tae's eyes flutter open as the rays of the sun seep through the translucent curtains.
a small smile stains his lips as he immediately melts even more into his husband's warm embrace.
his strong but loving arms around tae's slim waist, holding him close to the older.

his head leaning against jeongguk's firm chest, he blushes when he realises that his husband is shirtless.
tae was wearing jeongguk's shirt, as he remembers jeongguk dressing him up right after what happened last night.
sudden pain shoots into his body from his lower back and he groans softly in displeasure.

trying to ignore the horrid pain, tae fixates his gaze to jeongguk.
sleeping peacefully, the older had lovely tousled raven locks that were soft to touch and strong, intimidating sharp features.
although he's a mafia boss, tae doesn't mind, as long as he gets his soft ggukie.

his eyes travel down to jeongguk's toned chest and abs that were stained with tattoos.
tae is always fascinated by all his husband's tattoos as they are all so interesting.
all the latter knows is that jeongguk has a tattoo of his name on his left forearm.

unknowingly, tae lifts up a his hand, pointing his finger.
the younger begins to trace a swirly tattoo, on jeongguk's chest, lightly.
feeling a little movement, jeongguk wakes up and looks down and an immediate smile appears on his face.

"good morning princess." jeongguk's voice so husky and sexy from just waking up.

"g-good morning g-ggukie." tae blushes at both the nickname and his voice.

jeongguk lifts up a hand and runs his fingers through tae's faded pink locks.
slightly massaging his scalp, tae moans softly on accident.
jeongguk stops and smirks at the flustered boy.

"baby, you wouldn't want round four would you now?" the raven haired male smirks teasingly.

"n-no." tae stutters in embarrassment.

jeongguk chuckles and places a soft kiss on his husband's forehead, then nose and lastly lips.
the latter then gets out of bed, his back facing the blushing tae.
tae hides his face into the pillow as his shirtless husband making his blush madly.

soon, tae decides that he had to leave the safety of his bedroom and roam the mansion.
groaning and whimpering in pain, the pinkette (?) finally manages to get out of bed and into the hallway.
upon reaching the ground floor, he realises that he's only in jeongguk's large shirt and no boxers, therefore bare ass.

blushing and shrugging it off, the boy limps towards the kitchen where a heavenly smell resonated from.
he sees his husband shirtless while cooking some scrambled eggs as his back flexes beautifully.
tae limps over and wraps his arms around jeongguk's waist, nuzzling his nose into his back emitting amused chuckles from the older.

jeongguk turns off the stove and turns around immediately wrapping his arms around the shorter male's waist.
pulling him closer, jeongguk captures tae's beautifully plump lips in a sweet kiss.
no list, no tongue, just pure love overflowed from that one kiss.

pulling away, jeongguk smiles at his adorably flustered husband.
taking his hand, the older brings his baby slowly to walks to the dining table.
a pleasant conversation was formed as they had their breakfast.

"i'll go take a shower ggukie, then i'll wake ji hun up for breakfast." tae pleases a kiss on jeongguk's nose before slipping away.

as soon as jeongguk walks into the bathroom for his shower, tae walks over to his son's room.
opening the door slowly, he smiles sweetly as his son who was sucking his thumb while cuddling his large bolster.
giggling softly, tae walks closer and crawls into the bed, setting beside his son.

"ji hun baby, wake up my darling." tae whispers into ji hun's ears.

ji hun whines but his eyes flutter open to tae's beautiful face.
he rubs his eyes to chase his sleep away.
only at the age of three, ji hun is quite tall,

"cawy mommy." ji hun makes grabby hands his eomma.

ji hun calls tae mommy because he believes that he is a girl.
i mean to him his mom is very beautiful and is slim like a girl.
and so mommy fits him like a glove.

tae giggles and stretches out his arms to the boy.
taking the small child into his warm arms, tae lifts ji hun up.
ji hun squeals and hugs his mommy's neck, places a wet kiss on his neck.

"love you mommy." ji hun says and hugs his mommy tighter.

tae's hearts throbs with love and warmth at his child saying those words.

"i love my little lion too sweetheart." tae giggles.

jeongguk walks out of the shower to an adorable scene.
his adorable husband dressing up my adorable son for school.
tae looks up and smiles at his husband as he finishes.

"daddy! love you." ji hun cheers and hugs jeongguk's leg.

tae clasps his hands at his heart with the biggest smile on his face ever.
jeongguk smiles and picks up his son and hugs his tightly.

"i love you too lion." jeongguk rubs their noses together.

ji hun squeals in delight and claps his hands in happiness.
jeongguk stretches out his right hand to tae and grabs his slim waist, pulling the latter closer.
the raven haired male's hands hugs his two babies tightly.

"i love you both so much. you are both my life and i will protect you always." jeongguk places a kiss on each of their foreheads.

tae blushes at the beautiful statement as his hearts beats rapidly.
his cheeks heat up and butterflies in his tummy flutter around like they're drunk.
jeongguk chuckles at his flustered husband and places ji hun down.

"i'll be back a little late today baby. don't stay up love. i love you princess." jeongguk places a soft kiss on tae's lips.

ji hun had already gone to nursery, the young boy insisted that he should, by jin.
jeongguk has to go to the office and settle some business.
the younger wasn't allowed out as he's the husband of the most ruthless mafia boss and everyone would want to take him down.

tae doesn't mind tho, he would frequently invite his best friends over and they'd have fun.
on some occasions, ji hun will want to stay with his mommy.
it would be rare for jeongguk to stay, but it happens once in a blue moon.

"i love you too ggukie. stay safe." tae smiles and waves as jeongguk gets into the car and speeds off.

tae sighs and closes the door of the mansion.
turning around, tae scans the area.

"what. to. do."

tae has decided to have a korean drama marathon.
he was cuddled up in a blanket on the couch with tissues, popcorn and some water.
unfortunately, his stomach decides to act up and he runs to the toilet, throwing up.

the latter flushes the toilet and wipes his mouth with a towel.
tae slumps against the wall as he holds his stomach weakly.
he's been throwing up lately and he has no idea why.
suddenly a lightbulb lights up in his head.

the only other time where he kept throwing up like this was a sign that he was pregnant.

"no way." tae whispers.

quickly rummaging through the cabinet, he manages to find two pregnancy tests.
sitting at the toilet, tae diligently does both the tests.
he stands beside the sink awaiting the results to show.

the timer goes off and tae takes a deep, shaky breathe.
both the tests show a positive and tae freezes.
a few seconds later, tae realises that he is pregnant and he couldn't be happier.

tae caresses his still flat but with a little fat of a tummy and smiles sweetly with tears brimming at his eyes.

" i cant wait to see you little one."

it was about 7 in the evening when the sun had already set and tae was having dinner with ji hun.

"mommy the plane fly!" ji hun explains as tae feeds the little boy.

ji hun was explaining how his friend had made a plane out of paper and it flew.
his eyes enlarged with excitement as he chews his food.
the pinkette smiles in adorations as he continues to feed his child.

soon after, tae clears the table and the duo plop on the couch.
suddenly, the door was busted open and a trio of armed men enter the mansion.
ji hun shakes in fear in the arms of his terrified mommy, but tae stays strong for his child.

"who are you? and what are you doing in my house?" tae asks, surprised as his strong voices.

one of the men laughs deeply, he was taller than the other two and had huge shoulders that reminds him of jin.
he steps forward and walks towards the couch tae and ju hun was on.
tae tightens his good on ji hun, placing a kiss on his forehead.

"we need you to come with us. if you come on your own, no harm will be done." another male says, he was shorter than the first one.

tae gulps. "why should i?"

the trio look at each other, exchanging glances and nod simultaneously.
they turn back and within a matter of seconds tae is unconscious.
the first man allows ji hun to run into his room, loud sniffles and whimpers or 'mommy' was heard.

jeongguk reaches home at about 8:30 which is very unusual but it happens.
the older came home earlier because he wanted to spend more time with his husband and his son.

"baby! i'm home." jeongguk calls out as he removes his coat to hang on the coat rack.

hearing no movement at all, jeongguk raises his eyebrow.
tae would always come running to him when he arrives home earlier than the time expected.
but...where is the boy now?

jeongguk decides to check the entire house, he stops in his tracks when he hears soft whimpers coming from ji hun's room.
knocking softly, jeongguk wonder why his lion cub is crying.

"lion, open up please, it's daddy." jeongguk says softly, not wanting to scare the boy.

the door opens rapidly and a small body was thrown into jeongguk embrace.
the raven haired male smiles and rubs ji hun's back in circles in attempt to soothe the boy.
soon, the crying stops and ji hun just hiccups on jeongguk's neck.

"lion why are you crying? where's mommy?" jeongguk asks softly.

"they take mommy." ji hun whimpers and small tears run down his face.

"no no. shhh, who sweetheart?" jeongguk asks as fears and anger crawls through his veins.

"dunno. tall, wear black, three, pretty voice." ji hun says.

jeongguk sighs and quickly takes ji hun into his room.
he stays with ji hun, humming soft tunes and rubbing his arm to make him fall asleep.
finally, the little boy drifts off into dreamland and jeongguk pecks his temple.

dashing out into the living room, he scans the room for any out of the ordinary.
he spots a note on the coffee table and his breathe hitches.
the note had a symbol of a dragon imprinted on it.

jeongguk picks the note up and inspects it.
opening the note, the letter growls in anger.

why hello jeon.
your husband is so beautiful, it's a pity you won't be able to see him denature in front of  your eyes.

your son is lovely as well, but we decided to spare him.

jeongguk crumples the paper in anger.
his knuckles turning white from the pressure and his face red.

his number one enemy had kidnapped the most precious person in his entire life.
oh how angry the latter is.

growling in annoyance and anger, jeongguk quickly gets ready and walks out the door, setting an alarm for safety.

tae's eyes flutter open and he groans softly in pain.
his arms stretched out and cuffed to the wall behind him.
he notices that he's still wearing jeongguk's sweater and sighs in relief that he hadn't been stripped.

squinting his eyes, tae tries to scan his surrounding.
but that fails because the room he is in has only one source of light which is above him.
he gasps when he sees the heavy door opening and four men walk in.

the recognised three of the men, they were the ones who came into his house.
the one in the middle smirks and basically was eye fucking tae.
tae shifts around uncomfortably at the lustful gaze.

"hello there beautiful." the male crouches in front of tae.

he lifts up his hand and caresses tae's cheek softly.
tae squirms and moves closer to the wall causing the man to growl.
he grabs tae's face roughly emoting a loud, painful yelp from the latter.

"listen here sweet cheeks, you're bait for your beloved husband to come. and when he comes, i'll kill you in front of him." the man chuckles darkly.

tears brim at tae's eyes when he listens to what the man had said.

"w-why?"

"oh because he killed my wife, so i'm going to do it to him."

the man clicked his tongue and stands up.
he dusts his pants and walks out, shuttling the heavy door.
as soon as the door closes, tae breaks down, sobs filling the silence of the room.

"i-i'm so s-sorry baby. y-you won't b-be able t-to see t-the world." tae whimpers as he looks down at his tummy.

a new life growing inside of him, but it's going to be taken away.
he didn't even break the news to jeongguk.

darkness engulfs the raven haired male as he walks into the warehouse.
he goes deep into the warehouse with stealth mode on.

one thing and only one thing in his mind and that is to save his baby.

he doesn't care if he has to kill, as long as he saves his baby.

"ah jeon, you're here." the man smirks as jeongguk steps into his office.

jeongguk growls. "where's tae?"

"how about we have a chat, then we can see him." the man points to the chair in front of him.

jeongguk, however, doesn't budge.
the man rolls his eyes and stands up.

"fine, come with me."

as the man opens the heavy door leading to tae, jeongguk's heart drops when he sees tae's condition.
he was all bruised up, very pale and tied to the wall.

"oh how exciting. look at your precious husband." the man smirks.

"why the fuck are you doing this?" jeongguk asks, his voices drops an octave lower causing shivers to go down everyone's spine in the room including the leader.

the man regains his posture and smiles.

"you killed my wife. this is revenge." the man simply states.

"i killed your wife because she worked for me, but she decided to fucking betray me." jeongguk growls in anger.

everyone in the room begins to feel fear.
the world's most ruthless mafia boss is angry, right in front of them.
and because of them.

"the fuck do i care, she was the love of my life. and you fucking killed her!" the man shouts.

a loud gun shot was heard and a body falling to the ground echoes throughout the room.
everyone's eyes widen as they see jeongguk holding a gun and one of them dead.

"any more excuses?" jeongguk clicks his tongue.

"yes, she was just helping me to take you down."

two gunshots were heard and two bodies fall to the ground with loud thuds.
the leader breaks out into cold sweat as he finally realised that he isn't going to be alive if he kidnaps jeongguk's husband.

"go on, i'd like to hear more." jeongguk mocks, twirling his gun around his fingers.

the leader gulps as the remaining men raises their hands up in surrender.
jeongguk nods and smiles, they run out.

"you're still so brave when you have no one to help you." jeongguk chuckles deeply.

"y-you c-can take h-him, i d-don't want h-him." the leader stutters.

"oh what's wrong? scared of the game? i was just starting to have fun." jeongguk saya.

jeongguk presses the gun on the man's head.
his finger ready as ever to pull the trigger as the leader shakes in fear.

"please jeon, i'm so sorry." the leader pleads.

jeongguk clicks his tongue in annoyance and rolls his eyes.
his finger ready to pull the trigger but a soft, weak voice holds him back.
the older's gaze shifts to tae and softens at the vulnerable boy.

"l-let h-him-go ah! g-ggukie." tae whimpers in pain.

jeongguk's heart clenches in pain seeing his baby in this horrid condition.
he runs to the leader with cold eyes.
the leader shakes in fear at jeongguk's scarily cold gaze.

"go." that one word was enough to send the leader speeding off.

jeongguk immediately runs to his baby's aid.
uncuffing the boy's arms, his arms fall limp by his sides.
the raven haired male lifts tae up, bridal style, and he runs to his car.

"g-ggukie?" tae whispers.

"y-yes baby." jeongguk whispers back, holing onto tae's hand as he speeds through the highway to a nearby hospital.

"i l-love you, a-always." tae whispers, his voice now barely audible.

"n-no no baby, i love you too. s-stay with m-me." jeongguk screams as he steps on the gas pedal even more.

reaching the hospital, jeongguk jumps out of his car and into the building.
with tae, weak and limp in his arms, tears stream down his face.

"s-someone please help!" jeongguk shouts and immediately a few nurses come and places tae on a stretcher.

they roll tae into the operating room, leaving jeongguk behind in the brightly lit yet nerve wracking hallway.
his knees buckle and the latter falls down crying.

"gguk!" a voice rings through jeongguk ears.

he looks up and smiles slightly at the sight of his best friends.
jin quickly walks over with a sleeping ji hun in his arms.

yoongi settles down beside jeongguk and pats his shoulder, giving him some support.
jimin takes the sit opposite jeongguk and offer a small smile.
jin sits on the other side of jeongguk and namjoon beside.
hoseok slides in beside jimin and they all hope and pray for tae to be alive.

ji hun shifts in jin's hold and rubs his sleepy eyes.
he spots his daddy and makes grabby hands.
jeongguk gives him a small smile and takes the small body into his arms.

"mommy?" ji hun asks.

the rest of the boys sighs softly as tears brim at jeongguk's eyes.
the boy rarely cries.

"we can see him soon lion, for now sleep." jeongguk whispers and pecks ji hun's forehead.

"otay. night night daddy and uncles." ji hun yawns and snuggles into jeongguk's neck.

a few hours later, ji hun had been passed to jimin as jeongguk had to go to the toilet.
coming back, jeongguk is met with an adorable scene.
his friends all asleep as ji hun cuddles up against jimin's neck whilst sucking his thumb.

a memory plays in his mind as he watches his precious son sucking his thumb.
he remembers tae nagging about teaching ji hun not to suck his thumb.
a tear rolls down his eyes as he zones out.

the opening of doors brings jeongguk back to reality.
coming back to his senses, jeongguk realises that the doctors had come out of the operating room.
running up to them, jeongguk looks at them with pleading eyes as the rest of the group joins him, ji hun still asleep.

jin holds onto jeongguk's hand to support the boy.

"taehyung is alive and well." the doctor begins.

the boys sigh in relief as jeongguk's heart swells in happiness.

"taehyung has suffered severe blood clotting as he was beaten horribly. his wrists are also injured and there are bruising. although he was beaten and kicked badly, the baby is still alright. three months and well, congratulations mr jeon. you may see him." the doctor pats jeongguk's arm and walks off.

"p-pregnant?" hoseok whispers in a question.

"i d-didn't know t-that." jeongguk whispers.

"we can worry about the new later, now let's see tae." jin says and opens the door.

jeongguk's heart breaks at the sight of his baby.
weird machines and tubes connected to him, his entire body pale and bruises all over him.
tears run down his face as his feet take him towards the bed.

"we'll g-give you a-some privacy." jimin stutters and the boys walk out.

"b-baby?" jeongguk whispers.

tae looks up at his husband with glossy eyes.
jeongguk immediately engulfs the pinkette in a warm, loving hug.
careful not to hurt the boy even more, jeongguk rubs circles on his back to soothe him.

"oh baby, shhh. i'm here, don't cry." jeongguk whispers.

tae's cries soon reduces to sniffles and finally stops entirely.
jeongguk sits on the bed and brings tae's head to his chest.
cuddling the boy, jeongguk places a soft kiss on tae's temple.

"y-you know g-gguk, i'm pregnant." tae stutters.

"i know baby, the doctor told us."

tae smiles as soft pink settles on his cheeks.
he suddenly perks up and stares at jeongguk.

"j-ji hun? where's ji hun?" tears brim tae's eyes as panic washes over the latter.

as jeongguk open his mouth to reply, the doors burst open.
all attention now on the door as the boys come into the room.

"mommy!" a small voice shouts.

tears escapes tae's eyes as he picks his precious lion up.
hugging his baby close to his body, tae presses a kiss on ji hun's forehead.
jeongguk's hearts melts at the heartwarming scene and he wraps hi arms around the duo.

"i love you both so much." jeongguk whispers against tae's temple before kissing it.
