things slow and yugyeom understood her. They have 20 years relation of trust and faith, that's why no matter what happens she can never even think of doubting yugyeom.

She spent whole day with taehyung and he had to cancel all his meetings and work but didn't have any problem doing it for yn. Even if he would be in his death bed he won't compromise with work but yes for yn he would do anything. He was so madly in love with her and for the very reason he could understand her craziness over her boyfriend too.

His friend would try to comfort him and sometimes call him crazy for ruining his life over a girl who is already in relation with someone else but it wouldn't effect him and then he would understand yn. How he would sometimes think of yn being an idiot over him but it's not her fault.

Two days passed, Yn tried to contact yugyeom alot of times but he would each time denied saying his dad gave him alot of work and he can't talk to her for now.So she decided to have dinner with Taehyung as she still felt bad for that day when she left him alone on way. Yeah, she would do it alot of times but each time feel bad later on.

She was quite happy having dinner with Taehyung and they were now returning back. Until her feet came to a halt in the resturant's lobby. Tae turned to look at her then to where she was looking at.

There they saw yugyeom with his mom dad plus a girl whose arm was linked with his and they all looked quite happy. The girl kept on clinging on to him and the interaction was making her have negative thoughts where as to Taehyung everything was clear.

But again,...... Again she pushed them away and didn't want to reach any conclusion till its all clear out. Getting behind the pillar instantly she took out her phone with shaky hands and called yugyeom but again he canceled it.

Tears fell from her eyes when she got a text from yugyeom saying he is busy. She called him again but taehyung snatched the phone from her. Grabbing her wrist he took her out of resturatnt walking past yugyeom and his family.

Yugyeom saw her and ran after her out of restaurant.

Yugyeom : "YN!"

she instantly turned and ran to him where as he cupped her cheeks.

Yugyeom : " why are you crying baby?"

YN : " who is that girl? And why are you ignoring me?"

Yugyeom "girl?..... N-nothing baby. I am not ignoring you"

YN : " then why did you say you are working when you are out here with your family"

His grip around her cheeks loosen and he pulled his hands back not knowing how to escape from here now.

Yn : " WHY ARE NOT YOU SAYING ANYTHING"

She started crying. His silence sending her to edge where as Taehyung in the back started getting so angry seeing her cry and that jerk's careless reaction.

Yoon soo : "baby!"

The same lady from before came out of nowhere and held his arm.

Yoon soo : " what are you doing here baby? You promised me to take me to dinner to celebrate our engagement. You are supposed to give me time."

Yn's eyes fell on her and Yugyeom's matching rings and she felt like the sky just crashed in her.

Yoon soo : " oh so she is that annoying shit you were talking about...... Aww look honey, your father is not as rich as mine and you are no help for yuyeom or his father in business....... And my baby likes some standards, he is not after some poor, middle class girls like you....... So umm, how about you find someone of your class."

Her words killed each part of her, but she didnot believe that. She still trusted yuyeom. One word he will say in her favor and she will forget everything for him.

No doubt she was not rich. Her father was an employ in some company. But they were happy with what they have. Where as, Yugyeom was quite rich and wealthy and sometimes he would wonder how yn really don't like luxury. Yn would always say one thing, "money is nothing in front of love, if you have love then you are the most powerful person" and today this guy just humiliated love,the most beautiful and powerful relation.

Her shaky hands reached out to hold her lover for the last time and looked in his eyes trying to search the love she was once showered with. The trust and honesty she once saw in those eyes but now all she could see was Lust ..... Lust of money.

Yn : " say..... S-say that it's not true. I beg you"

To her surprise, He yanked his arm back.

Yugyeom : " My fiance don't like if any girl touch me."

That was when she started to even question her exsistance.

Yugyeom : " you are a good person. But I have some goals in life which I can't leave for you. Yoon Soo will give me everything you couldn't. So.........We are over here. "

Yn :" what are you...... Hey no..... H-hey I-I will give you everything please... No please don't leave me. I love you. I love you so much. Don't do this to me over money. Please I beg you "

She couldn't believe this. How everything just changed over a night. Her whole life turned upside down. She couldn't help but to beg the one who was leaving her alone in this long journey of life and she couldn't see an end of this long way.

Yoon soo : "don't you have a self respect. Look at you begging - -"

That was it when the bomb inside taehyung blast and he knew he promised yn that he won't ever speak if it comes to his boyfriend. But what's now? He became her ex in blink of eye and now it was about her respect. He knew that she is complete blind in love with him but he won't allow a second lady insulting her.

He came by her side and took her hand and looked at Yoon soo.

Tae : " and if you have a self respect, leave with your fiance with in a minute before he became your ex in a second too ."

She widened her eyes seeing Kim Taehyung by her side and instant regret washed over her thinking she could get better than his fiance and how lucky yn turned out. Money? Yeah right that's what she was after and who won't wish to have Kim Taehyung knowing he is the biggest tycoon.

Yugyeom grabbed her hand and walked away. Greed made him blind. He lost a gem who would even gave her life without a second thought for him. Who loved him more than anyone could and he didn't treasure this gem.

Yn : " I-it's not true...... I-I know him."

Tae : " He is engaged. "

Yn : " no... No I know him. I KNOW HIM FOR 20 YEARS. They.... They brainwashed him. He can't leave me. I... I know he was forced. I saw it!!"

He pulled her in his embrace but she rejected it and wiped her tears.

Yn : " I am alright...... I know he is forced. I won't believe anything. I... I am not going to believe it till I talk to him in personal. "

With that she walked away leaving him alone in the middle of the road. He swallowed the limp in his throat and closed his eyes.

It was hurting seeing her like this. It was indeed a big shock for her. But even when his boyfriend left him, she still didn't once look at him. Why? Is he that gone to ask for her love to look at him once. His love is in front of him all the time but he still can't touch her, can't tell her how much he love her. Can't he wish for her love to say that he is the one for her. He is also a human who wants to be loved.

And like every time he turned around and walked his own way that was filled with loneliness and fear. Loneliness of not having the one he love and fear of losing the one he love.

Next Morning

She spent her whole night in her room on floor staring at his and yugyeom's Pic where they shared love together. The room which once sent warmth to her. The room, when she would enter and know the feeling called Home. The room in which once she and her boyfriend spent loveable moments. That room was cold now. It sent shiver down her spine. It made her suffocated to death.

Getting up, she stumbled a bit but carry on her steps and left her home going to the place where she and her boyfriend once used to go. Their hideout.

Her steps came to a halt when she saw her boyfriend already their but this time the girl was replaced. He was with her fiance and both seemed to be having fun around. Like nothing happened. Like they didn't ruin a life. Like it was nothing for him to remove his past 20 years.

Whole night she pushed her negative thoughts away being the fool for him. But seeing him there with his fiance. Her last hope shattered and it shattered in it's worst way. She could hear her each and every part breaking inside loud enough to make her feel dizzy and she fainted there.

They both turned around and he widened his eyes seeing her that way and ran to her.

Yoon soo : " what the fuck you think you are doing!?"

Yugyeom : "are you crazy? We need to take her to hospital. She don't loo--"

Yoon soo : "oh so now you suddenly feel bad for her."

Yugyeom : " cmon you know it's not like that"

Yoon soo : " look if you dare to even feel a Lil bad for her. I am throwing this ring away."

He got up from beside yn and went to yoin soo leaving her alone again. Cupping her cheeks he planted a kiss on her lips.

Yugyeom : "I am not going back to her ever. I said we are done. But let me take her to hospital. I don't want this blame on me that I made my ex die and all that shit."

She smirked hearing his cold remarks towards her and nodded.

Yoon soo : " alright you go take her. I will be going back home then "

Her eyes flickered open and she moved her eyes to find herself in a hospital room. But her breathes came to a halt when he spot the love of her life.

Yn : " Yugyeom"

Yn : " you came back..... I knew it. I knew you won't leave me. I know your dad must have forced you."

Yugyeom :" stop it yn. Enough is enough. What's so hard to get? Am I a kid that my dad will force me. You know what I am so done. You better know that I am not coming back to you ever again. "

Yugyeom :" and look at your condition. Just take care of yourself and if you can not then don't expect me to take rounds of hospital for you. I have more important works to do than keeping you alive. "

He rolled his eyes and got up.

Yn :" it's because I am poor? That now even my life is nothing "

Yugyeom :" look.... I don't care what you think...... Oh and if you wanna think that I left you cause you are poor and dumb then go on and think that way. I am so done with your innocence and childish behavior. Fucking grow up already. "

And He left....... He just.... Left...

Standing at the edge of Han River. His words broke her apart. She couldn't believe how 20 years relation turned upside down in just a day. She couldn't help but blame herself for everything, for getting born as poor, for not having a father who is a rich business man, for not being good enough for him

I have more important words to do than keeping you alive

closing her eyes, she felt the chilled breeze hitting her body. The weather seemed to be colder than it was supposed to be. Looks like each and everything was forcing her to let go of it.

Close your eyes
And let go.
Its time to rest.

And that's when she let go of the reeling and let herself free of all the pain.
