ICE CREAM LOVE - PART 1

"where is that boy?" hoseok grumbles, tapping his foot impatiently on the ground.

the door burst open and in comes a frantic tae, his fluffy grey hair in a mess and his doe eyes filled with guilt and fear.

"s-sorry hobi hyungie. m-minnie woke up l-late." tae whispers, fiddling with his fingers as he look down at the ground.

hoseok sighs, a small smile on his face.
he walks over and ruffles his hair softly.

"it's alright taetae. go get to work, minho already started." hoseok smiles as tae scurries over to the back to put on his apron.

just the jimin walks with, his messy pink hair covering his sleepy eyes.
hoseok chuckles and walks over, wrapping his arms around jimin's waist.

"good morning sleep head." hoseok pecks jimin's forehead softly.

"mm. hi hobi." jimin mumbles, blinking his sleep away.

"hey tae, did jiminie wake up late again?" minho laughs.

tae blushes and nods.
just then, a couple walks over to the counter where tae was standing at.

"h-hi. w-welcome to sweet confessions. w-what would y-you like to h-have?" tae stutters in nervousness, blushing a little.

as soon as he meets the couple's eyes, his heart beat increases and butterflies flap around his tummy, his cheeks heart up and his stomach down flips of excitement.

one male had soft but raven dark hair that contrasts his pale skin.
his soft delicate eyes and glossy lips just intrigued tae even more.

the other latter had broad shoulders that tae just stares at in wonder.
his caramel hair falls onto his forehead perfectly covering it.

the couple on the other hand, their jaw drop at how ethereal and adorable the latter was.
his soft fluffy grey hair, his big puppy eyes, plump pink, kissable lips, his small frame and his deep, mesmerising voice.

"a-ahem." tae clears his throat.

"r-right s-sorry. i would l-like vanilla ice cream please." the raven haired male stutters in embarrassment.

"and i'd l-like c-chocolate p-please." the caramel haired male smiles nervously.

"w-would you l-like sprinkles?" tae squeals our with bright pink cheeks.

"yes please." the ravenette winks at the flustered boy.

"no thank you."

"please be s-seated, i'll b-bring your o-order over." tae hands the receipt over.

the couple nods and walks over to a booth in the corner of ice cream parlour and waits.

"he's cute." they say at the same time.

laughing to themselves, their ice cream arrives.
shakily, tae places the bowls of ice cream in front of each of them.

"t-that would b-be $8.50."

the raven haired male hands over the exact amount to the boy, smiling.

"thank y-you. enjoy."

tae takes the money and swiftly walks back to the counter, beginning to take orders.
both boys eyes glued to the small grey head.

his small frame in an oversized sweater makes the boy looks so cuddly and smaller than his usual size.

the boys both were smiling in amusement from how animated his eyes would get when he talks and how his hands would do cute gestures.

'i want him.' both thought at the same time.

the next day, the grey haired male wakes up earlier that needed and giggles.

the images of the couple enter his mind and the small latter giggles and blushes.
the boy shakes in excitement but soon pouts when he realises that they're a couple.

in sadness the boy gets ready, putting on his pink fluffy sweater and some white shorts.
he bids goodbye to his brother, jimin, and begins his walk to the ice cream parlour.

"good morning hobi hyungie." tae smiles sweetly at his hyung's boyfriend.

"good morning taetae. you're early today." hoseok smiles.

"just excited for the day." tae shrugs but immediately blushes thinking of the couple.

"you've got a crush right taetae? you're blushing so much!" hoseok squeals.

tae giggles and covers his face with his sweater paws, whining cutely.

"stopppp ~"

"maybe i do, you never know." tae giggles and makes his way to the counter.

hoseok smirks and chuckles.
as soon as the parlour is said to be open, a pale male walks in.

tae looks up and blushes at the sight of one of his crushes, the raven haired male.
the boy quickly composed himself and looks up, his eyes sparkling with happiness.

the ravenette smiles sweetly at the flustered boy, his eyes glinting with amusement.
scanning the board of flavours on the wall, he licks his bottom lip making tae blush.

"i would like a small cup of mint chocolate please and chocolate sprinkles." he winks.

"um t-that w-would be $3.50." tae stutters.

handing the money over, their hands touch for a few movements and they both felt a little spark, a jolt.

pulling his hand away quickly, he shoves the money into the cash register and scoops the ice cream into a cup, adding the sprinkles.

handing it over, his cheeks heat up even more.
the grey head's hand shaking a little.

"e-enjoy." tae squeaks shyly.

"thank you kitten." the latter smirks.

the younger gasps and fiddles with the ends of his sweater, walking back to the counter.
the ravenette settles down at the window seat, eating his ice cream as he eyes the scenery.

after about two hours, tae shift ends and the ravenette smiles as the younger slips out the door happily.

he jogs put the door, catching up with the boy.
grabbing a hold of his wrist, the ravenette spins him around, holding him by his waist.

tae squeals as he spins and locks his hands on the back of the male's neck for balance.

"well hi there kitten." he chuckles, his deep laugh sending shivers down tae's spine.

tae's eyes grow comically large and he immediately brings his hands back, fiddling with the hem of his fluffy sweater.

"h-hi." tae meekly replies, his voice shy.

"i'm yoongi, min yoongi. what about you kitten?"

"i-i'm taehyung, p-park taehyung." tae giggles.

yoongi smiles, his sweet gummy smile showing from how adorable the smaller is.
seeing his smile, tae also begins to smile, his boxy smile making yoongi coo.

"well taehyung, i would like to take you out on a date." yoongi takes a hold of tae's hands kissing his knuckles softly.

"o-okay." tae giggles shyly, totally forgetting that he was a taken man.

"great, let's go." yoongi smiles and intertwines his fingers with tae's, leading him.

"w-where are we g-going?" tae asks.

"a walk in the park." yoongi smiles.

about half an hour passed by and the duo immediately clicked.
conversing like old friends, tae's soft giggles luring the older male ever more.

"so kitten, would you like some cotton candy?"

"yes please yoonie!" tae squeals, his small hands clasped together cutely.

smiling fondly at the small bundle of cuteness, the older brings tae over to a vendor.
having a hard time picking the colour, yoongi chuckles and looks around, and smirks.

he notices the oh so familiar broad shoulders of his boyfriend of two years on a bench.
mesmerised by his beauty, the older looks away and immediately guilt pools up in his stomach.

"h-hyungie?" tae mumbles, waving his hand, his sweater paw flopping around.

snapping out of his trance, he smiles as he sees the grey head enjoying his snack.

"want some?"

"no thank you baby. let's go to the bench hm?" yoongi suggests.

without answering, tae begins to walk to a bench underneath an oak tree, in a secluded corner filled with scattered leaves.

"yoonie?"

"yes kitten?" yoongi chuckles at the flustered boy in front of him in amusement.

"d-don't y-you h-have a boyfriend?" tae asks, his eyes staining with childish curiosity.

yoongi's cheeks flare up a little as he racks his brain for an answer.

"shh, not right now kitten." yoongi mumbles, pulling the smaller closer and trapping him in his strong but loving embrace.

tae can't help but to melt in his embrace, falling even more in love with the older who has shown nothing but love to him.

slipping into the ice cream parlour the next day, his fluffy hair bouncing with life.
this time wearing an oversized mint green sweater, he paired it with shorts as well.

"what the fuck is so happy about today?" minho asks as he laughs at tae's expresses once he uses a bad word.

the younger was never fond of using a bad word neither is he a fan of people using profanities in front of him - or ever.

"language!" tae blushes and whines.

chuckling in amusement, minho chases the younger away to serve the customers in the parlour who were in desperate need of the amazingly sweet dessert, ice cream.

~ time skip ~

he sighs heavily as he wipes the last of the tables, only one table occupied by tae's other, broad shouldered crush.

"looks like you have a gift taetae." minho announces as the younger approaches him.

the grey head tilts his head to the right, the mask of confusion etched on his beautiful face.
minho shrugs and hands over a red envelope and a single red rose.

blushing to himself, tae giggles softly and sniffs the rose only to moan in satisfaction.
he carefully opens the envelope and gasps in excitement and amazement.

it was a beautiful sketch of himself, eating cotton candy, with yoongi hugging him.
his sweater covered hand placed over his mouth in shock.

right at the bottom of the drawing writes :

two of the most precious people in my entire life.

blushing even more, tae holds the sketch close to his heart wondering who it might be.

"glad you liked it gem." a voice from behind him chuckles.

turning around slowly, tae blushes when he comes face to face with a beautiful man.
his sharp but mesmerising features make it hard to believe that he's a male.

"t-thank y-you." tae mumbles, playing with the delicate petals of the blood red rose.

"kim seokjin. jin will do my sweet."

"jinnie hyungie, i'm park t-taehyung." tae stutters at the nickname.

"how about a date? anywhere you'd like." jin smile sweetly at the smaller.

his eyes sparkles with delight however soon clouded with sadness and guilt.

"w-what about y-yoonie?" tae asks, truly confused about this.

"he'll be alright. now, pick gem!" jin smiles.

"flee market it is!" tae squeals and marches out the door, totally new to dating.

arriving at the glee market downtown, tae's eyes widen as he scans the surroundings.
excitedly dragging jin, he can't help but to smiles till his cheeks hurt.

of course getting to know each other, the duo smile, enjoying their amazing experience.

~ a few days later ~

the boy was officially confused with everything that has been going on, his head was hurting and his brain racing.

he has gone out on exactly three dates with his crushes and both of them are in a relationship with each other.

being an innocent yet curious baby he is, the boy just can't help but to wonder.

"isn't it wrong?" tae asks.

"isn't what wrong taetae?" jimin asks, flopping onto tae's bed, pulling his precious baby brother into his embrace, cuddling him.

tae smiles softly, cuddling into his brother's safe arms as he rests his head on jimin's chest.
jimin strokes the soft strands of tae's hair.

"um, i h-have a l-little c-crisis and i'm c-confused hyungie!" tae whines.

"well what is it?"

"well, i h-have a crush, t-two actually. and b-both of them a-are in a r-relationship. b-but i've g-gone on t-three d-dates with b-both of them and i c-can't help b-but to w-wonder if i-it's wrong o-or just m-messed up." tae pouts.

jimin's eyes widen and he immediately breaks out into laughter.

"taetae, it's definitely messed up."

"not helping minnie!" tae pouts, hiding his pink cheeks in his sweater paws.

he sure does love wearing sweaters.
makes the boy look so utterly cute and cuddly and just plain old small.

"well, i think you should take to these two. clear it all out. and then i want to talk to them since they're gonna be dating my precious baby brother." jimin smirks.

"m-minnie ~" tae whines.

~ meanwhile ~

"we need to talk babe." jin starts, resting his head on yoongi's lap.

"we do, don't we?" yoongi sighs in agreement as he plays with jin's hair.

"taehyung." they both say at the same time.

"i really like him hyung." a smile grazes yoongi's lips as the thoughts of the smaller boy with pouty lips enter his mind.

"i do too yoongs. we should tell him. and y-you're o-okay with t-this?" jin asks, unsure of the outcome.

"i am very okay babe. i'm open to a polyamory relationship." yoongi smiles softly.

"then, let's talk to him tomorrow." jin smiles, leaning closer to peck his boyfriend.

the boy walks into the parlour with his kind racing with bazillions of thoughts.
his face sporting a blank look and his sweater today, a raven black colour, with the hood on his soft hair and a pair of white shorts.

"why the gloomy face?" hoseok asks, cupping his precious dongsaeng's cheeks.

"just c-confused hobi hyungie." tae grumbles.

hoseok smiles fondly at the small, innocent puppy, petting his head softly.
the smaller quickly puts on his apron and heads to the counter, ready to take orders.

"hi. welcome to sweet confessions, what can i get you?" tae says, his eyes fixated on the monitor in front of him.

"we'd like to have an adorable bottle of park taehyung at table 13 please. thank you." tae's eyes immediately changes gaze and blushes at the duo in front of him.

yoongi winks and walks away with his boyfriend to table 13.
gently nudging minho to take over, tae boy timidly walks towards the hidden booth.

"h-hi." tae squeaks.

"hi gem. come sit down." jin offers a warm, tender smile filled with love.

nodding in hesitation, the boy sits down facing the couple who had big smiles.

"taetae, we have something to say." yoongi starts, using tae's actual nickname.

"g-go on."

"we like you tae. like a lot. ever since we set eyes on you, the feeing of wanting to protect and love you forever with so strong. the way your beautiful puppy eyes sparkle in happiness and the adorable sound of you cute giggles just lightens our day so much." yoongi smiles.

tae's cheeks flare up as the butterflies in his tummy flap around, some excited and some just literally crazy.

fiddling with his sweater paws, tae looks up, his chocolate brown eyes sparkling with love.

"i l-like y-you g-guys too. l-like a l-lot." tae mumbles shyly.

cooing softly, tae giggles when he looks up at the faces of the men he loves.

"so, kitten, would you like to be our boyfriend?" yoongi smirks.

"kitten? kinky." jin shrugs.

"yes!" tae claps his hands.

smiling gently, jin pecks tae's soft cheeks.
blushing, yoongi pecks the other cheeks and he goes bonkers

"but yoonie, jinnie. question."

"go ahead gem.

"what's kinky?" tae asks, truly puzzled.
