Chapter 48

~Taehyung~

Minseo wrapped her arms around Taehyung, kissing him back just as fierce. Like always, he feels everything when their lips touch. That was one of the reasons why Taehyung knew she was a keeper. She made him feel things. It was also one of the many reasons Taehyung loves kissing her.

Taehyung broke away from the kiss, burying his face into her neck, breathing heavily. "We should stop."

"Why?" she asked, breathlessly.

"Because we've only just started dating," Taehyung replied. As much as he wants her, he didn't want to do anything that could ruin what they have.

"I think it's safe to say we've been together since the beginning," Minseo corrected.

Taehyung let out a chuckle, "You think so too, huh?"

Minseo raked her fingers through his hair, going on her toes, "I don't mind," she whispered in his ear.

Taehyung stiffened and then pulled back to look at her. He could see the blush creeping to her cheeks.

Minseo pressed both hands to her cheeks, "W-wait. That sounds like I'm forcing you or something."

He shook his head, trying not to smile. "No one forces me to do anything."

Dipping his head down, Taehyung nuzzled the tip of his nose against Minseo's, "What we do tonight, it won't ruin what we have? What we just found?"

He watched as Minseo shook her head, "No," she whispered. "It won't."

Taehyung was relieved to hear that. For a long time, he wanted her but because Minseo keeps pushing him away, he settles for kisses only. He liked knowing that he was going to have all of her. Just like the thought of being all Minseo's.

His hands went to cup her face as he gazed into her eyes, "You want me to stop, say the word."

Minseo's hands went to the buttons on his shirt before she started unbuttoning them. Without looking at him, she said, "There'll be problems if you stop."

Taehyung's chuckled, low and deep as he dipped his head down, running his lips against her throat. "Well, we don't want problems now, do we?"

~Minseo~

I woke up in Taehyung's arms. It was the best feeling ever.

Snuggling against Taehyung, I let out a squeal when I felt him moving his hands all over my body from under the sheets.

"D-don't," I said, batting his hands away.

"You started it," he murmured, sleepily. "What time is it?"

I reached for my phone. "Noon."

"Crap," he muttered, burying his face in my neck. "We have a flight to catch."

I froze. "What time?"

"In less than two hours."

I pushed him away from me and shot up, forgetting the fact that I was naked. I immediately covered myself just as Taehyung propped himself up on his elbows, eyes on me.

"Loving the view."

"Get dress," I hissed before bolting towards the bathroom, ignoring the fact that Taehyung was laughing. God, it felt nice to hear him laugh like that. Too bad I can't sit around and listen to him laugh.

When I got out, Taehyung had a sleeping robe on and I couldn't help but freeze on the spot and stare him. By the look of things, he already packed his things and just needed a shower.

"Want to go for another round?"

"It's not fair," I said, still ogling him.

"What's not fair?"

I lifted my eyes and glared at him, "How can you look so good in everything? At this rate, we won't be able to leave the hotel room."

Taehyung's lips twitched in amusement.

"It's not that funny," I sighed, running a hand down my face. I felt Taehyung walking towards me and it was when he placed his hands on my hip that had me looking up at him.

"Should we not go then?"

I rolled my eyes, "Don't tempt me."

Taehyung pressed a kiss to my temple, "The members are waiting. Do you want to go to them first or—"

I shook my head, "No. I want to go with you."

"Give me ten minutes," he murmured, tousling my hair before disappearing into the bathroom, shutting the door behind him.

I couldn't stop myself from smiling.

It's a good thing I came back, I thought to myself as I made my way towards my bags. Because I now know that I can't just watch Taehyung fall in love with someone else. If I'm not good enough for him, I'll work even harder to be someone worthy of him.

"That was some reunion," Jimin said when Taehyung and I joined them.

I froze.

"We heard," Hoseok yawned and then stopped stretching. "Was this how you guys felt when Jiyeon and I—"

Jiyeon slapped her hand over Hoseok's mouth and glared at him. Hoseok removed her hand and flashed that smile of his and she rolled her eyes.

"Crap," I whispered as Taehyung and I sat across from them.

"Headphones will block the noise," Seokjin said, holding up his headphones.

Even though I was embarrassed by the fact that they'd heard us, I was happy to be here with them. This is really home now.
