Commander Kim Taehyung stood tall, his uniform impeccably pressed as he reviewed the morning briefings. The sun had just begun to rise over the sprawling military base, casting a golden hue on the meticulously arranged barracks and training grounds. Despite the calm, Taehyung's mind was a battlefield of its own. Leading a division at such a young age demanded nothing less than perfection, and he had long since trained himself to meet that expectation.

"Commander Kim," a voice interrupted his thoughts. "The new medical officer has arrived. She's setting up in the infirmary."

Taehyung nodded, dismissing the officer with a curt thanks. He had heard she was young, a prodigy in her field, but hadn't given it much thought. There were always new faces coming and going in a place like this.

The infirmary was a stark contrast to the rest of the base, filled with the sterile smell of antiseptic and the soft hum of medical equipment. Taehyung entered, his eyes scanning the room until they landed on a figure in a white coat, her back to him as she unpacked supplies.

"Dr. Yoon  I presume?" he called out, his voice carrying the authority his position demanded.

The woman turned, and time seemed to freeze. The world around him blurred as he stared into familiar eyes, wide with the same shock he felt.

"Taehyung?" she whispered, her voice a mix of disbelief and joy.

"Yn ," he breathed, taking a step forward. "It's really you."

Yn had been his childhood friend and first love. They had been inseparable until the demands of their dreams pulled them apart.

Years of separation had turned their connection into a bittersweet memory, but now, standing before him, she was real and within reach .

"I can't believe it," Yn said, closing the distance between them. "After all these years…"

"You're here," Taehyung murmured, almost afraid that if he spoke too loudly, she would vanish. "How? Why?"

"A transfer," Yn explained, her smile lighting up her face. "I wanted to help where I was needed most, and they sent me here. I never imagined I would find you."

Fate has a funny way of working," Taehyung replied, a smile spreading across his usually stoic face. "How have you been?"

As days turned into weeks, their bond grew stronger. Taehyung found himself seeking her out, not just for medical updates, but for the comfort and familiarity she brought into his life. Taehyung found himself looking forward to his visits to the infirmary, under the guise of checking on the staff but truly to spend time with Yn  She brought a sense of peace and warmth that he hadn't realized he was missing.

One evening, after a particularly grueling day, Taehyung found himself in the infirmary once more. Yn was finishing her rounds, her presence a soothing balm to his weary soul  as they sat under the stars, Taehyung took her hand. "Yn  I don't want to lose you again." he began, his voice softer than usual, "I’ve missed having you in my life. These past few weeks have made me realize how much .

Yn looked up, her eyes meeting his with a warmth that made his heart ache. "I've missed you too, Taehyung. Being here, with you... it feels right."

He reached out, taking her hand in his. "I don't want to lose you again."

"You won't," she replied, her grip firm and reassuring. "I'm here to stay, Taehyung. We'll make this work together." but when Yn notice he didn't say anything she look at him found him already looking at her.she again became nervous and slowly put some hairs behind her ear.she look away from him but when she again look at him found him still staring at her.

Y/n: is there anything you want to say Taehyung ?But he didn't say anything and slowly bring his hand close to her and cups her cheek.she is shocked but she is feeling happy while he is caressing her cheek softly.they both looking into each other eyes slowly Taehyung start to leaning closer and she also.y/n close her eyes when he capture her lips.kissing her gently yet roughly and she kiss him back.

An pov

Soon they broke the kiss and stared into each other's eyes. Taehyung wrapped his arm around her waist and pulled her onto his lap, her knees resting on both sides of his waist and hands resting on his shoulder.

She is breathing a bit heavily.His eyes follow her chest rising up and down with rhythm of her breath he again looks back into her eyes while looking into her eyes he starts to run his hands on her thighs making her eyes closed and grip onto his shoulder.

Taehyung knows that no one touched her before in this way. He cups her cheek with one hand and the other one is still caressing her thigh sensually.he again pulled her into a kiss and this time their tongue collide.she cups his neck from both side's and kisses him back.he sucked her lips hardly making her lips swollen after a minute he   left her lips he said I can't hold myself now with that he again start to kiss her  her cheekbone, chin.her head fall backside giving him access to devour her neck.she hug his neck holding him closer while breathing heavily.her eyes closed and fingers fisting into his hairs while he is sucking and giving open mouth kisses on her neck her low whimpers are making him crazy and their kissing sound can be heard  He licks her exposed chest and sucked it while pulling her dress down from her shoulders.his lips went to her shoulder and start to kissing her shoulder blade and collarbone he was about to pull down the dress from her chest but y/n suddenly stop him. Don't know why she is feeling he will again disappear from her life, leave her she looks away from him and Taehyung understood what's going inside her head.she was about to get up from his lap but he held her waist.she slowly looked at him with her teary eyes.

Taehyung: Do you trust me?

Y/n: I trust you but who am I to you Tae

Taehyung : Everything Yn you are my everything my love ,my life will you be my girlfriend he said everything while staring at you .

Y/n look at him for a moment and crash her lips on him.kissing him hardly like showing her anger  by the kiss she wanted to understand that you can't you just  asked me soon to be your girlfriend.she broke the kiss and looked at him.

Y/n: yes  i am your only yours from now till eternity . 

A year later,

A beautifully decorated rooftop terrace in the evening, overlooking the city skyline. Fairy lights are strung around, casting a warm glow. A small table is set for dinner, and soft music plays in the background. Taehyung and YN have just finished their meal.

Taehyung: (smiling nervously) YN, there's something special I want to show you.

YN: (curiously) What is it, Tae?

Taehyung: standing up and taking YN's hand Come with me.

Taehyung leads YN to the edge of the terrace, where a heart-shaped arrangement of roses is laid out on the ground. In the center, there's a small box.

YN: (gasping) Taehyung, this is beautiful!

Taehyung: (taking a deep breath, picking up the box) YN, from the moment I met you, my life changed for the better. You make everyday brighter, and I can't imagine my life without you.

YN: (tearing up) Taehyung…

Taehyung: (getting down on one knee and opening the box to reveal a sparkling ring) YN, will you do me the honor of becoming my wife? Will you marry me?

YN: (overwhelmed with emotion, nodding) Yes! Yes, Taehyung, I will marry you!

Taehyung stands, slipping the ring on her  finger. They embrace tightly, both filled with joy and love.

Taehyung: (whispering) I love you so much, YN. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you.

YN: (smiling through tears) I love you too, Taehyung. Forever and always.

They kiss, surrounded by the twinkling lights and the city below, ready to embark on their new journey together.

The challenges of their respective duties never overshadowed the promise they had made to each other. Their love, once tested by time and distance, now stood resilient and unwavering.
